Go anywhere else‼ Went in to get a duplicate car key and was immediately treated rudely. No greeting, just "what do you want." The white old employee kept asking the same questions, stared without responding, and spoke to another employee about me instead of directly to me. I bought from Amazon a blank car key (2011 Honda Civic) and went here to cut it ONLY not program, from the original key, they charged me to cut it NOT PROGRAM it $59, which I paid them. I tough it was expensive so after I left there, I call 2 another places that say will charge from $10 to $15 dls for same service. By all means if you want to pay 5 times more for same service go get RIP OFF from this people. read more

Terrific customer service! Quality workmanship! We needed to have two key fobs programmed for our vehicle and decided to go to a locksmith with an actual "brick & mortar" storefront! Totally impressed with their professionalism and the amount of inventory! We ended up getting house keys made on "fun" shaped keys... no more boring keys for this gal! Purchased key rings and had extra car keys cut as well! The great thing is that after being "stood up" by Golden Locksmith, earlier in the day, and having to look for someone else... we got so much more and paid only $131 for everything including tax (Golden Locksmith quoted $145 to program two key fobs and only cut one)!!!! When confronting the issue, they tell me that I should have left a not on a window letting THEM know that they just rekeyed the same house less than 6 hrs ago.
