We were connected with this company through the U-Haul storage on Hwy 6 in Copperfield when we got locked out of our unit. They sent a guy out within 40 minutes and we were in the unit within the hour. We also recently moved into a new rental home so we called them to come out and replace the locks. Again they sent the nicest guy and he was done so fast, we probably spent a few minutes longer talking to him because he was cool than it took him to do the actual work. It was also a holiday. Go anywhere else‼ Went in to get a duplicate car key and was immediately treated rudely. No greeting, just "what do you want." The white old employee kept asking the same questions, stared without responding, and spoke to another employee about me instead of directly to me. RIP OFF - don't go there. I bought from Amazon a blank car key (2011 Honda Civic) and went here to cut it ONLY not program, from the original key, they charged me to cut it NOT PROGRAM it $59, which I paid them. I tough it was expensive so after I left there, I call 2 another places that say will charge from $10 to $15 dls for same service. My son's girlfriend locked her keys in her car and she was parked in the driveway behind all of our cars. I called B&B and he came out right away and not only had her car unlocked in minutes but also made us 2 extra keys. Here's the above and beyond...While he was here, I started remembering things on my To Do list. I had a front door lock that was difficult to open - Zach checked that - I had a bent key. Totally impressed with their professionalism and the amount of inventory! We ended up getting house keys made on "fun" shaped keys... no more boring keys for this gal! Purchased key rings and had extra car keys cut as well! The great thing is that after being "stood up" by Golden Locksmith, earlier in the day, and having to look for someone else... we got so much more and paid only $131 for everything including tax (Golden Locksmith quoted $145 to program two key fobs and only cut one)!!!! When confronting the issue, they tell me that I should have left a not on a window letting THEM know that they just rekeyed the same house less than 6 hrs ago.
