The projects began by meeting with Trey Laird, and he prepared a detailed color mock-up of his ideas and a proposal with various options. He was very knowledgeable and patiently worked with us to create a finished product better than we imagined. We worked with all of his longtime crews who were very respectful to us and our home. They cleaned up after themselves every day, never blared music and kept to a tight schedule working very hard daily. No corners were cut with any of the preparations and quality work was of upmost importance. They worked with existing drainage, plumbing and sprinklers and made repairs/upgrades as needed while helping to stay within budget. Trey was also very helpful when we picked out planters so we obtained the best shape and size. Neighbors are constantly complementing our yard, and one even stopped to ring the doorbell while on a walk to share his positive thoughts. They installed the drains at a higher level than the ground so no water can drain out. They broke all of our sprinklers and said that have a 1 year guarantee. They came out twice to try and fix it and each time couldn't figure it out. Then they stopped answering their phone when I called. No guarantee. They don't understand the basics of drainage or that water needs to run down to escape a yard. They are unprofessional and rude. Please steer clear if you're looking for a quality service provider for your back yard. I wish we had known.

Just wanted to say that we used Splash Water Systems to repair some damaged backflow preventers…read morefrom the freeze, to add a new zone, and a half dozen sprinkler heads to our backyard. The original quote for all of the work was just shy of $1,000 and I agreed the price. After showing up, they realized efficiencies could be made, having underestimated the water pressure, therefore not needing to add a separate zone. Furthermore, the backflow preventers could be saved with.a few cheap parts, avoiding replacement. The the price to conduct the work based on the above was now under $400. They could have easily charged me the $1,000. I would have never known the difference. Very honest folks, highly recommended.

Recently found a leak in one of the pipe joints they installed. Company changed their promise and now indicated the warranty was only one year because the upgrade followed the pool install. Disappointed that they don't really guarantee their work (2 years stated on their website)and are unable to fix a simple joint to back their new work as it failed in under 2 years. Don't use them if you want quality work or a guarantee. I will repair the joint myself and do a better job.

I have not used the repaired system extensively since the repair 2 weeks ago, but it seems to be working well.
