We spoke to them and showed them the quote they issued and they refused to honor the quote. Stating they no longer will sell to builders or remodelers only to fabricators. As a member of the custom builders council in Houston. I will make sure that all custom builders in houston and designers know they can no longer do business with Arizona granite and Tile. They have cost our business and our client $, time and forced to go elsewhere to select materials. Save yourself time and and money. Go somewhere else to pick your materials.

I ran out of there and first thing Monday morning, I called Houston Hardwoods and spoke to John. I explained what I needed for the project and then told him what the competitor was charging. He said that seemed high and then gave me Houston Hardwoods' price. I about jumped out of my chair because the competitor was about 50% more. John told me that he would pick out some nice boards for me and have everything dimensioned. I was a little wary in not being able to pick out the boards myself, but shouldn't have been. They were ready the next day and I went to pick them up. True to his word, the boards looked great. I ended up finishing the table top and it turned out great. The wood was beautiful, the service was excellent. If you want beautiful wood at a great price, I would recommend Houston Hardwoods.

Big drama from manager because I wouldn't let him try a 3rd time. Sorry, I have a job. It's not to wait for Houston Hardwoods to do theirs. The 2nd table was beautiful. Caleb Rodriguez from the Texan Toolbox was fantastic. He came exactly on time, worked diligently until the job was complete, covered my rugs so they were stain free where he worked, and cleaned up after himself. I'm so pleased with the final product. Buying a door is one thing, but if it's not installed properly no matter how good a product it is, things will just not look right. Caleb did a fabulous job.
