I hate to leave a negative review, but we had a disappointing experience with Grogan on two different occasions. Although both the sales associates we worked with very friendly, both stopped communicating with us. I called and emailed 4-5 times and never heard another word. I was able to go to Detering and had a quote in my hand within an hour and made the purchase same day. Our order was only for a single door. The worst experience I have ever had! Placed an order for a custom door promised in 4 weeks going on 8 weeks. Their supplier NOT THEM contacted us to let us know and ETA. When the date came around the supplier said Oops we DID NOT BUILD THE DOOR!! We are left without completing our project and they have our Deposit. No Door, No Follow up Absolutely the worst.
