Due to the age of the vehicle we eliminated the deflector and got new hinges based on Michael's experience in getting the glass installed without it breaking. He was very knowledgeable and quick at taking care of this situation during our monsoon in AZ. We are so impressed by Michael's willingness to help us take care of this quickly to help resolve the older car issues. A shout-out also goes to Marilyn in the office who handled all our communications between our insurance company, scheduling and working with Michael to get the install scheduled!

I brought in my recently purchased BMW 7 series and they broke my rear power shade, used an excessive amount of water ruining the leather on my front doors. Along with that they didn't even do a good job with the tint leaving bubbles everywhere that did not go away. Hector will dodge you and act like he's going to fix the problem and will constantly tell you that their "guys" are going to fix the problem. In the end they'll just give you the run around and won't actually do anything to fix the issues. I wish I had never went here for tint in the first place and would advise anyone I meet to never do business with them.
