We booked the Three Pines Cabin through VRBO. We were unable access the cabin because the road/driveway was inaccessible for my Hyundai Tucson. We slid back and almost the road. Fortunately it was still daylight and I could see to slowly back down. If it had been night time we would probably of gone off the road or worse. The whole ordeal has been extremely traumatic. We were so looking forward to this special 30 Anniversary trip. Instead we frantically had to find somewhere to stay. I reached out to Summit but the woman on call only expressed that she was in no way in any kind of authority to to refund or help us. We were left helpless and stranded with no support. She said she was sorry but I should have known and asked more questions before booking . Nothing in their listings or communications warned of the accessibility issues of driving to the cabin for some people. This ruined the start to mine and my wife's joyful 30 Wedding Anniversary. Fortunately we found lodging on our own but are being given the runaround by Summit concerning a full refund. read more

Our stay at Summit Cabin Rentals initially seemed great -- the cabin was clean, comfortable, and my family and I were very responsible in caring for the property during our four-day visit. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a very disappointing situation regarding the pool table. A full week after our departure, I received a request for $450 for alleged damage to the pool table felt. As I mentioned to the host, the table already showed visible signs of deterioration when we arrived. On top of that, the pool cues were not in optimal condition -- none of them had proper tip padding, which naturally increases the chances of damage over time. The table was simply not in a condition that allowed for safe or proper use. Additionally, the space where the table is located is extremely tight, making it nearly impossible to play comfortably without the cues hitting the walls or being forced into awkward angles. This setup alone creates a higher risk of wear and tear, regardless of how careful guests try to be. While I acknowledge that it's possible my son may have contributed to the existing damage, it's difficult to accept full responsibility when the equipment was already worn and not adequately maintained. What felt even more discouraging was the very high charge for something so minor, especially after how well we treated the cabin and how clean we left it. This situation left us feeling blamed rather than understood, and unfortunately it overshadowed what could have been a great experience. For these reasons, I cannot recommend Summit Cabin Rentals, and I hope future guests are treated with more fairness and consideration. read more

My family and I stayed at the Something Extra cabin. The cabin itself was nice and cozy. The photos advertising the space make it seem like it is a true retreat, with non-visible neighbors. Was very disappointed with how close together the cabin was with multiple other cabins. THE BUGS!!! The upstairs lofted master bedroom had a window air conditioned unit installed. There is a huge gap between the bottom window pane and the unit itself. Had a huge hornet/wasp problem and had to kill multiple bugs that made their way inside from the crack. Plus there is no privacy due to having to keep the curtain open with the window AC. Could see in other cabins and vice versa. The downstairs king size bed was HORRENDOUS. I truly hope my casket is more comfortable. Sleeping on the floor is probably a better alternative to sleeping in the downstairs bed. The entire house seems to have structural/foundation issues and it was really concerning being on the deck that has the hot tub. Hot tub is completely slanted and we ended up losing about half the water in it due to the insane slope and structural integrity lacking. read more

I'm a return quest to Summit, they are so nice when booking and their homes never disappoint! Rented Better Together 9/13-9/21/20 and the cabin was wonderful! Three stories, one for each family the bedroom all have attached baths and the amenities were perfect. The porch on the main level has a large table perfect for family meals outside or just to catch the sunrise with a cup a coffee. Hot tub on lower level as well as game room and two bedrooms/two baths. Top level had sitting area and two bedroom/two baths. Perfect for large families looking to have their own space but plenty on family time as well. read more

