The cabin was spacious, clean and in a very good location to the Parkway. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the showers. The cabin has seating areas on the patios and includes a hot tub. The pool is a very short distance from the property. I would definitely stay here again. read more

The quality of the customer service and satisfaction was poor. I know things happen and can't be helped but can be fixed by other options. It was a beautiful area and cabin besides the fact we had in our cabin flying "lady bugs" over the shower, bed, kitchen, and on the floor dead everywhere. Also, falling on you and being on your blanket unexpectedly.. After the second day of staying there we had realized it all and made contact with the resort and management and they told us they could come have someone spray and clean and none of that happened at all.. and they would not switch us cabins due to them being "all sold out" which was in fact not true either because i was able to go onto the website where I originally purchased that cabin and saw other cabins I could pay for to stay in... just not a good experience after paying so much. So be careful.. Also, thank you Zach for responding. I understand after reviewing the situation they had followed up they told me the same thing and then in TEXT MESSAGE I can gladly post below on here they did not have the out like they said they did from the first text to then having her come out and check it out. While the plan was not to spend much time at the cabin, it was so nice we almost wanted to and found ourselves headed home in the evening vs looking for things to do. It is set up very comfortably and has everything you need. We were more than impressed with it. The process of renting was easy and loved the no-contact check-in. I recommend this company. We stayed in Legacy Lodge last holiday season & it was incredible. There's a washer & dryer, fully loaded kitchen with everything you need, 3 showers, a true full garden tub, a game room in the loft, an old school video game system next to the couch on the main level, & a hot tub outside. It's also really easy to get to as well. Despite having to go up & down a couple of hilly roads to get there, the road itself isn't on the ride of a mountain. There's room for two sedans or one minivan to fit in front of the cabin. It's also only a ten minute drive from the main parkway. We had problems with the internet one day, we called maintenance & came out shortly. They'll even send you a text with check in instructions, so that you don't even have to check in & out of the office. You can just go directly to your cabin. The road to get to Eagles Ridge cabin rentals is directly next to the Jurassic jungle boat ride. We even left something in the cabin & we went to the office & they let us go back & get it. There's only one tip I have if your going to rent from this company: arrive during the day. The area around the cabins is super dark at night. Once you figure out where your cabin is, it's not a problem, but you'll want to locate it during the day for the first time, the cabin signs are t lit up. That said, if your having trouble, go to the office, they should help you locate it with ease. The only bad thing I can say is the grill was dirty, so if your going to use it, bring some cleaning spray. read more

How was your experience with us? : Well, our 3 teenage girls stayed in one bedroom and ended up waking up with bites all over them. We called and were told the property was inspected by 2 companies - which I'm finding hard to believe because we actually asked to rent an additional night, before this big bite problem, and couldn't because it was already rented. So when was this cabin inspected by 2 different pest companies when we called in this complaint around noon after checking out? And again speaking to someone around 2pm on same day, when check in is shortly after and at that time only one company had been there without a mention of another? So I find that hard to believe. And I submitted many pictures showing evidence of these bites on 3 of our teenagers, whether they are from bed bugs...fleas...or whatever they are from! I had to quarantine all of their clothes, relay the info to 2 of their parent since the teens are friends of my own child...now to go home and find a laundry mat to wash the infected clothes caused from this cabin company and spending the rest of our vacation trying to find some sort of medicine to help the girls from scratching their skin off. And to get a call today saying it was not the property's fault is outrageous! This was only on the 3 girls who staying in that room...no one else. It wasn't from anything else that we all did together or the rest of our family would have them! I would NOT recommend this company as the customer service was horrible and I'm going to have to spend quite a bit of money to wash everything to ensure all of these clothes are clean!!! We've stayed for years at Eagle's Ridge Cabins & always had a great accommodation. Our stay in February of 2024 was ok at best. Cabi ER15 could have been nice,but it was not maintained at all, a small kitchen table for 6 people, the upholstered kitchen chairs were filthy, no lights over stove or sink, so we needed a flashlight for cooking. Bathroom sinks & showers were old & looked stained, and the heat, during a cold stay, was programmed to drop to 62 late at night. No one told us, so everyone froze the first night! Never again will we stay at A Bear's Life! Very disappointing. read more

We stayed in Bears Right Inn (Cabin #305) for our family reunion. There were 30 of us in the one large cabin and a total of 41 in our group (spread out over 4 cabins in the resort). We had a wonderful time! The cabin was large enough for us all to sleep comfortably. We also cooked our evenings meals and fed the entire group most nights at the large cabin. The check in and out process was effortless and easy, the staff was very accommodating--all we had to do was call. They picked up our trash daily. The cabin was clean and we had plenty of towels and bed linens. A few things that might improve the cabin are: We loved sitting on the porches and decks and spent most of our time outside on the porch. The back porch was so dark, even in the day time and would have been so much more usable with more light, adding some stringed cafe lights would make it AWESOME! Also, the dishwasher could use replacing; it sometimes took more that one cycle to clean the dishes and the wheels have come off the bottom rack. Lastly, the addition of another fridge would be amazing--there is plenty of room for one in the basement laundry room or on the back porch. With a cabin that sleeps 30 having 2 fridges would be super helpful. All in all we have an amazing time and the cabin allowed us to all be together. We would for sure stay again. The resort itself is also great! We enjoyed the pool and club house and liked having the opportunity to have multiply cabins for our very large group! read more

