The cabin was nice and clean and overall comfortable. We quickly discovered the WI-FI internet wasn't working, so we notified the front desk and was told it was being repaired. We contacted them a second time after we discovered the neighboring cabins had working internet, so obviously not an area outage like we were told. It was never fixed the entire stay, so the smart tv's were totally unusable, as were our cell phones. Unsatisfactory. read more

Went for a quick weekend away in the mist of the summer. The location was conveniently located to so many local attentions. Parking was ample. The retreat itself was clean, well light, and clear signage. For what we got, we felt it was priced appropriately. Overall, the amenities and location were fabulous. We came down with a group that had booked somewhere else and came into a horrible cabin. Within minutes, we knew we needed to find another option. Having been to Hidden Mountain many times, we called y'all immediately. Everyone was super helpful and compassionate. We were able to book a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom cottage on the spot and head right over. Cottage 2507 was perfect. It met all of our needs, at a wonderful price point. Thanks so much! When we arrived the Hot Tub was almost empty of water. They came and filled it up. within 3 hours it had leaked out. We let them know this. They found the leak and fixed it. They did not put any chemicals in the Hot Tub. Not good. By the time we left the temperature of the water wasn't even 90 degrees yet. Big disappointment. Besides all that the cabin smelled musty. Got to looking around and there was MOLD all over the walls in every room. All they could say was sorry. No refund or anything. Its a nice setting but we will never go back there. We were here for a meeting in their clubhouse. What a fabulous venue! This Hidden Mountain Resort Clubhouse is a hidden gem. The parking is ample, the kitchen area is clean and accessible, and the chairs are comfortable. While we were here (12.1.22), the clubhouse was decked out for Christmas. The fireplace was lit and it was warm and inviting. We loved the elk antler chandelier, or, as Husband dubbed it, the horny lights. A piano was near the bathroom, but no one used it. We did use the bathrooms - Husband said his was icy cold but women's was warm. As for the food, the Clubhouse has it catered for us. It was fresh fruit, a large selection of cheeses and pastries, and bagels with different toppings available. With over 90 attendees, I snapped a photo of what was left. Not much! read more

Overall, a really nice retreat with some very nice houses and views. After much research, we picked the villas (townhomes) with a view. 3328 has fantastic views of the Pigeon Forge valley and we spent many hours on the back patios enjoying them. The unit is mid-80's look with insert showers and wall paper everywhere. It does need an update, but when I'm out on the upper patio watching thunderstorms roll through the valley I don't care. We did have an issue with the room keys not working, but maintenance did end up fixing the issue, but it was annoying. We visited a few houses and everyone loved their setup. They just wanted to come over to our place for the view. read more

I visited Hidden Mountain Resort for 5 days. This was my first cabin experience. I rented a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 living rooms, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, full kitchen and cookware. The cabin was clean and the decorations was very nice. The location of the cabins are off the beaten path and was quite. I rarely seen people despite the many vehicles parked. I really engaged cooking out and found the resort to be extremely relaxing. My only issue is the driving the hills and winding paths at the resort. I found it to be scary. I will be visiting Hidden Mountain Resort next year. read more

When we arrived we felt welcomed and the area was stunning. However, our cabin was about 7 miles away from the main office. We didn't feel our cabin was in any part of a gated resort area. Our cabin was difficult to find and the roads are very narrow. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was terrible, low water pressure and water temp was only warm not hot. Not much outdoor area to have outdoor activities. We won't be back. The Apple Valley Restaurant near by was recommended. We went there for dinner and after 10 minutes of being ignored we left. read more

Three generations embarked on an adventure from central Illinois to Hidden Mountain Resort. We chose Bear Heaven (4087), for a lot of reasons. It was centrally located to most of the things we wanted to do. We loved having the pool and jacuzzi for our own use. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the adults had their own suites. If you are a flatlander like us, I would prepare yourself for some seriously steep turns on the resort property. We were lost immediately after leaving the office. I wish there had been some sort of escort to our cabin. Once we arrived, however, it was well worth the trip to hear our kids joy as they checked out the cabin. It didn't take us long to realize the kitchen is stocked (no food, though) with everything utensil, pot, pan, etc you could need. That said, I wish we had been left with more than one kitchen towel and one hot pad. We thought that was strange, since they knew we would be there for almost a week. The cabin next to us said they also only had one hot pad. We really enjoyed the decor of the cabin. Unfortunately (or fortunately ‍), we didn't see any bears at HMR. My husband did see a mama and her cubs when riding the loop at Cade's Cove. We highly recommend spending more time in nature than all the tourist trap stuff along the parkway. We left on a high note when we invited our cabin neighbors for dinner. They helped us empty out our fridge and we met a wonderful family. read more

