Scammer. Don't get your keys copied here. We called Ben for help when we locked ourselves out of our car a few months ago on a Sunday. He came and copied our key fob for us and we were able to get into the car at that time. We were not given a receipt afterwards. Fast forward to current day, the key started acting up and not properly unlocking the car/opening the trunk when being clicked. And then this past weekend the key completely stopped working. We thought maybe it was the battery so we went and purchased new batteries and switched it out. They key still did not work. I called him for help on this issue since he was the one who copied the key for us and we paid $250. On the call I explained we got a key from him before and he brought up at 90 day warranty that was NEVER told to us. He then proceeded to say that in order to reprogram the key he would need to charge again. I asked if he was expecting for us to pay full price for a new key and he said no he would be able to provide a lower price. I asked how much would this lower price be and he wanted to know how much we paid originally. Trying to see if he was truthful or not, I said we paid $300 and he replied saying his discounted price was $250. We caught him in his own lies. I also brought up something else we discovered wrong with the replacement key he gave us, he didn't cut the actual key so that part is completely useless. His response to my question about this was that it would be an additional charge. IN SUMMARY WHAT SEEMS VERY APPARENT IS THAT BEN PROGRAMS HIS KEYS TO STOP WORKING AFTER A SET AMOUNT OF TIME. (CONVENIENTLY AFTER THE SUPPOSED "90 DAY WARRANTY") -- When you contact him about any issues then he'll charge you again and this would be a repetitive cycle for those who are clueless. Please stay away from his services and don't make the same mistake we did. This guy also works under a different company name - 24/7 Locksmith. (REMEMBER - This guy will have a copy of your key if you use his services. Ben to the rescue. we lost our car keys and needed help asap. He came our super quickly to help us out! from when we called, it was all figured out within less than one hour!! We thought it would be so much more work to get it all settled, but he made the Situation so much easier. per the one Negative review below, we will update after the 90 day warranty, as that review seems to believe that it's programed to stop working effectively at that time. I had just arrived in Houston, at my Airbnb location and I had managed to lock myself out of my rental car, while it was running. Today i worked with Mr. Ben thinking he was legit. He supposibly made a key for my car the buttons opened and closed the car but it wouldnt turn over he told me it was my batterry i said okay and he got paid and left i got my daughter to jump the car but key would not work i text and called him and he keeps sending me to voicemail and he wont answer my text.
