By the grace of God, I found Cambridge Windows and Doors, a locally owned company in Stafford,…read moreTexas. I decided to check them out to replace my front entry door. I had been looking for a beautiful new entry door for some time and finally found it at Cambridge, "The Best Little Door House in Texas". From the first time I sat down with the owner, Michael Stinson, to discuss the door, I knew this was the company I wanted to work with to build and install my new door. This is an owner and a company of integrity, expertise, and over 30 years of experience in building doors and windows. Michael is a perfectionist and expects nothing less of his people who build and do the installations. I was given a tour of the work rooms where they do their "magic" to assemble these beautiful doors, all the way from the planks of wood with the bark still intact to the gorgeous finished product. It was amazing. The gentleman who builds, sands and finishes the doors, Adolfo, is an unbelievable woodworking artist . Mario and Mario II were experts installing the door, which requires a lot of skill and is a messy job, but my foyer was as clean when they left as when they came, maybe cleaner. They cleaned up every speck, super nice men. There are so many beautiful doors to choose from, it's difficult to choose, not only the door, but the hardware as well; however, Michael is an expert in helping you choose the perfect door and hardware to match the style and exterior of your home. I rarely review companies, but this company is too amazing not to. After all, your front door is like the elegant jewelry of your home. I looked at a lot of door companies in Houston; Cambridge Doors and Windows far surpassed all of them in quality, expertise, and customer service from start to the finished install. I will not hesitate to have them replace my windows when the time comes.

We will def use them again for the rest of our windows! We replaced an old builder grade front door and put storm doors on all exterior doors. The front door is composite but it looks like real wood. It is really beautiful. The installations were all perfect and comprehensive. The Cambridge crew did a great job on everything: professional, great work, on time, and neat. Diana coordinated the installations and kept us well informed at all stages. One small hiccup is being resolved as I write this. They don't have a big crew so we had to be a bit flexible on scheduling, but they show up when they say they will and work hard the whole time. We will definitely use them again when we replace French doors on patio. Highly recommend this company, we are happy with everything!

Sometimes more than once a day. when I talked to them, I told them we weren't going to reschedule as we were not going to move forward with new windows in the next 12 months. and still they call us, over and over and over. I usually ignore the calls, but I do answer occasionally and tell them again, we are not interested, and they say they will take us off their list. and then I get a call the next day. tried blocking the number but they always find a different number to call me from. He recommended some other options for me to look at doors that may be a little bit more affordable and I did. So thankful for that piece of information. He picked up my doors for me within the three day grace period of where I bought them from and was out in the same week to install . Confirming time and date with him was a little stressful because his day fluctuates with what he's got going on so I was a little nervous that it wasn't going to happen right away . But he is a man of his word and called me on Friday morning to let me know that I was going to to have my doors installed in the morning . His crew was so professional, nice very clean tidy worked efficiently He charges $475 per door, which is a little expensive, but I believe it was worth it.

I rarely write reviews, but Bob's Quality Door Service absolutely earned a 5-star rating…read more From my first call and text, Bob was incredibly responsive and professional. Before scheduling a service call, he even suggested a few troubleshooting steps I could try myself at no charge in hopes of resolving the issue and saving me money. When that didn't work, he arranged for a technician to come out the very same day. I was given a two-hour service window, and the technician called about 45 minutes beforehand to let me know he could arrive about 30 minutes early. He was friendly, professional, and understood that I was working under a time constraint. The technician diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the necessary part on his truck, and completed the repair in about 20 minutes--finishing before my scheduled service window even began. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was that neither Bob nor the technician tried to upsell me on anything. In fact, they seemed genuinely focused on finding the most cost-effective solution and saving me money whenever possible. Excellent communication, prompt service, honest pricing, and quality work. This was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Bob's Quality Door Service.
