EZ Floors took my challenge and aced it! My husband and I were moving into a new home in the Katy area and needed to have floors installed, we had a very tight window when we went in to see Soloman and team to discuss options. The window of time was only four days and covered a weekend, we had an empty house and didn't want to do an installation after we moved everything in. Soloman said he could do it and he came through with flying colors. We ended up signing a contract on a Tuesday, he had the product in hand the next day and a team on-site ready to install on a Friday. They installed approx. 1,300 sqr feet of laminate upstairs including a stairway and a master closet on the first floor. They did a wonderful job, no cutting corners and had the entire second story and stairs done in one day. They returned on a Sunday to finish the closet, which was quickly done. The team was very nice, they listened to concerns and consulted when they had questions, overall this was a great experience and we will use Soloman and team in the future for our bathroom remodel and other flooring projects!!! read more

We changed our lower tile floor for vinyl, the quality of the product is really good. For about 1 year we were happy until it started to squeak, some of the peaces broke. It is a nightmare. it is supposed to last 10 years. The people installing the product did a terrible job. There is nothing I can do but replace the whole thing. 2 Years later 13K gone to the drain!! DO NOT BELIEVE everything promised by the sales person they subcontract whoever charges less and it can be a disaster like in our case. Tahreen set us up with this horrible crew in April 20 2024. EZ Flooring replaced our floors. They did zero prep work to the house. When breaking up the tile it went everywhere, dented my cabinets, and when removing the toilet in my half bath tile ended up in my drain. The tile in the drain ended up causing a backup and flooded the main floor. I would not recommend them due to this hellacious experience. read more

I talked to Shawn at ez floors. Had some flooring that was on sell I went with. He gave me a fair price that was alot less for me than others. Very speedy process and the crew that came out did an amazing job. 1000 Sq ft could have been done easily in 8hrs with the pulling out of old carpet. Took them 2 days cause needed grout for leveling. After a couple of weeks their product failed. Blamed was place on us and then they neglected the project. This is a scam-like approach as they then filed a lawsuit at Christmas. The loss of money with this company was severe - they threatened us and forced us to give up a lot of money. Looking back, they sales scam highly encouraged to purchase their defective product claiming it was not different than the good stuff. Then at the point of settlement, they extorted a solution by attempting to charge us more for their defective products. We researched the alternative product to replace their product and it had severe problems as well. Their defective product is very expensive and quotations of replacement for high quality material and labor are better priced at other sources. I recommend you do your research extensively before deciding on this company. read more

We've had issues with their installation since the beginning of July and are still getting the run around. We had the entire home tiled including remodeling 2 bathrooms and had installation issues with their 1st crew. A 2nd crew was sent to correct and finish the job. We currently have unleveled flooring, lippage and cracked tiles throughout the home. They started the job on July 7 and "finished " approximately on Aug. 18th. The salesperson coincidentally no longer works for the company. We still haven't received a detailed breakdown of material and labor because the salesperson "left". I've left several messages for the store mgr-Sean (Katy store) and am still waiting for my calls to be returned. Poor customer service, poor workmanship, misinformation regarding costs and out of pocket costs...many issues beyond what I've summarized in this review. Our experience with this company has been awful. We have been extremely patient and are beyond frustrated. I'll also be submitting a BBB complaint. read more

I spoke to Sean on the phone on a Thursday and he was able to come out and give us an estimate on Friday and the work began on the following monday. We had engineered floors installed by Azmir and his crew, who are hardworking and professional. After there were problems (not related to the installation), EZ Floors, Ben, and Joseph went to bat for us, and eventually the problem was resolved so that we love our floors. If you are looking for a company that is competitive, reasonable, and really wants you to be happy with your result, this is the place. These guys are great! read more

After shopping the competition, we found EZ floors to be the best price around. Our salesman, Solomen, was helpful and informative. He guided us to a product that was perfect for our needs. We scheduled the installation a few weeks out (our choice) and when our date arrived, the crew was on time, extremely friendly and extremely fast. The whole project (about 900 square feet of wood flooring) was complete in under two days, and even if one of the guys left a toilet seat up, I'll get over it because our floors look outstanding! Unorganized, unprofessional, and flat out disappointing. Please do your research before going with this company, and settling because of low prices. When given a quote, we were brought a piece of tile we selected and agreed on. We signed the contract, put our down payment down, only to be completely trapped into a bad situation. EZ floors is an awesome name for these people, the EZ way of doing things must be what they take pride in. First, we were given a date, not asked. They told us this would be a 1 day project, the guys randomly left during the day leaving only one person to finish by himself, causing it to take 3 days. We had to abruptly cancel all plans and leave work due to their lack of unorganization. The best part-hese people showed up at our house to install a completely different tile than the one we agreed on, and didn't show us until after they completely ripped off all of our carpet!!! But wait- you cancel on them then you pay their 35% restocking fee! We completely stopped the workers and took off of work to go speak with the manager, in hopes of him helping us with possible alternatives to the tile we originally wanted. His nonchalant "you gotta live with it, you pick it" unhelpful attitude had me seriously considering giving then their 35% restocking fee and moving to the next company. Unfortunately we made the wrong decision and went forward with the installation. My stairs are covered in glue leaking from the installation and tile still covered in grout, which EZ floors says is my responsibility. Thanks EZ floors, you've done everything but make things 'EZ' for us. The ending result was a mess, I do not recommend wasting time or money on these people. read more

We called them four different times just to ask simple questions about their inventory and they constantly have us wait for a guy to call back. finally we got in contact with someone after chasing them for a week. We have had our floors for 3 years now. Yunis and Sam were both great to work with. The installation was professional, the price was reasonable and the floors are great. Even after 3 years these floors still look good. We used an engineered hardwood for our entire downstairs and love them. We even had them install some cabinets in our living room to match the floors. I just got my entire second floor carpet replaced with hard wood floors from EZ Floors. I couldn't be happier! The sales staff was helpful and polite especially Mike my salesman. He measured my floors and brought samples to my house and let me keep them overnight so I could try them in different light. The installation process was a breeze. The installers were fast and very efficient. We had the whole upstairs done in under two days and it looks like a million bucks! We recently used EZ floors to replace all of the carpet in our home (1200 sqft) and are very pleased with the job they did. We are still rebuilding from Harvey, have had our share of flunkies at the house, so decided to find a company to do our floors. The job came out amazing. So much so, we had them carry the wood up the stairs to match!. Then we needed our master bathroom rebuilt. Guess what, they did that too! Custom shower walls, flooring, plumbing, everything but the glass. That is amazing too! All said, Shawn is a rock star to work with. Great product, pricing, and service. EZ Floors is very responsive when taking your business. The first sign of a problem, you are ignored and they will not take responsibility. Bought counter tops from them and there are several CRACKS that they are saying are Fishures. There is a big difference between a Fishure and crack, but because this will cost them to correct, they LIE and will not take responsibility for THEIR mistake. I have photos of the granite as it was from the granite yard, before being cut. The CRACKS are due to the process of cutting and putting a bullnose edge. Prices may be fair, but integrity SUCKS!! read more