Numerous phone calls had to be made to get the air conditioning fixed, 1 shower never did get fixed which leaked into the downstairs main bath area. I sent an email with full details of all this issues with this cabin and no one could take the time to respond. For the amount of money we paid we expected to have full use of all amenities the entire week which we did not as the pool was drained and not refilled for last 3 days of our visit. This was a huge inconvenience with 7 children in 90-degree weather. 13 people having to share 2 showers for a week and having to replace the air-conditioning unit for 2 of the bedrooms and loft area was also a bad experience, especially in the heat. This company has NO Integrity and terrible customer service! We rented a Summit Property about 2 weeks ago for a trip for the holidays. The next day, we received a cancellation from Bryce Canyon with Summit. His reason for cancelling? Because they wanted to increase the rental price. Really unbelievable that they would list a property at a price, and then go back on it after it was already reserved and prepaid. Worst of all was that when we reached out to Summit about them cancelling on us, we were told Bryce would contact us. To this day we have not heard from him despite us calling several times. Big Bear Lodge(3315 Sugar Maple Loop Rd) Not the best cabin we've had, but it'll work(I guess...) Cleaning crew was still here when we checked in, which wasn't necessarily a problem, but this place is in need of a SERIOUS update! First of all, the bottom floor smells terrible! Not sure if it's the rugs, couches or what. The "comfortable upscale furniture" the website talks about is extremely worn and one couch even has holes in the cushions...The "picturesque views from the large glass gable wall" is nothing but trees, you can just BARELY see mountains in the distance...there are gaps in the wood flooring..."Downstairs is home to...arcade game..." that is not plugged in and doesn't even have the cord needed to plug it in..."You will find a fully stocked kitchen with all modern conveniences " including spider webs. And the size of said webs in the kitchen says they've been overlooked more than just this visit...WiFi works, just not as much as it doesn't work and anyone with kids in 2021 knows that this causes dysfunction! "Big Bear Lodge will provide a memorable vacation for everyone!" that's the truest statement under the description for this cabin. 2 stars overall, but 3 stars because the cabin itself is nice...it just needs A LOT of TLC read more

This rental service has zero customer service experience. We had rented a cabin for our stay and were supposed to check in Friday the Tuesday night before our trip I get a email saying "my reservation has been canceled" no reason no call no anything else. I then get another email 20 minutes later saying a partial refund will be issued. I see both emails and pick up my phone because obviously something is wrong. Debbie answers the phone and says oh year we canceled it because the cabin has damage so you can't stay there. I say ok were you not planning to call and talk to me about this and why did I get a email saying I am only getting a partial refund and not a full refund. She said because we didn't need to send you 2 of the same email ‍ she had a terrible attitude. I asked when I would get my FULL refund she said within 48 hours... it has now been past 48 hours and I still have zero refund and I am now out more money because we had to find another cabin and book that while still waiting for our money back on the cabin we booked through them. I call back and of course Debbie answers the phone again tells me she issued the refund so it's out of her hands. I explain how disappointed I am with Summit Cabin Rentals and how they have handled this situation. She says well ok and hangs up on me.... Wow what a way to treat your customers. You cancelled on us, you never even called us, never offered to help find a new cabin, gave major attitude from the beginning, have yet to refund my money and hung up on me.... If you are looking to rent with someone perhaps choose another option this place doesn't seem to know much about how to treat people. read more

Our first trip to Tennessee and the mountains in a beautiful cabin. The trip up the mountain was a little scary but after a few times we were good. We stayed in Holy Smoky in the gated community of Shagbark and the pictures do not do this cabin justice. It's more beautiful in person. There is no yard space, the pictures are slightly deceiving when viewing on Summit cabins website. However the cabin location is very private and quiet. We even had a bear cub visit us. This was definitely the highlight of our trip. The drive to Pigeon Forge is about 15-20 minutes away. read more

We rented from Summit Cabins this past weekend. The description of the cabin completely left out the fact that the road to the cabin was very steep, narrow and unpaved. There had been gravel put down at some point, but most of it was washed away leaving mud with a few rocks. The narrow road dropped off straight down on one side and went straight up on the other. It was very dangerous especially at night. Luckily, we had a 4x4 truck, but it still slid around on the road. We only stayed one night of our reservation and opted for a hotel with safe access for the other. After reviewing the description and the signed contract, we chose not to contact Summit Cabin Rentals, because it stated that no discounts or refunds would be issued for poor road conditions. That should be a "red flag" to anyone. Never again will we book with Summit Cabin Rentals or anyone on VRBO associated with them. And I would give zero stars if that was an option! Also the cabin we rented, Mountain JERNE, was beautiful. However, there were some small things throughout that needed attention. It was not well stocked with supplies. It had the bear minimum and it was a 3 bed 2.5 bath cabin accommodating 10 guests but on 7 towels and 7 wash cloths and parking for only 1 car. We've stayed in many cabins in the area that have everything you need and ample supplies, not Mountain JERNE. Most importantly is the fact that the extremely steep, narrow, unpaved road could have led to multiple issues. If we didn't have a 4x4, we would not have even been able to drive up the road to the cabin. It's very sneaky and deceptive to not inform rental guests of unfinished, dangerous roads leading to the cabins. BEWARE!!!!! read more