We recently rented cabin 4168, "Mountain Breeze" for our 2021 Christmas in the Smokies with family. The cabin has a nice layout and even a pool, which is nice for a summer stay. However, there are some things that need to be addressed in this cabin. The kitchen has a "rustic shabby chic" feel, the granite countertops are beautiful, but the cabinets are greasy and dirty; the kitchen rug is a cloth rug and very stained and filthy. Not something you want to see in a place you prepare and eat food. The back deck patio is filled with fake plastic plants and there is dust and pollen everywhere. If you have outdoor allergies, avoid this area altogether! The basement bathroom door doesn't latch and will not lock. We had to prop something against the door when we used it. Both Christmas trees were barely lit; we paid for a nice holiday experience, at the very least, the Christmas trees should have working lights. The basement shower was gross and many surfaces had dust. Looked like things hadn't been touched in a while. The cabin needs some updated decor and features. The biggest issue is that the main level bathroom leaks and comes through the floor onto the basement bedroom. The bed is up against the wall, so if you stay here I would advise pulling the bed out, otherwise the bed will get soaked.We couldn't use our bed the first night and had to sleep on the basement floor. We contacted the guest services desk on the morning of 12/24/21 to notify them of the leak and wet bed. A repairman did come in the morning, however the leak wasn't fixed and by the afternoon, the bed was soaked yet again. We called again in the afternoon, a different repairman came and told us that nothing could be done; the water would need to completely leak out and that could be an undetermined amount of time. We had to pull the bed from the wall in order to avoid a wet bed. We made two (2) repair calls and notified the front desk staff at checkout, but they could have cared less. When we checked out on 12/27/21, we encountered the most rude lady after we shared the problems with the leak. We inquired about a credit because we were unable to use a bedroom for one of the four nights that we stayed. A bedroom that we had PAID in full. Her reply was not, "I'm so sorry" or any type of compassion or customer kindness but instead she told my husband and I what she WAS NOT going to do. She proceeded to ask us if we were able to use the bed the other nights, which we replied, "Yes". She was implying that we used the bed, so we should be satisfied. She was cold, beyond rude and not very Christian-like. All of the front desk staff with the exception of her, were wonderful. I contacted upper management via email and was told by the Vice President of Operations that they DO NOT refund any money. BEWARE! When you rent at Hidden Mountain, if anything goes wrong in your cabin you WILL NOT be credited or refunded. Cabins are "AS-IS". One more thing that was never mentioned to us is the ongoing construction. There are currently several new cabins being built, which is nice, but that would have been good information to know prior to renting. Depending on which cabin your rent, just know that if you plan on a morning sit on the porch to sip your coffee or tea, or for meditation, that you will not hear birds chirping or rustling leaves, but instead chainsaws, hammers pounding and large mobile powered machines. We will not ever be returning to Hidden Mountain. We are taking our business elsewhere! read more

If I could give a zero star I would. This cabin was infested with roaches. We came for a baseball tournament and our whole team stayed for 6 nights. On night one I found a roach running across my tv. When I killed it and called the front office I was told it was probably a "wood roach" and most likely came in while I was unloading the car. I was told to they would come to spray in the morning. The next day they did come and spray but I found another roach that next night. I was told then that they seem to come out after a spray. (Which made no sense if it came in while I was unloading the car) the 3rd night when I came home from dinner I opened the door to find roaches on my counter on and our food. When I called the front desk they said they would move me to another cabin and I could leave a refund me the next morning. When I went into the office the next day the woman working told me she would refund me only for that day and that I would have to be out of the cabin by 11am (it was 10:42 at that time) or no refund would be issued. So we stayed at the new cabin which also had roaches. Although I enjoyed the property and time with my sons team the place is not clean and roaches in the rooms can be taken care of but the owners and management do not care. They blew me off and never even offered to compensate me for the horrible experience I had there. We were told it's because we are in the woods. NO! It's because your cabins are filthy. We will never return to this place again and I suggest no one else does either of bugs are a problem for you. read more

