Staff is very unprofessional they give a price and don't know how to honor it they blamed it on the new girl but she asked for the price and charged me even took my money then some other lady who looked like she was in charge of the front desk said she couldn't do it for that price therefore they refunded me my money gave me 3 different prices definitely do not recommend this place they're so rude and unprofessional including the guy (Mario) who runs the place. read more

Staff was rude and very unprofessional. I was standing with my kid near the snack bar and an employee told me "are you just going to stand there I'm going to mop " instead of politely telling me to move . Later on a lady on the couch area asked me if the employees were mad , because she as well was upset because they got onto her kids at the snack bar if they don't like it why have a snack bar to begin with read more

What a pleasant experience here!! Greeted pleasantly as we walked in by Maria!! Told her what we were looking for and she took us out in to their "warehouse", she made suggestions on options, showed us options and even had a couple of pieces moved so we could see them better!! She gave us time to look around and checked on us to see if we had questions. Hands down a great experience!! When the time comes to redo kitchen counters we will go back to EXPO!! read more

Horrible customer service. We were trying to decide between a few pieces and at 2 pm at closing they just shut the lights off on us...any other reputable place of business would wait for the customer to finish! They just told us to come back on Monday versus closing the sale while we were there and ready to do so. Well they just lost my business for good. read more

Expo Granite of Houston seemed like a friendly place but it is too laid back to be a trusted business! They are very unorganized. They lost our 3 slabs of granite after they were paid for. They did not even apologize for their mistake. They just said we can come pick out again because that was the last ones of that color and can't get more. I do not recommend Expo Granite of Houston. read more

Not really impressed. Walked into a beautiful clean showroom, signed in, was taken to the warehouse and left alone. No follow up, no even checking to see if I was still there. I must have spent half an hour, mostly talking to another customer and giving her another place's information along with my preferred contractor. Maybe this negative impression was because I had just come from another supplier looking at countertop material where their rep spent time with me personally walking through their inventory, looking at their catalog, and explaining things. I've been to several and have to say Expo had the worst customer service. read more

We recently sent a client that we met with for several hours to select the clients perfect countertops selection only to be told they will no longer sell to builders. They gave us a quote at the time of the slab selection and when the fabricator called the have the slabs delivered they increased the price by $1200.00. We spoke to them and showed them the quote they issued and they refused to honor the quote. Stating they no longer will sell to builders or remodelers only to fabricators. As a member of the custom builders council in Houston. I will make sure that all custom builders in houston and designers know they can no longer do business with Arizona granite and Tile. They have cost our business and our client $, time and forced to go elsewhere to select materials. Save yourself time and and money. Go somewhere else to pick your materials.

After…read morerealizing I was in need of hardwood floor maintenance and a carpet overhaul, it soon became clear that I had no experience in this arena, so it made sense to find a professional who did. Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options. While it feels like a premium job for obvious reasons, I value quality service and execution, which is what I ultimately got by hiring Floor Coverings International.

If one is picking up an order, you can pick it up here or the showroom as opposed to having the order delivered. It isn't very glamorous inside, but it isn't supposed to be--it is a warehouse. The staff here is easy to work with. On the plumbing side, Larry is very knowledgeable of all the various components and is quite friendly. Mike is also easy to work with and is helpful. On the hardware side, Shelly is an absolute guru. She seems to know every detail of every piece of hardware down to miscellaneous screws. She is also extremely meticulous in compiling the trim hardware orders. Over decades of business here, I have yet to have even a single screw missing from my orders. They consistently provide quality service and if any issues occur, they work hard and quickly to remedy the situation. They have earned my repeat business time and again over the years through the high level of personal service that larger suppliers in town are simply unable to provide.

I came to Expo looking to remodel my kitchen. The staff there helped me out and explained each type of material they had. This was great because I had no idea what to select. The sales reps were patient with me as it took me over an hour to decide. The facility was beautiful nothing like I've ever seen. They had huge showroom, coffee and popcorn and an astonishing amount material to choose from. Their warehouse is also indoor which is nice Houston's unpredictable weather.
