Seems to not care and just replied 2 were ahead of me even if I was ahead of them. Definitely not coming back for this 2nd bad experience at costco optical!

I really like having a local optometrist in the area and they did a great job of taking care of me. So now I am set for another year until I decide to get newer ones that is :)

Ok ok, so i admit it, i'm a picky and slow shopper. Not only does it take a hella long time for me…read moreto even decide if i want an item, it takes me a while to decide which style/color/cut/material etc etc of that item. This usually happens with purses, shoes and sunglasses. So I got a pair "High End Fashion" glasses (as they are called in the industry) over the weekend and decided i didn't like them. My primary goal was to return them and maybe look around. As soon as i walk in to the Newark store (downstairs, by Macy's), the gal says to me before i even say a word: "I don't carry the High End Fashion" glasses. Me (thinking): "uhm ok, i already have some, why would i need more...and you don't know what i want to do with these..." but i actually say: "That's ok, i came to return these, do i need to go upstairs?" She says "no" and that she can do it there and proceeds to process the return. Throughout the experience she just really seemed to hate her job, she didn't say thank you, or even offer any token of courtesy. LISTEN LADY, I'm sorry to notice that you hate your job. it ain't got nothing to do with me. I hate my job too so we just deal. Don't take it out on your customers!! I had thought about exchanging them but decided against it, i'd rather give another SGH my business!