We stayed two nights, checked out two days ago and I am STILL extremely congested from the insane amounts of dust and cobwebs from a cabin that apparently never got cleaned. I walked around barefoot for just a few minutes and the bottoms of my feet were black and disgusting. The picture shows just one of several cobwebs that were found when we checked in. The floors had way too many dead roaches and we found a live one in our shower. The roads leading up to the cabins were very confusing so I would highly recommend getting very comfortable with the maps they have in the office before you start heading up to your cabin. We also rented the lodge for our wedding venue and there were dead roaches all over it as well. The staff also did not make use of any COVID prevention measures such as masks. read more

Nice amenities, it's more of a suburban gated cabin subdivision. More privacy than many resorts, and far less than what I think of when I think "secluded mountain cabin." Super easy and efficient check-in process. There's a community pool with a couple of smaller cold soaking pools. The whole place is very nicely landscaped and appears well-maintained. The cabin where we stayed, "Pretty Lady," is accessible by the narrow (and I mean narrow) winding road with a few steep sections in the "East" part of the properties. It's kinda hairy when you meet an oncoming vehicle on that road which is like meeting a car on your own driveway. The hottub would've been better had the jets worked. That was easily remedied by soaking in the indoor tub with fully functional jets. Tasteful decor (except for that monstrosity of a wreath hanging over the tub!), cozy and all modern amenities. If you forget something, grocery and chain-hell "we sell everything" stores are minutes away. You'll have towels, a few trash bags, and can definitely forego a trip to the store before you take inventory once. Despite the proximity, your nearest neighboring cabin may be a few feet away, they have taken measures to allow enough privacy that skinny dipping is possible, and you don't worry that the family from Illinois staying next door will see you if you want to wear your SpongeBob pajamas. I mean, if you brought them. Or your Ewok underoos. Whatever. Book with confidence, this place is legit. It would be fun to have a family reunion here. Everyone could meet in Aunt Gert's cabin for breakfast and stay just long enough to help clean up but not long enough to hear your crazy Uncle review all his concerns about the state of the union and handbaskets for the third time before you attend to some pressing matter in your own cabin a few doors down. You know, like you do. Seems that a feller could also "test drive" an investment property for a week before closing on a deal. You know, if that feller were so inclined. 2016 Update. Cabin "Above and Beyond" is sweet! Parking is tight, and the view isn't much to brag about, but it's a really nice cabin, tastefully appointed, and you could easily crash here with 3-5 good travellers and be glad that you found this place. It's quiet, ther afternoon lighting, dappled through the deciduous canopy, is pretty amazing. read more

We stayed at the Dell which is the RV resort at hidden valley. You're supposed to have a class a RV but we did see other types of vehicles. The place is gated with a passkey card and there's only about 14 slots available for RVs. They have little tiny log cabin type buildings which are kind of cute and beautiful fireplaces and ponds on the back side of the property. It's very private place and very quiet but you can hear the strip one of the loud engines roaring during rat rod week. I definitely come again. read more

We meet with our family from Alabama here as it is a nice location in between our home in North Carolina. We have stayed several times, but will not return after this visit. There was a heat wave that overwhelmed the HVAC systems and made the deluxe cabin (we paid several hundred dollars per night to stay in) absolutely miserable. It was 80 degrees inside the cabin, making it difficult to sleep and ruining our vacation. The techs indicated there was nothing they could do. We never heard from Administration and were not offered a different cabin or any compensation for the awful accommodations, despite the exorbitant price we paid. Paying as much as we did for each night, the inability to attain a comfortable temperature inside (could not get less than 80 degrees), is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I recommend staying elsewhere as these people do not care about service or holding up their end of an agreement to provide a rental with properly functioning systems. read more

