I had interviewed several companies and Next View Landscaping stood out because Jesus actually put thought into what I wanted, maintained communication, and was just genuinely nice. He provided several options and the pricing was very reasonable. After the work was complete, the crew left the site spotless! It seemed cleaner than when they started! I had a great experience with Next View L. and it's all because of Jesus and the way he handles his customers needs. I ran into a lot of issues with my HOA and he was very patient with me through out the whole process which I really appreciated. I accidentally ordered the wrong size AC privacy fence and Jesus went out of his way to cut it and made it fit so it looked aesthetically pleasing. He is very responsive. His pricing is reasonable. We communicated mainly through text and he provided quotes within 24-48 hrs. His team was friendly and did great work! They finished everything in one day. First of all Jesus was an hour and a half late for our meeting. During the meeting, we specifically told him what we wanted- 3 Holly trees, etc., etc.When we received his estimate there were only 2 trees. In trying to find him, the phone number that he gave us (the one on the letterhead) responded that the voicemail had not been set up yet. So now what do you do? I found another number on the website and left a message. A few hours later he called me back. When we said we requested 3 trees, he got very defensive and said that "the other guy" (my partner who he had spoken to)" said 2, only 2. He kept blaming Mark. OK, move on. He told us that we could see a sample of the sandstone border that he was quoting. Now he said that no, he showed us pictures, that was enough. He kept denying he said that and would not come out with the 3 or 4 sandstone samples. And when we asked for the cost of the additional tree so we could simply add it to the bid, he said no, "Your price would be different than his.." and would not give us a number. What? Very unprofessional and rude. Needless to say, we won't be using this firm now or in the future. read more