We booked a cabin for our end of the year family trip on Vrbo to later receive emails from Summit Cabin Rentals with a rental agreement. I always thought Vrbo was "vacation rental by owner" and have always had a pleasant experience. This wouldn't have concerned mus much if it wasn't for Summit Cabin Rental's cancellation policy conflicting with the policy on Vrbo. The cancellation policy on Vrbo for the property we reserved guaranteed a full refund if cancelled 30 days in advance. This is why we made the reservation as a member of our family had not been able to confirm their days off from work. I immediately called Summit Cabin Rentals and explained I made a reservation on Vrbo but received rental agreements from them instead which conflicted with what I agreed to on the Vrbo site. I mentioned the reason for making the reservation so early in advance and that we needed some more time to confirm everyone but didn't want to lose the cabin. I would not have made the reservation if there was a $150 cancellation fee. The person placed the call on hold to confirm and after a few minutes assured me I would be able to cancel with no penalty if done 30 days prior as per Vrbo. The agent reassured me if I made the reservation with Vrbo, I would be under their cancellation policy. Unfortunately, the member of our party was unable to get the time off and we cancelled over 75 days in advance, giving Summit plenty of time to rent the property. As of this posting the cabin is already booked. Vrbo refunded their fees immediately. However, Summit did not refund their fees and I had to call Vrbo multiple times, open a ticket to finally get someone to take action. Even after cancelling the cabin, I still had to continuously contact Summit to finally get a refund over two weeks later. I thought this was finally done but when I received my refund, they removed $150 from the total stating their is a cancellation fee. I called yet again and spoke to several agents with all now stating this is their strict policy due to "administrative fees." Why tell us one thing and later go back on their word to charge a cancellation fee. After further research, I read on Vrbo their are 5 different cancellation policies owners can choose from when listing a property. Summit deliberately chose the "Moderate" policy which is the recommended and allows for 30 days cancellation with a full refund. They also will suggest you book on their site to save the Vrbo fees while forcing consumers to their terms. These are not ethical business practices and go against Vrbo's agreements as Summit is not permitted to direct consumers to their site if trying to book with Vrbo. I have made multiple attempts to speak to Summit, the property owner listed on Vrbo and have had no success in receiving my full refund. My last resort is to file a dispute with my credit card which as we know can be very difficult and written proof is typically needed. In June 2020, we rented the cabin called 'LIFE IS GOOD,' so that we could celebrate Father's Day, get away from the COVID lockdown in a clean, safe environment and get some hiking done. The premises were FILTHY! There were no instructions on how the TV was supposed to work. There was no information about how to get connected to wi-fi (somehow, we were magically supposed to know to look for this information under the modem). The kitchen outlets did not work, so that evening and the next morning, we had to make toast and coffee using outlets in the living room area by placing those appliances on the ground! The circuit board outside the cabin was pried loose, and indicated a shot circuit (then again, we are no electricians). The hot tub did not go over 91 degrees. The landline phone in the cabin was dead. My mobile phone did not have a signal inside the cabin. While getting bitten by mosquitoes, at about 6 p.m., I had to stand outside at a specific spot to get a person on the 1-800 number provided. The person who answered the 1-800 number said she could not do anything about it that evening or night. The office within the gated community and the security guard said all kinds of rental companies owned cabins in the neighborhood, and that they could not help us. The WORST part was not the technology issues though. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, and the entire main level was reeking of it! There were cigarette butts all over the parking area and patio. Some were even on the poor plants and trees by the side of the cabin. Take a look at the pictures I am attaching with this review, you will see that. Also, the grounds were full of trash. The grill on the patio was SO DIRTY, I refused to touch it. The dishes in the kitchen had a layer of dust on them! Yuk! The hot tub on the lower level patio had a torn cover and would not go above 91 degrees. Basically, the hot tub was another thing that was bombastically advertised but delivered nothing. After the 1-800 number yielded no results, I drove to the nearest town so I could send an e-mail to the generic address. The next day, while we were on the trail, we got a call from someone at the office that morning. They listened to me repeat all the things I had already mentioned on the 1-800 phone call and e-mail the previous evening, and after apologizing, said (I kid you not), "We should retire this property." I was told things would be fixed that day, and since it would already be the night of our second day there, I was promised a partial refund. Did I mention that I paid upward of $1,400 for the time I stayed at that filthy place? That night, when we came back to the cabin, some things were fixed, the power outlets were fixed, and a different grill was provided. The phone still did not work, the TV had still not been fixed, and obviously, the hot tub was still non-functional (nope, it would not go above 91 degrees). On day 3 of a 4-day stay (no kidding), they were still trying to fix the TV! So, what words do I use? EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED, DISAPPOINTED, and UNHAPPY? My decision to rent with Summit Rentals turned out to be a life-sucking gut-punch. In the last 13 years, I must have rented and stayed in dozens of cabins in the Smoky Mountain area through other providers and have never had such issues. Summit, you have great, clean properties, you say? LIFE IS GOOD is not the typical property, you say? Who cares? To me, your customer, the only cabin I stayed in is your entire company to me. You are as strong as your weakest link, and that ain't strong! As far as I am concerned, Summit Cabin Rentals is a master of overpromising and underdelivering. It is the Achilles' Heel of Marketing. I suffered because of your abysmal customer service. I refuse to be taken for a ride. 'LIFE IS GOOD'?? Nope! You should call this cabin and your business practices 'EMPTY PROMISES.' read more