Let me begin by saying, my family and I have stayed at Hidden Mountain since early-mid 1980's. We have had great experiences in the past. BUT, not this year. We rented a large, new 6 bedroom cabin in the East location-4206. The cabin was dirty- food in the frig, toilets dirty, dead bugs everywhere, live stink bugs EVERYWHERE, hair all in the showers, crumbs on the counter, crumbs on the sofa, trash in the driveway, etc... I could go on and on. I called and they sent housekeeping to come "touch up". Why was a touch up was needed when the cabin was empty-unrented for 3 days before our arrival? In light of COVID, I would think cleaning would be stepped up. As a nurse for 20+ years, this makes me very concerned about all kinds of health issues. I kept pictures of holes in 2 recliners where the spring is poking out, so I can have record that this is the way it was when we got here. Glad no one cut their leg on them! There was a single completely bare Christmas tree-not even an ornament. The few Christmas decorations that were here still had price tags hanging on them. We went and got decorations ourselves, so we didn't have to look at a bare tree all week. Management (Bryson) was uncaring, and despite the thousands of dollars we paid to stay here, they refused any compensation for current or future stays. I had to call 3 times to finally get him on the phone. He never returned my calls. He just didn't care. They would take care of any maintenance or housekeeping needs, but that's it. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service here. It hasn't been like this before, but after reading other reviews, it seems to be turning to the norm. So sad. We will keep our family tradition of gathering the week of Christmas, but it WILL NOT be at Hidden Mountain. Never again! Rent with caution, and don't expect great customer service by their management if you experience any issues. read more

This was a great experience for us was a little concerned because I had read some bad reviews but we truly enjoyed our stay . We were not able to stay in the cabin we had originally reserved due to a wildfire mandatory evacuation.. So they placed us in a different cabin all was great with it .. We had to move to another cabin on Friday night because someone already had the cabin we was in reserved but the second cabin was even nicer the hot tub had an issue they sent someone right out to fix it .. My husband and I had reservations for 2 nights in cabin 4058. As soon as we entered, the smell of mold was so overpowering, I could hardly breathe. I thought if I gave it awhile, it would get better, and since it was pouring rain, we really didn't want to hassle with loading our luggage back into the car to get a different cabin. we ended up staying the night, but we didn't sleep at all. as the night went on, the smell got stronger. we both ended up with headaches and stuffed noses. wondering what the stinch could be, we lifted the mattress to discover a molded box spring. There was also a used tissue behind the bed and dust behind the bed an inch think. The return vent for the central air unit was caked in dust. I have pictures of each of these issues. We decided to leave and not stay the next night. the lady at the front desk was very dismissive and would not even look at the pictures I had taken. She said she could not give me a refund for the night we had already paid for and weren't staying for. I am so upset! This ruined our vacation! We've stayed at Hidden Mtn. at least 5 other times with no problems, so to be treated the way we were is very disheartening! I will NEVER recommend this resort to anyone and will be sure to recommend no one ever stay here! read more

Went up here on a 4 day New Years getaway with my wife & a couple of our friends. Everything was great up until our 2nd to last day when a snow storm hit the area which knocked out our power around 8 am (maybe earlier). We called the front desk and asked if they had an estimate on when we could have power again & they said they didn't know. We assumed it would just last part of the day so we decided to go out and just come back later. We returned to our cabin a few hours later and the power was still off. We waited around for about an hour, maybe two, and then decided to call the office again. We were told it would take 48-72 hours to restore power & if we wanted to, we could get a hotel & a voucher. They had no intention of notifying anyone about this & we had to call in order to receive the voucher they claimed had already been emailed to us We were told they wouldn't refund us and they absolutely do not do refunds I would unfortunately not recommend this place based on a customer service aspect & the fact I do not believe the cabins are regularly cleaned between guests due to the fact there was a dead roach under our bed & flies in the bathroom read more

Trip to the Smokies! This cabin was reserved by a friend who evidently learned of this place through a long and complicated story. The "resort" actually appears to be a company that rents out cabins under the auspices of the individual cabin homeowners. Hence I would not be surprised if there is a huge variation between the individual cabins. Ours however was great. The cabin was fairly large and spacious and contained many great items in two floors, including a TV, a stereo system, a large patio, a large dining table a large sofa and two lounge chairs. In the bottom floor there was a miniature pool table as well as a washer. The bathrooms were large and modern. In the back patio a nice jacuzzi bubbled. There were five beds available- a bunk bed, two individual side beds, a queen and a large king-sized bed for the only couple in our group. With a futon and an inflatable mattress, this allowed ten of us to sleep pretty comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware and kitchen appliances from electric grills to crockpots. On the second night we were able to cook a full meal of roast chicken and side dishes and drinks for eight people. The people were friendly, and the place was well maintained. There were a few downsides to the place. Notably it is high on a narrow mountain road in Sevierville, and a decent drive to the entrance to Sugarlands in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, especially when people are inebriated at 2 in the morning. The cabin is however quite close to Hwy 321 leading to Townsend and the secret entrances to the Smokies. The cabin is also a bit drafty at night. $475 for two nights was a nice deal, considering the price was divided among ten of us that cost everyone around $24/night. I would consider returning whenever I decide to revisit the Smokies. read more

