Wayne from this company had a contractor come remodel our home. We paid for kitchen remodel, loved it. We also had wood floor put in master bedroom and closet, love it. We also in our quote ordered 2 doors, front and back doors. They put up front door and love it. Wayne said back door was on back order from over seas. We kept calling and texting since Febuary and Wayne and Denice at Jereh landscaping and the first few months said still on back order. Supposedly Wayne was sent to Dallas to train people is what Wayne and Denice kept telling us. Now they have stopped answering my calls and texts. I was told by an associate that he saw Wayne a few days ago at a house in Spring. I continually keep calling and texting and no response . We have been dealing with Wayne at Jireh a few years now. We never expected Wayne to be a dishonest man. We did suspect something several months ago when our bank account was hacked. Wayne said him ,Denise and the owner of this Company Supposedly investigated and Wayne said a person from their bank stole the money from our account as we gave Wayne our bank card information to pay for sprinkler system and a whole lot of work we have had done for several years with Wayne. We just want our door and have it installed as we already paid Wayne for it. I don't know if he kept the money for himself or what. I even sent an email to Jireh landscaping 2 or 3 weeks ago for the owner to contact me. The email that was posted has all of a sudden does not exist anymore. We are in our 70's and feel we have been swindled by Wayne and Denice and possibly the owner. We are considering filling charges against this company and Wayne and possibly Denice. We even went to address on Jireh website and it was a blank field. We went to a different address which was on paper work that Wayne gave us. No Jireh landscaping there either. Like others, I tried looking up reviews before I purchased the Living Social deal for Jireh Trees & Landscaping. I noticed that the Groupon reviews were at 63%...not a very good percentage, but I still went for the deal because $99 for removal of a 15ft tree...come on, thats an awsome deal. Of course you come across businesses that are honest and straight forward, well...Jireh Trees & Landscaping IS NOT one of those businesses. Be cautious of the oldest trick in the book "bait and switch"! I called Jireh to setup an appointment and I am told my tree needs to be measured and if its over 15ft there is an additional charge...ok, thats fair. He reiterates this statement later on in our conversation which seemed like he's setting up the inevitable "additional charge". I tell him to come by tomorrow...and he doesn't show or no call from Jireh. I call the following day and he has an excuse...ok. I tell him to come by today and he gives me a time...I agree to the time. Of course he doesn't show up when he says so I go about my day. He stops by later that day and sizes-up my tree. He asks for extra money for some of the branches laying on the side of my yard...I agree they're big enough branches to ask for an additional charge, so I say ok. Apparently, he needs the additional charge now and not when the work is complete! That's where I got suspicious...he doesn't show up when he says, he doesn't call to reschedule and he was definitely looking for anything to add to the bill. Btw, during all conversations with Jireh, he mentions the "fine print" in the deal I purchased. So please read the fine print and I would recommend calling Jireh Trees & Landscaping and discussing the "fine print" in detail so you are ready for the bait and switch technique. In my opinion, if a company is on Groupon or Living Social, it could be good advertising because alot of people views those sites, BUT it could also mean that business is NOT doing good and they are desperate to generate some revenue...any business is good business. I strongly believe Jireh Trees & Landscaping is the latter. read more

For starters, I'm a year late on writing this review. Back in March 2016 I had a 39 year old tree that was on it's last leg. Call several tree company's and each came out to see tree and this gave me chance to interview as well. I decided to hire Jireh Tree and was glad I did. They did very professional work, educated me on trees in the process and the team was great to work with. Had entire stump grinded out and they even return a year later May 2017 to grind out more of the roots. Got their groupon for a tree trimming. Jireh rep was prompt in coming by and scheduling an appointment. Their tree climber and their team of 3 were very professional. They did a great job trimming the tree and removing some of the dead branches. The cleanup was excellent as they took away all the fallen branches immediately. They also used a blower on my roof to cleanup all the leaves (per my request). Overall, very pleased with their service. I just wish they offered another groupon deal as I would like to use them again. read more

If there was a way to put a minus in front of that one star... I would do it. I bought a Groupon for a tree trimming package. They were nice enough when I initially called and I was even okay with the $20 extra dollars I was going to need to give them because I was a few miles outside the radius of their deal. They said they got swamped by the Groupon deal and would get back to me. A month went by and I never heard back so I called... their reply... we're working our way down the list. Another month and no word from them!?! It was my third call when I finally got them to give me a date for the trimming. I bought the Groupon on March 8th and they were going to finally make it over on July 2nd. I returned from vacation on July 1st to a voice mail from Jireh saying they were no longer honoring the Groupon and I needed to contact Groupon for a refund. Then they said I could pay them a discounted fee off their regular price... yeah right! I honestly don't feel like they ever had any intention of honoring the Groupon... use Jireh at your onwn risk. read more

Jireh Tree and landscape is a rip off!!! They came out to cut down 6 pine trees as well as grinding the stumps. Before the work was started, I very specifically asked if there would be an damage to my landscape lighting......Wayne and Thomas both told me, absolutely not and don't worry about it, if once we are finished there is any damage to anything, we will take care of it! The process was a lengthy one....they came out cut my 6 trees and then once told the stump grinding guys would come out in the next 2 days.....took 2 weeks for the stump grinding guys to come out and on top of everything, they also grinded by landscape wires and I ended up missing 4 lights (where they went,,they don't know). Wayne came out to start the process of replacing my wires, took all wires out of the ground to make if faster and easier for them to fix and complete the job. Wayne said he would be back in 2 days since they were busy....one lie after another!!! Wayne never showed or even had the courtesy of returning my calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Beware of this company, they are liars and they don't follow through!!! Don't use this company is the bottom line!!!!! read more

I had them come out to give an estimate for tree trimming and trimming all the bushes in my flower bed (which was a lot) and to add black mulch. Their estimate came in well under two other companies so I hired them. They were out the very next day..by the time I got home from work, my yard looked AWESOME!!!
