After the inspection of the problem- he did not have the part so he said "hey I'll be back in 20 mins- that cool?" Instead of - sorry man, can't help you... Which was awesome- and yes he was back in 20 min. Always great to see him and I'm more than happy to pay whatever he tells me- no hesitation for a second opinion. What we love most about working with them is the value they add. We may start with an idea, but they always bring suggestions that make the final result even better than we could have imagined. They treat every project as if it were their most special project, with great attention to detail, professionalism, and care. Our pool project was no exception. We originally weren't planning to do the patio extension, but they showed us how much it would improve the space. Now, besides the pool itself, it is our favorite part of the backyard! They were also incredibly clean and professional throughout the entire project. After six years and multiple projects, we wouldn't trust anyone else with our outdoor spaces. We highly recommend Fernández Landscaping!

I signed up for bi-weekly lawn service and I found I had to babysit Issac in order to actually get my lawn trimmed. In addition, he randomly changes times on appointments without warning. This has happened more than 3 times in less than 1 year. Today was the final straw. We had a +6 foot milkweed plant fall during a recent storm. We reached out last week, and were told it would take a week for the plant to be replanted. Our appointment was today. Issac didn't show up. We reached out and received "I'll be there at 4 PM". Nobody showed up at 4 PM and we then when we followed up, we received "I'll be there on Wednesday.". What? The plant will be dead after being uprooted for 1.5 weeks - Shouldn't a landscaper know that? Then when I followed up with a call Issac attempted to make me feel bad for inconveniencing him! Finally, we paid for grass seeding/weeding and got zero results. I realize that happens, but in light of how this relationship ended, I feel the need to mention that waste of $200.
