As this was our first major home repair project, we did our due diligence and interviewed multiple contractors and collected multiple bids. He and his team allowed us to make changes along the way with no problem and now that the project is complete, it has far exceeded our expectations. Since the kitchen project we have hired Felix and his team for other jobs at our home, and fully trust them to go above and beyond each time. 10/10 in communication, timeliness, cost effectiveness, professionalism and work ethic.

In back, I noticed our spigot was loose so I opened a small section of the Hardie board and noticed wood rot underneath. Yikes! Similar issue near the bathroom pop out window. I contacted Cornerstone Cowboys for an estimate via Yelp and Carlos responded quickly. Carlos, Jesus and Rosie came out the next day to take a look at our issues and to come up with a game plan. I was sent the estimate and gave them the go ahead. Jesus arrived bright and early to start and the job finished in a reasonable time. The areas that were fixed look FANTASTIC. P.S. Carlos, Jesus and Rosie were super friendly. The one thing we wish we had was a little more clarification with the pricing/estimate prior to signing it. I had asked questions and thought we were all on the same page. Unfortunately, there were added expenses that my husband and I thought were included that weren't and we had to pay extra. Regardless, we are happy with the work that was done and would definitely consider working with Cornerstone Cowboys. Next time we will need things on the estimate broken down more and any and all clarifications be made prior to starting. Thank you Cornerstone Cowboys.

He was very responsive, on time even arriving early, and answered all our questions thoroughly. Throughout the project, we had consistent contact with Richard, eventually working with supervisor and owner of the company, Bryan. Bryan was also incredibly professional, kind and addressed all our concerns and made sure the final product was to our exact desire/requests (and there were many). Our experience with Pavertime was really great -- very client centered with great professional guidance and careful craftsmanship. They really stand by their work and keep their word, which is so important and can be hard to come by. We have received many compliments on their work and feel more than satisfied their work quality and ethics.
