The selection at store is tremendously huge. The best part is watching installation by García and his crews. They are very meticulous in details, cautious at demolition and well cleaning after they are done. However, I did not receive any follow-up. In June, I noticed that a small, fingernail-sized piece of the vinyl tile had come off. The area appeared to have been repaired previously, but it had come off again over time. I visited the store in person on July 11 and spoke with Rudolph again to request a repair. Unfortunately, I still have not received any call or follow-up regarding the repair. I understand that issues can sometimes occur after installation, but I am very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and customer service. I hope EZ Floor will improve its post-installation service and communication with customers.

Abed contacted me promptly and was very professional (from the beginning). Abed listened to my request, asked for pictures, and offered me multiple options to get to my goal. I truly appreciated the fact that Abed guided me in doing my staircase the right way - versus cutting corners per say - which essentially did not cost me any more money. Upon the installation, the installers (Ash and Sam) were extremely prompt and proficient. They were outstanding and diligent in their work; as a result, I was more than satisfied with the results - it turned out "exactly" how I envisioned it. This company may not necessarily be the cheapest as far as quotes, but, their pricing is very fair, and as noted above, their work is amazing. I am already planning to use them again in the future. I would give them a 6 rating if it was available - they were that good from start to finish.

When I called back, he hung up on me again instead of taking a moment to address my question. On top of that, I was given an absolutely outrageous quote for a relatively small square footage area. After getting a second opinion for the same type of flooring, I realized just how unreasonable the quote was. Lone Star's quote was nearly **four times the price**. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I've been to other Lone Star locations and have always had great experiences, so I understand they are individually owned and operated.