Our cabin was so pretty and had such nice amenities, however when we arrived we went to the bottom floor basement and there were spiders everywhere on the ceilings behind the toilets and over the bunk beds. We had multiple people sleeping in the bunk room so couldn't even sleep on the top because the spiders are right over it. We went to open the pull out couch to sleep on instead and there was black dirt or crumbs from someone before. It was disgusting. We called the office the next morning to request them come to clean up a little bit. They came and "sprayed" for bugs but we came back and the spiders were in the same spot. Went to vacuum on our vacation and the vacuum stinks and doesn't even suction through the hose. This is absolutely ridiculous and there needs to be better cleaning service especially people who spend their hard earned money for a nice weekend getaway to relax and not have to clean themselves. Our cabin that we rented through Hidden Mountain Resort was phenomenal. Absolutely stunning views and perfect in every way. First, Hidden Mountain as a company is great. It has a religious background, and they have bible verses printed on their pamphlets and the check in and check out rules. I love it. I'm glad to see these companies still providing information but not shoving it down people's throats. When we arrived at the Main Office, we provided our information and was asked for the credit card or a credit card for the remainder of the payment due (you pay around 10-20 % online as a deposit before your trip and the remaining upon arrival). The employee that was helping us, swiped the card twice, but when the second transaction with through it still left the pending transaction on the card. Not his fault, but we were out the money on the credit card for the trip since there was "nothing" that could be done. The check in was easy and painless, the check-out was even better. We did have to call regarding the fireplace not working in our cabin, and some sort of animal was in the roof on our departure. The cabin. The cabin was wonderful, quite cozy. The hot tub on the deck was fantastic, as well as all of the appliances .The George Foreman was much better than what we expected. The only downfall to the trip was the water in the jacuzzi tub was sulfur water, and the water for the bathroom sink downstairs was sulfur water. So we didn't use the tub, nor the bathroom sink water. We brushed with bottle water and called it a day. Sulfur water isn't a bad thing, and we are in the mountains so it is expected. So we made do with what we had and still had an amazing time. The drive way is very steep, so if it was snow or ice, there is no way we could have made it up (we were in a 2wd not 4wd). Overall the stay was exactly what we were needing, it was a nice relaxing getaway with privacy. The cabin and people we met on this trip were perfect and helped with any issues we had. We will definitely rent again from Hidden Mountain. read more

Beautiful cabin in a semi-private setting, but horrible upkeep overall in the cabin....lots of things needed to be repaired or worked on. Plus, the kitchen was horribly small. In a house that sleeps 20/30+ people, the kitchen was annoyingly small. We stayed in one of the largest cabins (4181) on the property during the week of Thanksgiving and we had a great time, however there were some things that we were scratching our heads over and wondered what we were paying for. The walls were incredibly thin and we had to rearrange the young children's sleeping arrangements because of the thin floors and walls and the noise level throughout the house. Hand towel rods and shower curtain rods in a lot of the bathrooms were broken. Stove was missing the center rack and it was much needed for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. Thankfully, we called the office and had a new one in a matter of minutes. Refrigerator was missing shelves and broken drawers (again, we were extremely disappointed in the kitchen!) Movie theater seats were broken and did not recline. Screen porch had a hole in the screen and allowed for raccoons to get inside and they got into one of our covered pies we left outside because of the cooler temperatures. Another complaint was the light bulbs...I know, crazy sounding... but the lightbulbs in some of the main lighting areas were SO BRIGHT that we had to go out and buy less wattage bulbs! Seriously, our eyes HURT when we flipped the switch! I literally could go on and on... but I'll save it! Overall, we had a great time together as a family, but when you pay around $900 a night, we were expecting the upkeep of the cabin to be in a whole lot better shape. Location of cabin was great though! We enjoyed being so close to grocery stores and area attractions. read more

