I truly appreciated the fact that Abed guided me in doing my staircase the right way - versus cutting corners per say - which essentially did not cost me any more money. Upon the installation, the installers (Ash and Sam) were extremely prompt and proficient. They were outstanding and diligent in their work; as a result, I was more than satisfied with the results - it turned out "exactly" how I envisioned it. This company may not necessarily be the cheapest as far as quotes, but, their pricing is very fair, and as noted above, their work is amazing. I am already planning to use them again in the future. I would give them a 6 rating if it was available - they were that good from start to finish.

I sincerely appreciate the experience, attention to detail, consistent & constant communication, and just the overall aura when dealing with the staff (I've only gone through Christina). Not to mention, the display of knowledge and recommendations for layouts is very informative and in-depth. Even though there was a small "oops" on the measurements for my window sills, the proposed fix turned out beautifully and made no impact on the appearance of the finished product. I found all the staff courteous and willing to go out of their way to make sure I was happy with my new surfaces. Even the installers they sent out were professional from beginning to end. They took their time, were courteous, informative and cleaned up after themselves - within reason (obviously there was still some dust in my yard, but nothing a good downpour or watering wouldn't handle. Major brownie points! ;-) I'm very much looking forward to the backsplash installation and finally getting around to enjoying my new surfaces! It's been too long! We've completed one install (kitchen counters) and have one more in the works (quartz in my study) and couldn't be more pleased. He made the process of residing the garage very easy. He not only replaced the siding but noticed 2 cracked boards in the attic rafters in my garage and replaced those as well. If those boards would have cracked all the way through and broke, the garage roof would have come down. Carlos definitely pays attention to details. He replaced the wood on the front of my garage, primed the Hardy Board, and painted the entire garage as well as reinstalling the gutters. Carlos also painted an area on my house that needed touch-up. From the initial consultation with Carlos to the final cleanup Carlos and his crew did an outstanding job; the team was professional, well-organized and extremely skilled. You can count on Carlos to be fair on prices, honest and prompt. I highly recommend him for all your needs.

He actually sent two of his managers, Grezelda and Eric, over my place to inspect the stone .. they are not any better than the owner in regards to customer service and calling back as they say they will.
