I had a bad soil erosion problem around the foundation of my house and needed a retaining wall built. Leo came out and discussed ideas on how to build the wall and beautify my yard. It doesn't even look like the same house anymore. The pricing was fair and the construction quality was top notch. Leo the owner was there everyday to personally supervise and work on the project. He even showed up on Saturday to finish the punch list items. I will need to have a retaining wall rebuilt in my back yard in the future. Leo and crew will be my first call. When this company discovered my review they posted pictures of my home in a threatening manner on all 4 sides including the background. However, the past year, they seem to be a different company, and they have repeatedly dropped the ball--unanswered emails and vmails. The lawn care has been haphazard with rush jobs and indifferent shrub pruning. After a full month of my waiting and frequent inquiries, they continued to neglect a major project after the recent flood that they promised to take care of, leaving my situation in bad shape. Basically, the company lost a customer they admitted was 'valued'--and I don't even know if the family-owners know, much less give a rip. But I have the email threads, phone records, and voice mails to back up my story: I am sending them with a registered letter to the owners. I've already found another company to work with. One thing's for sure, ELC, there are tons of eager, hungry lawn and landscape companies ready to step in.