There were at least four wasps nests on the back deck when we arrived. We called and spoke to customer service and they recommended us hitting them down ourselves with a broom. We were hoping that they would send someone to spray since there were a lot of wasps out. They said they could not over the weekend. We ended up having to call back because we could not get the hot tub to heat up. They said they would send someone out the next morning. No one showed up. Since no one came we had to Google and watch youtube videos on how to fix it ourselves. Turns out it was in standby mode and you have to hit a certain sequence of buttons to turn it on. If the hot tub was going to be left on standby mode I would expect instructions to be left or the hot tub to be ready when we arrived. On our final day we had no water or electricity until about 30 minutes before we were supposed to leave. So we had to rush to take showers and clean dishes. No one in our party had cell service in the cabin either. So everytime there was an issue we would have to leave to call. It would be nice if the cabin had a landline. Great location but it seems like the company maintenance does not work on weekends and the customer service people don't truly know how to help. So if you have an issue on the weekends you don't get support. We wanted the cabin for the view and the hot tub and couldn't really enjoy either. Not worth the price. in my opinion. read more

Please DON'T rent from Summit Cabin Rental "JUST 4 FUN" you will regret! !My family and I stayed at the Summit Cabin Rental Just 4 Fun cabin over Thanksgiving weekend (11/23/2016-11/27/2016). Although the layout of the cabin was beautiful, throughout our stay, it became abundantly clear that the upkeep of the cabin had been severely neglected. Please see bullet points below outlining all the issues we experienced during our stay. * Soon after entering the cabin, on 11/23/2016, my niece tried to sit on the living room sectional couch and flipped off the couch because a section of the couch was not anchored down. My sister-in-law also fell off that same couch the next day due to a broken arm on a different section of the couch. Basically, we all had to be mindful of where we sat on the couch and the couch had several sinking spots. One section of the couch did not have any cushion; it felt like we were sitting on a rock. * As we were preparing our Thanksgiving dinner we discovered that the oven was broken. We placed our turkey in the oven on 375 degrees at approximately 12:30am on 11/24/2016. My aunt and I woke up at approximately 5:00am to check on the turkey only to discover the turkey was still raw, which completely ruined our Thanksgiving dinner. * The living room's fireplace was broken and the heat in the lower level did not work. Due to not having heat in the lower level, the maintenance man brought a space heater the day we checked in, but it tripped the circuit breaker every night. One night, between 10pm-2am, we had to go out in the cold approximately 5-7 times to the flip the switch on the circuit breaker so the lower level lights and space heater would work. The maintenance man stated he would come back to fix the heat on Friday, however, he never returned, even after I called on Friday to report a number of other issues discovered over the course of the two days I had been there. * The table that was against the window in the dining room was wobbly and unsteady. Most of the chairs were very loose and rocky and we were not able to use many of the chairs due to fear that they would break. * Most of comforters were very worn and in need of replacement. Some of the throw pillows were very dusty. The pull-out couch was also very worn and we didn't feel safe sleeping on it. The pump, for the blow up beds provided, was missing so we could not use the air mattresses. * The washing machine was broken and my niece was unable to wash her infant son's clothes. * The light blew out in the hall going down to the lower level and as a result my niece fell down the stairs. My family and I paying over $2,000.00 to stay at this cabin for Thanksgiving weekend. That is a heavy price to pay for such subpar conditions, and actually subpar is too nice because some of the conditions were deplorable. The customer service received once these issues were reported was not much better and offering 10% of our money back, as some form of compensation, is insulting considering all the inconveniences we experienced. Would you want to pay almost $2,500 for a place with no heat on one level, a faulty circuit system, a malfunctioning stove, a broken washing machine, with dusty, dated and broken furniture? After trying to contact Summit Cabin Rentals by phone many times and email no one would contact me back to resolve this issues. read more

