Could not recommend the Bezuz team enough. From our first meeting, Adrian's attention to detail…read more made me feel 100% confident that his team would not only make our landscaping look beautiful - but also address all underlying issues to ensure our home was set up for success in the decades to come. As first time home owners, embarking on our first large project was daunting especially when you hear all the horror stories about contractors not living up to their word. Moving forward, it's going to be difficult to find the same level of confidence when we start other projects throughout our home. Adrian was always available for questions, quick to action any changes that we wanted as the project occurred, and had so much technical expertise that helped guide our decisions. Absolutely love our landscaping and we can't wait for more projects in the years to come!!! Thank you!

Just wanted to say that we used Splash Water Systems to repair some damaged backflow preventers…read morefrom the freeze, to add a new zone, and a half dozen sprinkler heads to our backyard. The original quote for all of the work was just shy of $1,000 and I agreed the price. After showing up, they realized efficiencies could be made, having underestimated the water pressure, therefore not needing to add a separate zone. Furthermore, the backflow preventers could be saved with.a few cheap parts, avoiding replacement. The the price to conduct the work based on the above was now under $400. They could have easily charged me the $1,000. I would have never known the difference. Very honest folks, highly recommended.

Recently found a leak in one of the pipe joints they installed. Company changed their promise and now indicated the warranty was only one year because the upgrade followed the pool install. Don't use them if you want quality work or a guarantee. I will repair the joint myself and do a better job.

Moses told us he used to work for the contractor that left us hanging with the issues above but he had started his own company after only a short period in the business which explains a lot about this company. When they sent the quote to us they were charging $295 to repair a valve that costs $75 to buy new. They had labor on top of the valve repair itself, and a second charge for labor for the water leak. Which the total costs for the quote were $900. Sad thing about this is a competitor quoted us $300 to fix this and they ended up getting it repaired for the $300. This installers lack of experience in the industry show not only in pricing but in how he has communicated with. Won't be calling back. Then again today 07/18 he stopped by and asked my wife again if we would take down the review.
