I have a yard guys! My dogs are thrilled, but a few weeks after moving in I realized I needed to mow the lawn. And I don't own a lawn mower. Nor do I have the time or interest to do it myself. In April 2019 service changed with this company. I was very happy with everything when we started but stopped getting the service I was originally getting. I was not getting prompt responses and landscape service was being left undone which caused some issues with our listing. I am out of state so am relying on the honesty of the vendor and was told service was complete but had our agent go to the property to send photos showing it was not. AVOID!!!!!So far I am not impressed. I booked him through Yelp and we agreed on weekend service, Sunday. Sunday comes around and I'm not concerned until about 2:30pm when I have still heard nothing. I call and text and he gets back to me saying I am next on the schedule. 2 hours later, nothing. I call and text again. Nothing for over 30 minutes, when I get they had issues and are behind. I ask for an time estimate. Nothing. It's almost 6:30pm and I have been waiting all day for him to arrive. Update: They finally arrived after 7pm and said they had issues with a mower(flat tire). They did complete the lawn work and did a good job. The owner texted and said the crew did not have my number(which he could have provided to them). I have another appointment in 2 weeks and hopefully they will arrive sooner than 7pm. Update 10/18/20. I really tried to give them another chance, but I have had NO communication. It is 5pm. Put me in the schedule for Wednesday, I asked to let Me know when they would be by ao i could put my dogs up and make sure i was home to unlock the gate. No response. I asked again and later in the day was told they were having issues. No other explanation. They did not show up Wednesday or Thursday and then Friday evening around 6 wanted to know if it was okay to come by and mow the yard. I said no, I already had someone else take care of it. Horrible. All I can say is horrible. Amado is a liar. They cut my air conditioning unit with the weed eater, on the hottest day of the Houston summer August 31. Told me they had insurance to cover the repair. LIED repeatedly. This company does not have an active insurance policy. Then stated he would pay out of pocket for the damage, AGAIN lied. Did not ever pay me back for the $800 damage. If you use this company beware. They are liars and escapes artists trying to get out of rightfully damaging peoples property. Never use them. read more

I had 4 trees, 2 in front and 2 in the back yard. I reach out for a quote and with quick response they sent someone out to quote me and I had resided to go with this "company". They showed up on Saturday and I was told 10am they did not arrive until 12:50pm, they worked for maybe 2 1/2-3 hours. I paid the $1200.00 for the work and my trees looked great. I was super happy with the job, until Tuesday while I'm working from home I get a knock at my door from my neighbor. The informed me that all the tree clippings were left in his back yard. Not only did I have to calm him down I had to remove everything from his yard and with the little basic tools I had (I hired people to do this) I clipped and bundled what I could soy my trash people could pick it up the next day. I Immediately contacted the company with pictures and was told that someone would be out the next morning to pick everything up. To my surprise no one came and I contacted her company again with no response. I am not happy, I did not get the service I paid for and I will not be using this "company" any more and I would keep looking. read more

Robles made sure to listen to our requests and called back and followed up within minutes. Then received an additional call from the crew leader-Jesse to schedule our appointment the following day. He and his crew called the next day to let us know he was on his way. They agained were very professional and listened to our requests. Even tho there area was very small they did awesome job as if it were a big beautiful yard. Upon completion made sure we were satisfied. Also provided us with vital education that we had some poison ivy vines growing. They removed them and we couldn't have been more satisfied with their service!!! I highly recommend Amado and his team. We've had them out twice so far to do landscaping at our property. The first visit was a multi-day project getting our property in order. They are hard working and respectful; they were on time and did exactly what we wanted. We've had other landscapers that just rip through the job carelessly but these guys are different. This company is very unprofessional as well as thieves and take advantage of women. I thought Amado was a honest trustworthy person, but not so! I asked him to upkeep my lawn on a regular basis and to put grass down in my backyard, he came by and looked at the job and gave me a price of $350. He came promptly as stated to do work, however, he only put down a straight line of grass and half of another line, cut the very small lawn, (which he said was $35 every other week), and put fertilizer down. When my husband saw it he spoke with him and told Amado he needed to come back and put grass down as was discussed, Amado agreed to come the next day. Well he has not answered our calls since that day, I paid him and he will not return our calls or texts. He text me stating he sent someone and he don't know what's going on and asked was my husband home, I have not heard from him since. He's a liar! If he didn't know what was going on he would return my calls and come and complete the job to honor his word. Not a man of his word at all, I do not recommend this company. Use them at your own risk!
