The amount of knowledge and experience they have with these cars is unbelievable. I had my upper & lower ball joints replaced, tie rods, balance and a bushing kit installed and did not expect the free full inspection they did on my car. That alone is worth the price I paid to get my parts installed. It was so thorough with pictures and videos showing me things in order of importance of what I should service/repair next which will save me thousands of dollars and many many stressed hours trying to figure out what is wrong in the future and what I am dealing with. Years later, an engine shop working on another car of mine pleaded with me to give these guys another chance. I tried to talk to them, but the absolute arrogance and refusal to admit their incompetence quickly steered me away. With good reason. They seem to be just as incapable of doing what is right for the customer and for the vehicle as ever. I'm a descent mechanic, but there was no way I was going to be able to do this myself with my car ramps or a floor jack. I called a couple of places in Bellevue, but they could not get me in for over a week, and I got quotes like $600.00 to do the install. I almost did not call Brad's because they were in Seattle, plus they typically work on Mustang's and Corvette's. And I have a Durango. I called them, they said we will call you back , usually we don't work on Dodge. Shortly after they did call back, asked how soon I wanted it done, and said bring it on over now. It took them 1hour. Charged $300. When it was up on the lift , everything looked great, and sounds much better than my factory performance exhaust.

I have used cascade wheel over the last 15 years and it has gone downhill and I will not be…read morereturning. I brought my 17 Inch wheel in to have a crack repaired. Just the crack welded. I came to pick it up and they grinded down the curb marks on face of the wheel which I did not ask for, now the paint/finish on the wheel does not match because they ground down the lip on the edge. I also found another crack next to the large crack they had repaired which was not there when I dropped the wheel off. They insisted they did not cause it but I inspected this wheel very thoroughly before dropping off and would have seen the smaller crack next to the large crack. I left the wheel for them to repair the smaller crack and was told they will have the painters try to match the paint color and spray the silver ground down areas. Upon pick up the 2nd time, the small crack was repaired poorly compared to the 1st crack repair, and they did not paint the ground down damage like they said, and the weld does not even have a finish applied over it like the larger weld does. The face of the wheel near the spokes also have damage now from the welding residue which I don't know how they even did that when the repair is on the inside barrel not even close to the face of the wheel. I will be going elsewhere for wheel repairs in the future.
