From start to finish, Caleb did a very thorough and professional job!…read more I had three different companies come out and give a quote. Caleb pointed out these considerations that the others did not: 1) The neighbor on the left side had flowerbeds with plastic strips running along the fence line. 2) The back neighbor on the right has double pickets (on my side and his) 3) He ran through the details of the double gates, especially around the framing structure to support the weight by using top, middle, and bottom horizontal tubes instead of a "Z" shape. Caleb provided an immediate quote and answered all follow-up questions. He provided the details needed for me to submit and receive HOA approval. Once approval was given, he had utilities come out and mark where they ran, and then scheduled installation immediately. The installation proceeded as scheduled, with full clean-up and hauling away the old fence. We have a rose bush near the fence that was not damaged. My wife could not be happier with our new fence. I give Caleb and Rocket Fence my highest recommendation.

Hired them to install a shower glass door at one of my rentals. Quoted me a high price, but I…read moreneeded it done that day and I said okay so long as they could do it by 8:30 They said that was fine. Then around 7:45 they called me saying they wouldn't be done by 8:30 and asking if they could come the next day or stay later. I said to stay later and I would work it out with my renter. Got a call 5 minutes later with them openly lying to me, claiming they went to Home Depot and they were closed, so now claiming they couldn't complete it that night. Home Depot closes at 10 pm. It is a nationwide chain and even I know this. I asked them which home depot it was and they refused to reply, while I could hear them typing on a laptop (meaning they were not at / had not gone to Home Depot at all. Anyways, point being, they are completely okay lying to their customers, and won't follow through with their work. Just awful to work with.

I contacted them to fix the problem. They sent a technician to the house that didn't speak any English. I called the owner and he didn't answer. The technician then just left without saying a word. They said it was installed not to code and with poor quality materials so it would never have lasted long. We spent $600 to fix what they did. Highly, highly do not recommend.

Great experience with this local company…read more Precision Garage Door had installed our garage door over 10 years ago. Everything worked great, except today we noticed it was making weird sounds and "jumping" as it went up or down. We knew we needed someone to come and look at it. Called at 9 AM this morning to request an appointment. Never did I think I'd get an appointment today, but sure enough, I did. Got a text after my phone call confirming the tech would be here between 12 and 4. Right around noon, I get a call from the tech that he'll be here soon. Then I get a text confirming he's on his way - with his picture, too! What a great idea! Repairs were completely in a timely manner, price was very reasonable and technician was obviously knowledgeable. And he was very polite, too. Highly recommend this company, as I could not have asked for better service.
