I could not recommend them more highly. We had a bit of a tricky install because we were adding on to existing wood floors. The crew did an awesome job and were able to integrate the new flooring without the need for transition strips. Their tile work was exceptional as well. I had water damage in my home due to a pipe bursting in my home. While searching for a company to…read morerepair my home I located Tile Zone from a home remodeling magazine. I thought I had done a my research my looking at the google reviews and even checking the local BBB website. I will say this do not always believe the online reviews sometime. Tile Zone left my home more damaged after their work than before the water damage. He tried to have contractors work at my home from 5pm until after midnight and he prioritized clients paying projects in areas such as Friendswood, Sugarland and League City my home is located in the Pearland area just for reference. The trade workers that work with Tile Zone are not his direct employees despite what he tells you. They did such a bad job on my home for example they painted all the walls in my toilet room in my main bedroom but did not paint behind the toilet. He even used an unapproved paint brand on my home despite me providing him the correct information in person and writing. When I asked him to correct their mistake his refused and still demanded full payment. His contractors did not cover anything and left paint everywhere from my cabinets, my granite countertops and even my travertine floors. They did not even bother to cover anything despite being assured they would. Despite having numerous meetings in person, by phone, email and texts with Sam they still did a horrible job on my home. He over commits his company and will prioritize jobs based on who is going to pay him the most money fast. Ask yourself would you pay someone their full contract if they do unapproved work on your home and override your choices even after you provide it to them in writing? So instead of accepting the mistake his company made and correct their errors he decided to sue and put a contractors lien on my home. I would just caution you before you do work with Tile Zone.

I had a good experience here. I think the key is to not be in a hurry. They told me from the start…read moreit would take a good 3 weeks. It took more like a month. But it was worth it. Please expect that subcontractors don't always show up when they are supposed to and even the subcontractors have a hard time with their own employees not showing up on time. Tilezone put beautiful tiles in my master bathroom and completely renovated my bathroom. The hardest part was the large recessed medicine cabinets I bought online and I needed Tilezone to install them. They had to repipe my bathroom vanity pipes which I was nervous about. But it's been a few weeks and all is well with my new sinks and medicine cabinets. Tilezone also installed new flooring and painted my bedroom/bathroom. They installed a new shower and new stand alone tub. All these things I bought online and had them delivered to my house except the tile. Tilezone installed everything I bought and so far it is beautiful and well done. I moved my bed into the living room where I slept for a month while the project was being completed. In the middle of the project my upstairs bathroom had a horrible leak. Tilezone fixed it and installed new fixtures for me in the upstairs bathroom. I really appreciated that. I am glad to do business with a locally owned family owned business. I would use Tilezone again for any remodeling jobs I need.
