They came out over 7 months ago to assess the issue with a window balancer. The technician removed the old balancer and said he needed to order a new one and would come back in a couple of weeks. Months went by and I never heard from them again. I contacted Select Glass and informed them. The said they weren't surprised because that technician doesn't work for them anymore. Another technician came out a month ago WITHOUT the balancer and stated he needed to order it and would be back in 1-2 weeks. Never heard from them again. I called them again today and the receptionist said the woman handling my issues was on the phone and would call back in 5-10 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I called back and receptionist stated the woman handling this was in a meeting which is why she didn't call back in 5-10 minutes. I finally get the woman in charge of this circus and she said they just got the part in last Wednesday. I asked if they were still using the Pony Express for ordering and delivering supplies. In any case, she stated they could come out in about 2 more weeks to fix the issue. So, it literally took them almost 9 months to address, and hopefully fix my window balancer. If you have 3/4 of a year to wait, then Select Glass is your number 1 choice......
