I was told the order would be delivered in about a week, and it was. There was some minor damage caused to my garage floor by the delivery company, and I texted Titus immediately to inform him. He told me he would take care of it, and I'm actually typing this out as the work is being finished, only a couple of days later. He's a consumate professional whom I'd recommend without hesitation. (see picture). I brought this up to Nova Roca's attention who said they would fix it but it has been over 3 weeks since we spoke and have not heard any follow-up. Also, the crew left a lot of concrete rubble in the grass that I had to take a shop vac to remove.