We rented from Summit Cabin Rental in the Smokies this past weekend and had an absolute horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone rent from this company. The cabin was not fit for renting with having a bathroom out of order. There were 7 people staying. We called to report and a Maintenance person came out and said he would be right back that he needed to get a part. He never returned during our stay. When I contacted the management, they were very unresponsive and actually cursed at me when I tried to speak with them about this issue.. So much false advertising. They said the cabin was a half mile away from the nearest neighbor. 20 feet from the driveway was about ten new cabins. They said it would have Christmas decor during the holidays and it had nothing. Called and complained so they slapped up a super cheap Christmas tree. Dirty dishes upon arrival. Used tampon in the hottub. Stepped on a rusty nail bc they cant replace light bulbs that i mentioned to them two days prior. Called with all of this and much more and they wont do anything. This was an issue with Summit 3 years ago that they never attempted to make right. Summit cabin rentals never did reach out to us about these issues. I had to post this on my own timeline because they deleted it from their own Facebook page. If I could have written this review with less stars I would have. What was supposed to be a nice weekend for our family turned out to be not so nice because of the Taylor Made cabin from Summit Cabins. I know a cabin is supposed to have a rustic feel but this is 2014 and certain aspects of places we like to stay at need to be updated. I don't suggest arriving at night to this cabin or others on this mountain. The cabin had one very dim 40W incandescent bulb on the porch. We had to unload the cars with flashlights. Would it be asking to much for the option of more light on the front of the cabin. With the front porch having such poor lighting it is about impossible to see the numbers on the deadbolt keypad to enter. Once in the cabin the poor lighting continues. The interior of the cabin is a very nice rustic looking wood panel. Wood in interiors isn't conducive for lighting and the 40W bulbs in the two lamps and hanging light did a terrible job of lighting the living room area. The kitchen had one overhead light on the ceiling above the sink area, again with 40W bulbs and some of the lights above the upper cabinets tried to illuminate the rest of the area. The dinning room had a hanging light with 5 candelabra bulbs that were the opposite of the others, they seemed to be 60W and clear and blinded you when you tried to hold a conversation in that direction. A simple dimmer would have made that area easier to handle; I ended up removing 3 bulbs during our stay to make it bearable. If you plan on using the hot tub bring a flashlight because the back porch also has one 40W bulb for illumination. The play area on the 2nd floor has a hanging light and it too has 40 W bulbs that barely allow you to see the pool table after dark. The room on the 2nd floor has a twin size bed, NOT a queen listed on the website. My sister and brother n law were quite upset with this. The room does have a nice porch off of it. The bathroom on the 2nd floor doesn't have a fan so don't plan on using the bathroom up there if you know what I mean. The shower door leaks water all over the floor unless you point the shower head into the corner, but then it is hard to take a shower in the corner. The door squeeks loudy too from that 2nd floor bedroom so be prepared to wake up anyone sleeping in the loft or the couch below. The house has an addition which houses the 3rd bedroom over a carport area. The room has a nice size, but its a wasted space. It does have a king bed, the only one in the house. The bathroom though is super small. If you are a large person don't plan on moving around easily in there. The room does have a ceiling fan which was great at night, but again there was a 40W bulb so lighting was terrible. When we do these family trips we like to have a breakfast our first day. The oven did not work so it was hard to bake biscuits without an oven. When we called and asked for the maintenance man to come and look at it we were told they would be there by 9, this call was placed at 815. Someone decides to show up at 1130 as we were about to eat and tells us it takes a while to light, would have been nice to know that. I forgot to mention this call was placed with a Verizon cell phone because T-mobile does NOT have service at the cabin and there is NOT a land line. If you have T-Mobile be prepared to be cut off from the world up there. There is an inviting swing on the front porch for which to drink your coffee and enjoy the outdoors. My wife and mom were on the swing and wouldn't you know the chain broke. Minutes before my daughter that is 15 months old was in my moms lap in the same place the chain whipped down on to my moms left breast giving her an instant bruise. Would my daughter have been sitting with her who knows what injuries she would have sustained. The chain they have holding this swing up was a chain used for a dog leash, not to hold up a swing. When we told Summit Rentals about this they did nothing. The repair man hung the swing up with the same chain, so when you look at the swing and its leaning to one side that is why. We booked a cabin with this company for a Friday and Saturday night (March 30th thru April 1st). On the Monday before our reservation (March 26th), the company sent us an e-mail telling us our cabin was available for the night before our reservation (March 29th) and if we wanted to extend our vacation, they would offer it to us at a discounted rate. I called the company and asked what the rate would be and after discussing it with my husband, we decided we would take them up on this "deal". The day of our arrival (now Thursday evening) I called to ask for a late checkout on Sunday (our departure date) and after talking with the rep, we then found out they had double booked our cabin by accident and we had no place to stay. The rep first tried to tell me I was wrong. After I told her I was 30 minutes away from the cabin, I had several confirmation e-mails and a debit card that was charged, she then found that, yes, they had made a mistake. She told me that we could just come Friday as originally planned (we live 4 hours away, not an option) and I told her I couldn't drive back home at 6 pm at night. She then found us another cabin for only the one night. This meant we had to unload our bags for 5 people (me, my husband, our 3 kids and two dogs) and then load back up Friday, wait for our cabin and unload again. I asked if there was anyway we could just stay in the "new" cabin for the entire trip and she said no. She then told my husband she was doing us a favor by not charging us more for the cabin she found us for the one night because it was bigger than the cabin we had for the rest of the weekend. We were offered no compensation for our trouble and no real apology until the next day. The customer service on this entire situation was terrible. We never would have added the extra night to go through this trouble. We changed everything around, paid more money thinking it would be a relaxing vacation and enjoyable, and it was not. This is our second time staying with this company and we were so disappointed in the way we were treated and the level of help we received. We drove all the way from Fort Campbell KY to have a nice Easter holiday and on Thursday night, we were so let down by Summit Cabin. Also, now looking at their website again, they have a special (and have for a while) book 2 nights get 1 free. So, their deal that landed us no cabin and the trouble should've been a free night anyway. To top this whole experience off the cabin we originally had for the weekend was gross. Broken down furniture, stains, gross doors and door knobs, dirty bed linens and weird smells. We were very unhappy with this trip and wish we had chosen another company. read more

