He was able to utilize some of my existing plants/shrubs within the new landscape design. I recommend Monroy Landscaping for any job-small or large, and they provide other services as well.

As first time home owners, embarking on our first large project was daunting especially when you hear all the horror stories about contractors not living up to their word. Moving forward, it's going to be difficult to find the same level of confidence when we start other projects throughout our home. Adrian was always available for questions, quick to action any changes that we wanted as the project occurred, and had so much technical expertise that helped guide our decisions. Absolutely love our landscaping and we can't wait for more projects in the years to come!!! Thank you!

He initially responded within a day or two. Then after 2-3 email exchanges, he decided not to respond anymore in spite of many attempted communications from our part. Only thing I can surmise from the silence is that it is too much trouble to answer questions such as how much the price would change if we deleted one part of the project, and when he could start on the project. Very disappointing as we were ready to hire him.

I was looking in dismay at my backyard everyday and thinking about how I needed to pull all the…read moreweeds out. My neighbor had used TJ's services at 4LeafClover a while back to pave their backyard, so I called. He came out next morning and gave me an estimate and a few options for materials he had on hand already and could provide for a discount. He happened to have availability, and he and a helper came out that afternoon and started the demo of the existing concrete slabs and weeding. The next day, they came and continued digging out and started filling and leveling the ground. The paving looks excellent, and TJ made sure the design was functional for irrigation (important especially with all the flooding). For ease of moving stuff to/from truck, they tapped out a few planks of the fence. A few pieces were slightly damaged, and they replaced it before they wrapped up on Day 3 - no questions asked. I love the little pattern he did in alternating the direction of the paving - I never even thought of all these little details. He came back day 3 and finished it off in the morning. I'm in love with my new backyard! TJ also always had the brightest smile. In 95+ weather after 6+ hours of hard labor, that positive attitude really stood out to me. 5 stars all the way!
