I love me some bubble tea and this is my third time coming here. I'm not from around the area, but it's good to know there's a decent bubble tea shop around. The first two times I had the drinks was good, but I went yesterday and the jasmine green tea wasn't as sweet as I thought it would have been with half honey. Prior times it was pre made with the sweetness which I liked. Not sure why they changed it. Also, kind of disappointed it's closed on Tuesdays. I do love the big cups and variety of flavors. Also the add ons are yummy, though my friend was disappointed she got less basil seed than me. Overall not bad, but had better for my taste. Impeccable customer service which makes this spot very promising. I will explain more later. But first, the variety of offering makes you want to try all. Here's what I've sampled: 1) Passionfruit - very refreshing, not too sweet and matches well with Mango popping boba. Go get it! 2) Thai Tea - Almost the same flavor as others I've tried at different boba locations. 3) Taro Milk base with boba - pretty amazing, I love the richness and you must order as a slush. 4) Size of the drink - the name Sumo says it all. Enormous compared to other boba locations I've tried in Arizona and CALI, with comparable pricing. In regards to service, I was amazed how they treated us during our last visit. We accidentally dropped one order outside and squashed the container. Obviously the drink splashed and we were bummed. I went back inside to explain what happened to the owner. As I was ready to pay for the replacement order, he said it's free "No Charge!" I said what, that was our mistake. He mentioned don't worry about it, I will take care of it. Yes! Yes! Yes! I don't have to drive to Phoenix to get a good textured snow or all the way to Goodyear to get a good tea with rainbow. This is a great place for novice and experienced boba, Che and snow lovers. I am spoiled by the variety and quality of Che, jellies and teas available in SoCal. So I set my hopes high and expectations low. My heart skipped a beat when I saw Ube on the menu. It is a Filipino term for taro...which is what most people know it by....but awesome to see it on a menu. Here is what is awesome: 1. An easy to read menu (even if you have know clue what it is) 2. Awesome staff who can help you find what you like and can explain all the item to you. 3. The teas are brewed from leaves and infused with fruit! There are NO fruit flavored syrups or powders. Bonus: you can smell a sample of the leaves they brew. 4. A smooth, silly texture of snow....way better than the chunky or icy snow I have had throughout the valley. 5. Asian snacks available for purchase (YanYan, shrimp chips, siracha peas and Pocky) 6. A decent variety of add-one for the drinks. They make their own grass jelly :) The things that I hope will change in the future so I can revise this and give them a 5-Star: 1. Make serving your signature cold brew black or without the dairy. 2. Offer a non-dairy alternative for the drinks. I would order the Signature cold brew almost everyday if they did. Pretty please . 3. Make coffee jelly as an add-on. 4. Please change your cups. They are too big to fit in a regular cup holder in your car and it is difficult to swing by with a drink order if there is no drink holder or holding it in your lap hoping it doesn't leak. 5.