Don't go here! My husband and I stayed here a couple of times in the past year because Oak Haven was totally booked. Now we know why. We strongly recommended this place to our son and his wife and their 5 young children. Will never stay here again!! We rented #4063 Angels. The place needs some serious attention! A 4 bedroom that easily sleeps 9. The beds were not comfortable. The furniture was shot! You sat on a couch and sat almost to the floor! The silver wear had 3 teaspoons in the drawer! The cook wear had one very warped skillet with no lid and 2 sauce pans- a 1 quart and a 1 1/2 quart. There was a mouse nest in the back of the silver wear drawer . There was no broom or dust pan and the vacuum cleaner was broken and in pieces. The internet didn't work. The TVs were small and the one in the basement was hung on the wall with the left over wall paper still around it but the walls were painted around what use to be a much bigger TV. There was what seams like a nice big jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bedroom but no plug for the drain. There were two extra drain plugs up there but neither of them fit. Most of the handles on the dressers just pulled off in your hand when you go to try and open a drawer. After calling the office after we left we were told , 'well that's why we only charge $350 per night which is the price of a 3 bedroom instead of the full price for a 4 bedroom. Next time just ask us which house we recommend so you'll get a good one'. Yep! No kidding! That was word for word from the manager. We have 9 grown children and many grands. Pigeon Forge is SUCH a fun place to bring families for a vacation. But DO NOT STAY AT HIDDEN MOUNTAIN RESORT. read more

I have stayed with Hidden Mountain for nearly 20 years and never a bad customer experience with them until today. Any time there was a problem with amenities or cleanliness, they had always corrected the problem in a timely manner. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to travel at the time I originally booked with them. I spoke with Serenity, and she refused to refund me my deposit and told me that I can have it transferred to someone else or have it placed on hold for up to a year. This made my already burdensome task of cancelling my plans even more cumbersome and definitely will not ever stay with them again if I was to be back in the area. This is so disappointing to me that a "Christian" company could be so much about money and not about providing the same customer service that I was accustomed to for so long. I honeymooned with this company and sent so many referrals their way because they had always treated me like family. I guess the almighty dollar prevails and they are willing to lose a once very loyal customer. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Currently in cabin 5226. We checked in, came and dropped off our bags, then headed out for dinner. Came back, everyone gathered in the living room before bed for a little while, then everyone headed to their rooms. Upon entering one room, we found the TV didn't work. I called the office, the lady acted like she didn't care. The more I thought about the fact of paying $200 a night for amenities to not work, the more mad I got! So I then called back and requested a manager, Joel got on the phone. Joel then proceeded to tell me its my fault the TV isn't working because I didn't check that it was working when we got into the cabin. Um excuse me? Shouldn't that have been checked before anyone was allowed to stay here?! Nah, apparently you have to do your own stuff before you can enjoy your vacation. He then proceeds to tell me if I had an issue I should have called before 10pm. Ok so again, I'm on vacation! That stuff that should have been checked before I got here was apparently my responsibility! So I then told him I wanted a refund or a new cabin, again not happening because this is all my fault! So thats ok! Ill make sure to leave a horrible review anywhere I can and will also contact the owner of this cabin to let them know how horrible the people are thats running their cabin for them! Luckily they left their information in a binder in the living room! This is horrible service and I cannot believe you would say such crummy things to people who are paying their hard earned money to stay with you!!!! But you don't care, because you're still getting paid! You all have officially lost my business due to your rudeness and lack of responsibility! I will make sure to tell anyone I talk to, to not stay here. All I asked was for this situation to be made right, and all I was told was that it was my fault! We reserved two cabins here after having to leave a separate resort due to many issues. After a quick call, they found us two cabins that were vacant on two separate nights that we could hop from because all other cabins were occupied. Hidden Mountain has been great to us! Both cabins have been clean and in tip-top shape! We've had a great experience since being at this resort and we will be back again time and time again! read more

My family and I stayed here last week and didn't want to leave. We drove from Nashville, and it was so nice to go into a nice, quiet cabin and relax. It was a perfect size for us. We played ping pong right away in the enclosed patio, and enjoyed the jacuzzi also. It was nice and clean. The only thing were the doors were squeaky but other than that, it was great. They have a stacked washer and dryer inside the master room with a door, and it was so nice to do some laundry before left. Just bring your own laundry soap, oh and your own coffee. There was a coffee maker, and tons of filter in cabin 4114 :) The staff was so friendly and it was so great that the phone was programmed to all the local/tourist phone numbers. The drive was close to many restaurants, stores and other fun things to do nearby. We can't wait to go back!! read more