This was a bucket list box for us to check to enjoy The Smoky Mountains in the Fall. The last thing you want to worry about is where you'll stay, what to bring, do they have what we need for our daily life. These cabins are so well equipped with everything you need from coffee makers to dishwashing soap. All you have to bring is you, your groceries and your group. This is a warning if traveling with disabled members of your family. What they refer to as an accessible cabin only means it has a wheelchair ramp. And even then, you may have trouble getting in, my electric wheelchair could barely get on the ramp, and barely in the door. And that's the limit of its "accessibility". No raised toilets, no grab bars, no wheelchair height tables. I had to use a barstool as a table. We checked out after one night instead of our planned three. read more

The cabin my boyfriend and I stayed in looked great from the outside, however the inside was such a disappointment. As soon as we walked in, it stunk. The carpet on the stairs & the second floor was SO old and stained. It was definitely contributing to the odor of the cabin. The surfaces in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. The flooring in the bathroom had black residue caked on it in multiple areas. I purchased my own cleaning supplies within an hour of my arrival. After a 12 hour drive from Florida, the very last thing I wanted to do was clean. The second floor of the cabin was a hangout area with a pool table, tv and futon. There were broken decorations still hanging on the walls, broken pool sticks, and a dart board that didn't have any actual darts yet the cabin had hundreds of holes all over the wall. Also, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Our cabin desperately needs some TLC. Although this cabin community is in a great location, I would not stay here again. read more

I have stayed in MANY cabins in Pigeon Forge/Gatinburg/Seiverville and have compared this stay at Eagles Ridge Resort (HAPPY HAVEN) to the other cabins I have rented. I booked through VRBO. Everything viewed on the booking site and received stated that it was a 4:00 PM Check in. * I also received several emails/texts leading up to the trip stating that I would be receiving a text message when the cabin was ready for us with the access key code information. However, I could not believe that come 3:30 PM day of, I hadn't received even a courtesy text letting me know that they were expecting me. When we were on our 5 hour drive, I was stressed out the entire time wondering if they forgot about us. I sent a message through the VRBO site at 3:30 asking about the information and never got a reply. We got to the cabin at 3:57 PM with no check in information. I called the receptionist number and was told o Receptionist: "You haven't gotten a text message with check in information yet, because it's not ready." o Me: "Well, it's 3 minutes until 4:00 PM" o Receptionist: "Well, our check in time is ANY TIME after 4:00 PM and we're running a little behind because the person in that cabin had a late check out today." o Me: "No - that's not true, everything I booked stated check in was at 4:00 PM. And the late check out doesn't seem to be the main cause here because I'm at the cabin and there is no one here cleaning it." o Receptionist: "The agreement you signed stated this." o Me: "oh so in the fine print? Not anywhere on the website or booking info? How in the world does someone plan a vacation when check in can be any time between 4PM - midnight? I am literally here with my two little children with no guarantee when I can get them in?" The conversation continued and only infuriated us more. They said their policy is anytime after 4PM and they have guests check in at 6PM all the time (per Angela). If that's the case, then put 6PM on your check in -not 4PM. It's very misleading. I also let Angela know that from booking via VRBO, that 4PM listed throughout and she said, "we'll have to follow up with them, that's not right." Seriously? We had to push to get the cleaning people there as we sat in our car and waited. We were told that they would send 4 people so it could be done in 20 minutes (to which my husband replied "how do you drain, clean and refill a hot tub in 20 minutes?"). The cleaners showed up and there were only 2 and it took them 75 minutes! We sat and waited.......finally got into the cabin at 5:15 PM . I have NEVER had a cabin company tell us that the time was not guaranteed "by that time." And never has it been after 4PM! This alone will prevent us from ever using Eagles Ridge Resort ever again! We need more customer care than this! When we tried to access the internet, we were having issues. I was copying and pasting the code directly from the email I received upon check in. I called the dispatcher and they sent someone immediately to assist us. When he arrived, he pointed out the wifi code on the actual modem and it was 2 letters/spaces different than what we emailed to me. Goes to show they are lacking on details! Other Cons: * WAY too close to neighbors! * No view! * Minimal Utensils - no whisk, oven mit, skillet * Dirty dishes that were in the cabinets (especially the coffee mugs were disgusting) * Sheets had hairs all over them (specifically on the basement bed) I had to rewash them before our kids slept in it. * Mismatched silverware and plateware (only one large coffee mug, only 2 small forks and a few large forks) * The trashcan needed a cover/lid * Would have preferred a wood fireplace (like we have in the other cabins we rent) the beds were SOOO Uncomfortable Pros: * Provided plenty of toiletpaper WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! read more

