I despise writing bad reviews but words cannot express how unhappy we are. Only way to fix it is to have it all ripped out and purchase new counters. Trade person he used is also rude and cuts corners. I have never ever seen such poor work. I get so mad looking at it. I had him do two jobs both at the same time and my lake house was no different. Chipped my sink and when I told him he didn't reply. Told him about the poor work and no reply. There are more photos but what is the point this should say it all to you. Should you choose to use him, I suggest you be onsite for every moment. I think he finds the cheapest workers and clearly they do not care about the work they do.

3 Star because price was good, install was good and service/ communication was poor…read more Purchased a granite slab with install and sink. They came out disconnected/removed plumbing, removed old sink, removed old countertops and installed new countertops & sink. However, did not reconnect plumbing. Contacted owner and he basically said reconnecting plumbing wasn't agreed upon (If you take something apart I would expect it to be put back). Owner said the granite installers are not plumbers. Ex: If I pay for an auto brake job on my car. I wouldn't expect them to take wheels off, fix the breaks and then tell me I need to take it to a tire shop for them to put the wheels back on. If putting wheels back on is additional let me know before leaving car disassembled." The granite installer who disconnected the plumbing, ironically was the same person to hook it back up. He also had all the tools to do the job with him for an additional fee. Plumbing reconnection was still an additional expense. Owner offered plumbing work at $350.00 after they were going to leave the home with plumbing disconnected. After going back and forth and a heated discussion he offered to do it at his cost no up charge for $125. Owner later apologized for yelling and not being upfront he said he was having a bad day and hadn't been paid for another service that had nothing to do with me. The damage was already done and I had paid for my service 3 weeks in advance. At the end of the day. That option should have been discussed prior to installation and not after installation. It was a surprise to me and how he handle it with was distasteful. Again.... the slab was good, price was good and the granite installer did a great job. Full disclosure would've been awesome. The response to the issue was terrible.

First, let me start by saying I don't leave many reviews good or bad. However, I feel the need to…read moreget the word out since I hired him based on the reviews online. Our house took on water when my washing machine malfunctioned and flooded about half of the first floor. For the most part Chau did a decent job and is a nice guy. The job consisted of replacing carpet, padding, baseboards as well as repainting where the base boards were demoed sheet rock was repaired. There was the typical added cost that the contractors never tell you about upfront and to be fair sometimes they don't know. In this case Chau had a difficult time getting a paint match done by Lowes. Which in my opinion should be pretty simple. Because he couldn't match it he had to charge me EXTRA to make the paint blend. Of course I can agreed because I wanted everything to look as it was before considering my house was built in 2022. After he was completed and paid in full, I noticed significant deficiencies in the paint job. When I reached out to Chau I got no response. I also sent him the pictures that I've attached here and still no response. Some of these items may seem small, however, as a professional if you choose to neglect the small items and details, it makes me question the larger things I didn't and can't see. BE CAREFUL!

Excellent Value Patient…read moreImpeccable Service Lofty Homes was a goldmine for me. Timely, considerate and efficient. It doesn't get any better than that. They came as a referral right in the nick of time and helped me out of a time crunch. Their "secret weapon" is Vi Mai. Vi was my HERO. He never lost his cool. He attended to my every concern. He tolerated my quirky-ness. Vi was here from START to FINISH. His joy is making each and every client feel like they are the ONLY client Lofty Homes is working with and he jumps in and gets his hands dirty and actually does a lot of the back end work, like plumbing, putting on knobs or small repairs. He is certainly a KEEPER! Lofty Homes is an honest company with very good products and gracious employees. From floors to cabinets, they aim to please. You cannot go wrong using them. Although their products met my needs, they are not a custom cabinet building company. If you want all real wood built from scratch cabinets or bookshelves - this is not what they do. What they will do is listen to your desires and create a visual rendition layout. Your results will look exactly like their rendition. Thank you Lofty Homes for making my Day and for making my home feel like a NEW Lofty Home.

I am all about customer service and not having my time wasted. I had this idea of what I wanted in our playroom that's becoming more of a "Pre-teen" room. Ms. Kim put my idea into motion and sent me visually what I pictured. They came out within 24hrs to measure, and BOOM! It was done in less than two weeks, as I have a newborn at home and needed it done immediately. 2. Their employees have great attitudes I'm all about what and who represents their company. They have amiable workers. They came in and asked if they were required to wear masks! (I appreciated the consideration!) and I asked them to wear shoe covers, as we don't allow shoes in our home. They happily obliged. 3. Super satisfied with their job! I am waiting on handles, which I took forever because they have such a great variety.

Yao was really easy to work with as she provided several sketches for my kitchen remodel. The level of customer service I received from Yao is unmatched in this industry as we exchanged text messages on design tweaks after normal business hours. She was truly helpful throughout the whole process. When it was all set and done, I was very pleased with the quality and installation of the cabinets and countertops. I was so happy with everything that I decided to hire them again to remodel 3 bathrooms. And the bathrooms turned out as great as the kitchen.
