Caleb pointed out these considerations that the others did not: 1) The neighbor on the left side had flowerbeds with plastic strips running along the fence line. 2) The back neighbor on the right has double pickets (on my side and his) 3) He ran through the details of the double gates, especially around the framing structure to support the weight by using top, middle, and bottom horizontal tubes instead of a "Z" shape. Caleb provided an immediate quote and answered all follow-up questions. He provided the details needed for me to submit and receive HOA approval. Once approval was given, he had utilities come out and mark where they ran, and then scheduled installation immediately.