This cabin was amazing it was just as expected picture perfect, it's location is the best of both worlds it's in a peaceful setting but very close to pigeon Forge and of course Gatlinburg . checking in was very simple the staff sent all of our codes well in advance of arrival. ER258 Sweet Memories - this was a lovely resort cabin very close to the strip in Pigeon Forge. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, a great getaway for 5 friends. We learned to navigate the roads that ran parallel to the strip to avoid traffic. We used this as our home base to explore the park, Gatlinburg, and PF. The house gave us a lot of room to spread out with three living areas and lots of porch space. The side living room was perfect for naps or reading on a rainy day. These cabins are really nice! 4 floors of fun! They have pool tables and hot tubs, a complete kitchen and an extra fridge. There are a lot of stairs but that's the only negative. Very clean! Has the cabin feel with the decorations. There's also a fireplace but it was too hot still to need it. There's also a pool down by the clubhouse for swimming. The clubhouse is more than adequate for large parties. I highly recommend this place if you have a large group. There's plenty of stuff to do nearby in pigeon forge, what are you waiting for hoss? read more

The cabin was very comfortable, clean, well stocked.. And all the staff were great.. Especially Amy.. She went above and beyond her job description.. My family (four of us in total) came here to spend Christmas and I thought the cabins were great! We had four bedrooms in all, two of which had jacuzzi tubs in the rooms. The kitchen had nice updates appliances, the bathrooms were clean, and the decor was great for the cabin feel. We also loved the spacious decks, the swing and rocking chairs on the porch, and the hot tub. The only reason I didn't give five stars is for the bedding and shower situation. The bedding was worn and really needed more than just a sheet and a nasty old worn quilt. As far as the showers, you could hardly turn around in them and the upstairs did not have one! We have sweet memories of Sweet Memories # 258 at Eagles Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. We were three generations (8 adults and six children) celebrating grandma and grandpa's retirement and 40th wedding anniversary. The cabin was perfect; 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms on three floors. Main floor has two bedrooms and two baths with showers, kitchen with 3 chairs at counter, two dining areas, a living room, plus a sitting room which is on one end of one of the dining rooms. This room also has a pull-out couch and TV. Upper level is a spacious master bedroom (king bed) with jacuzzi tub in bedroom and bathroom with two sinks and shower. Lower level has two bedrooms with bathrooms in each room with shower/tub combo. The game room has a pool table, foosball table, arcade games, TV, and a pull-out couch. The large front porch offers lots of space/seating for morning coffee and late night conversation. The cabin was clean. We were pleasantly surprised that even when sitting outside in hot, muggy weather, there were no bugs. The first night we had a problem with the hot tub and someone in our party (a firefighter/EMT) noticed that the smoke detector needed new batteries. We called and help arrived and problems were resolved promptly. Location is perfect--grocery stores are a few minutes away and you don't have to go to the Parkway to get to them. Dollywood, Dollywood Splash, and Dixie Stampede are all within 15 minutes of the cabin. I didn't know that you need to call to schedule garbage pick- up, but once I figured this out, they come quickly after calling. I would return (and hope to do so) in a heartbeat! read more

Cabin #299 "Possum Hollow" Would not rent. Went for a three day weekend with family. Arrived and immediately noticed cabin had an odor in it and blinds were tore in multiple places. The next morning when taking a shower noticed a mold like substance all around top of shower and on curtain. Also, had mold looking substance (they would not confirm or deny it was mold) on caulking around base of shower. Called the office and they sent a cleaning crew who could not see it. So I took the shower curtain to the office and showed them. They immediately confirmed the issue and replaced it and sent a new person to try to clean the caulk and shower. There also appeared to be a water leak by the sink and the toilet leaked. All of this was on the basement level. Rest of family thought they were fine, until the day we left and mold like substance was found on the shower curtain on the main level. The family member didn't realize the shower curtains were stuck together and when they pulled it apart they found it. In addition, pillows were nasty, glad we brought our own. See pics of all of these issues. Would not have stayed the last two days, but had to because we made the reservation late and it was the only four bedroom cabin we could find. If you are suffering from any breathing ailments, would definitely not recommend this cabin due to health concerns. Cabin is in bad need of updates and maintenance. Stayed here for one week over the New Year holiday. The construction of the cabin is cozy and warm. However, the cabin needed a deep cleaning and maintenance work. We were promised wifi as one of the features of this cabin yet when we arrived we realized it did not work. There were also many bulbs out throughout the already low- lit space. The kitchen and bathrooms were dirty and moldy. The walls were full of a dirty splatter, further proving the place had not had a good cleaning in ages. The master bedroom had a hot tub but it was too grimy to even conceive of using. The kitchen came with pots and pans but these were also so grimy and burnt we couldn't cook in them. We visited the management office regarding the issues during the first morning of our stay and they promised to have someone out to the cabin but no one ever came. We called several times throughout our stay and reminded the management office that the issues were still ongoing and although they continually promised someone was on the way, no one ever came out to fix anything the entire week. Our concerns went ignored. Definitely finding a different resort the next time we come out here. read more