Arrived on August 4th, checked into our cabin (a grande view) with 18 people.. YES... 18 people... everything was going well until we found roaches crawling on our bread... our water had such a strong sulphur smell it was hard not to get sick while taking a shower, and to top it off our last day here Friday August 10th we have NO running water... so 18 people including young children and an infant can not bathe, wash their hands or wash a load of laundry and there is nothing that can be done or so the property manager says... as a professional business it is not right to leave 18 people waterless after paying over $4000 on a cabin and not even offer different accommodations to shower (hotel room ect) regardless of how expensive it is.. being a professional business you should have the money to put someone into a hotel when your cabin is complete crap or have better plumbers on call for emergencies such as this... We will NEVER stay with summit cabins again! AND to tell us to take water from the hot tub on the outside deck and put it in the toilet to flush them is absolutely ridiculous!!! read more

We stayed in the Snuggle Inn cabin this past weekend and had a great time. This was our first time staying in TN so I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that the ride up to the cabin was a little scary in a couple places but not TOO outrageous. The cabin though-- from first observation, it didn't look like the outside of the cabin on the picture. And the cabins were really close together. I thought there would be more privacy. However, the inside of the cabin was very, very nice and just like the pictures. Everything was clean, there was everything you needed to cook and the views from the back were very nice as well. Wish there was a little more of a view but the best view came from the upstairs deck. Loved the pool table and the hot tub. Thought they could have spared a little more dish detergent but you can bring/more if needed. Bring your own detergent as well if you need to wash clothes. I would come again... read more
