Even when making suggestions, he always deferred to what we wanted and was never pushy. Often he would have to wait while we met with other contractors and he never complained. One day I came home to meet yet another contractor and I was blown away when I saw Luis on his hands and knees actually working with his crew! While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start.