We stayed in a very nice little cabin (#36) it just below the main clubhouse beside a small creek, while on a corner it was quiet and seemed a little more private. The cabin was clean and well cared for, it had a lofted bedroom with a second TV which made it nice to be able to relax while others watched something else downstairs. The kitchen was right inside the door which made it nice to bring in a few grocery items. It has a small washer drier best suited for swimsuits/shirts and a couple pool towels at a time. The cabin has a surrounding deck with swing and rocking chairs and a convenient gas grill. The hot tub is pretty secluded and screened in should you "forget" your swimming suit if you go out after dark. All in all a nice tidy little spot tucked in the hills and hollow right off the parkway. read more

Er87 was a mess and i will never return. The company neglects their job by providing decent cleaning and maintenance. Hole in roof on porch and unit was dirty. From bugs in window sill to dust in several places. This is not worth $200 a day. I could have stayed in a hotel in town for half and had a clean unit. read more

Giving this another couple stars for customer service and updating my review. So let me clarify, I initially thought we were staying in a Diamond Resorts owned timeshare, which apparently this is not, the Eagles Ridge cabins are individually owned and then managed by another company. We received a free 3 night stay here, after staying in a Diamond Resort in Virginia, in return for listening to Diamond Resorts sales pitch on owning a timeshare with them. We had had a bad experience with the Virginia Diamond Resort property when we stayed there, including a lack of response when we requested service, so when we were unhappy with the conditions of cabin 30 at Eagles Ridge, we didn't even bother to call anyone to complain. It was a free room for us so we didn't want to waste time, like we had before, on our short vacation. So after leaving my review of less than stellar conditions, a rep from Eagles Ridge responded, quite promptly too. She was super quick to apologize and let me know that she could have resolved any issue while we were there. I wish I would have called and had us moved to another cabin while we were there. Anyways, I wanted to update the review, because prompt customer service rocks, and she tried to remedy the situation with offering us another stay, but we really won't be visiting the Pigeon Forge area again anytime soon, I would give this place another shot if we did because of the responsive staff, location, and their amenities looked great, it was just our specific cabin that looked a mess. I do believe they have nice cabins, unfortunately the one we were in was not the best. Hopefully someone with a better experience in a room will be able to leave a better review of conditions. I will say the location is pretty awesome, set in the woodsy mountains, but virtually across from The Island and all the stuff you want to do. The pool looked hella awesome too, but we never had time to go to it during our short stay. read more

The cabin was old and smelled. It could use a deep cleaning. The cabin I stayed in was crowded. It had tiny bathrooms and barely any room to move around. It had 3 bedrooms and it was only 2 of us and I felt crowded. The hot water tank was tiny so keep your showers quick. There was no way 6+ people could shower in that cabin and all have warm water. The cabin was critters nest and I found out why. At night the animals had a party on the roof. It kept us up so don't think about sleeping in the loft. I will check the reviews before booking my next trip to the area. read more

My entire family travels from all over to meet here, sometimes several times a year. We love this place! Cabins are amazing. These people will not let you down! Rented the 9bdrm cabin Easter weekend and it's amazing!!!!!! Clean, fun, quiet, off the beaten path but right next to everything. My car even broke down and there's an Auto Zone right down the street and a guy even fixed my car! We love pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Been coming here for years. My husband and I stayed at and Eagles Ridge Resort last weekend. We had a $99 deal in return for sitting through a sales pitch. We frequently visit the area since it's only a 4 hour drive from home so this isn't our first experience with cabins in the area. Cabin 71 was probably the worst cabin I've ever stayed in. It desperately needs to be updated. It's a one bedroom so the bedroom was in the upstairs loft area. It was so cramped. The carpet had stains. The bed was so small and so uncomfortable. The shower/tub looked like something you see in a cheap motel. Cheap shower head, stained/dirty faucet and rust stains. We never used the kitchen or the jacuzzi so I can't comment on either of those. We actually left the night before we were supposed to check out because we couldn't bear sleeping in the bed again. I actually dreaded going back to this cabin. I'll be back to the area again in the future but I will stay with other cabin rental companies where I've had great stays. This was not worth the $99 deal. Lesson learned. read more
