It's a nice place to stay but for as much as they charge they really need to spend some money on doing repairs & updating the resort. 2 days we tried to use the jet tub only for the water to be ice cold. Called the front desk & was told someone would be right down to check into it. 30min later no one had shown up so we gave up. Later that day we tried again & still the water was ice cold. Rooms are nice but there's rust on the vents and they are heavy lint with lint. In the pool area the floor has sunken in a lot of places that can lead to a trip hazard. Also the elevators displays don't work. The carts to haul your luggage to and from your room are severely lacking, people will also take them to their rooms a hang onto them even if they're not checking out till the next morning. It's a shame this place has gone down hill so much as it used to a really nice place to stay when we visited the Smokies.

The room was wonderful and large, definitely big enough for all of us! Only downside is, there's no on site restaurant. The pools were nice, as was the lazy river, and it was a quiet escape from the chaos of the Parkway!

RiverStone Resort is a hidden gem in Pigeon Forge! We enjoyed 4 days of total comfort -- the lazy river, indoor pool complex, and especially the Jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after exploring Dollywood and the nearby shows. Our suite was spacious and clean, and the staff was welcoming and professional throughout our stay. Definitely a place we'll return to, and next time we're bringing friends!

Not bad. Stayed here for two nights and it did the job. Condo type set up with full kitchen as well as washer/dryer. Huge plus when traveling with family. A single load detergent is in the room. You can get more at the front desk for free. Spacious, clean room with a balcony. We had five in our party and it was plenty of room. Pool area is ok with a small lazy river. Indoor pool and spa is open 24/7. There are separate room and pool keys which was kinda weird. Parking is pretty convenient. Self park. No charge. They had luggage racks that you can use to load up your stuff and roll to your room. Good location with plenty to do nearby. Reasonably priced.

Booked a room back in Mid-July, amazing room, friendly service, beds were very comfortable to sleep in, views from balconies were amazing, lots of activities nearby, and what's with the spa? It is amazing! No delays and plans were months-out!

I have zero complaints. I usually find things I don't like but I have none. Rooms are SO CLEAN and spacious; we had a 3rd floor condo with 2 rooms for my family of 4 and our dog with washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies for your stay. There is not a full service clean every day (you can pay extra if you want it) but they work very hard to provide you with everything you need. Our condo had a patio in front which was also perfect for our dog. The parking situation was good. We parked in the garage and our F-150 had no issues with space. I will absolutely be coming back!

My short stay at this Condo was comfortable! It was a 3 bedroom & 2 Bath with a wonderful view! The location was on the end and I appreciated the quietness that we had in on this area! My family felt secure and comfortable and it is centrally located to many restaurants; markets and attractions (by car or walking)! The condo is spacious and during the visit we didn't feel we are on top of each other! There were flat screen TV's in each room with Direct TV (HBO & Max Premium Channels)! There is one indoor pool and outdoor pool! Overall-comfortable stay!

This place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, which is hard to come by these days. We had a 2 bedroom King condo and everything was up to date. No issues with anything and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were extremely crowded, probably won't visit again in the summer!

Stay here at the cozy resort... u will never want to leave.. there is an indoor pool and if you can stay 2 nights to enjoy ur stay

This place is a MUST!! Super clean resort inside and out. Walking distance to all the fun entertainment. We even had geese visitors on the property. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas!! Family friendly and couples cozy

    Water fall into lazy river

Not only was our condo really spotless but the entire grounds were clean. The lazy river, pool, and hot tub were clean and beautiful. The waterfall at the lazy river was such a nice touch. We will definitely be returning to RiverStone Resort and Spa every time we return to Pigeon Forge. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking items you would need, the beds were very comfy. The best part: it was so quiet!!!!! We couldn't hear the people above us at all! The long hours for the pool and lazy river came in handy too!!!

There's a lot I like about this place but there's one big problem for me. The rooms are not cleaned well. We also found the beds to be uncomfortable. They werent the worst we've ever slept on but you can definitely feel the springs and they're too hard. We arrived earlier today and took a look around our condo. There's dust everywhere! There are fingerprints on all table surfaces and on the countertops. The large bathtub in the master has moldy jets. The sliding glass doors are dirty. I havent reported it yet because we've been out busy all day and got in after 11 but I will report it tomorrow and hope they are able to thoroughly clean it. Other than the cleanliness, parking is free and plentiful. There is an indoor pool, bounce pad for kids, a beautiful river view and the condo is spacious. If it were clean, I would've given it four stars. These condos were quiet for a shared space and that's something I definitely appreciate because I'm a light sleeper. There are a lot of signs of water damage and age in the condo. There's tons of scratches, scuffs and water marks everywhere. It's a super short drive to Dolly's Stampede show. You can see it right across the small river. Theres so much to see and do in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. In December, there are beautiful holiday lights and the town of Gatlinburg looks like it's out of a Hallmark movie. We stayed in #428 and would again if it were properly cleaned, especially during Covid!

This was our second visit here, with our 4 kids. Great location a block off the main drag and right on the river. Indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor lazy river, as well as jungle Jim, gym etc. Clean, large rooms with everything you need.

I went in hopeful and we left completely convinced. This place didn't just meet expectations, it blew straight through them. The Inn is Christmas 24/7, 365 days a year, and somehow it never feels cheesy or forced which is kinda the magic here. What could easily have been a kitschy, Vegas-style Pigeon Forge gimmick is elevated into something genuinely special by the level of service and attention to detail. From the moment you check in, you realize this isn't just a theme -- it's a fully realized experience tucked into the Appalachian Mountains. The service alone deserves serious recognition. Every interaction felt intentional, warm, and unhurried. Staff members weren't just polite, they were present, attentive without hovering, joyful without being performative. If Michelin gave Key Awards for hotels here, this place would be a lock based on service alone. Then there's the feeling of it all. Staying here feels like waking up on Christmas morning at your grandmother's house.. that safe, cozy, nostalgic joy where nothing is rushed and everything is allowed to be wonderful. You can roam the hotel in your pajamas, and no one looks at you twice. It's not weird, it's encouraged. You just roll out of bed, head downstairs for biscuits and gravy, hang out with Santa, drink your body weight in hot apple cider, and let every worry slowly melt away. The outdoor hot tub seriously sealed the deal for me. Steam rising into the mountain air, lights glowing, Christmas music softly humming in the background.. it's the kind of moment that makes you forget what day it is, what month it is, and why you ever let yourself get stressed in the first place. This is easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and not just because of the theme. The Inn at Christmas Place succeeds because it understands something simple and rare: atmosphere means nothing without genuine hospitality. Here, you get both in abundance. If you love Christmas, travel, or just the idea of feeling like a kid again, this is an easy recommendation. Not just for the holidays, but any time of year you need a reminder of how good it feels to slow down, be cozy, and let yourself enjoy something unapologetically joyful.

The view is "sad creek with creepy parking lot." The hotel also gives a complimentary margarita coupon to guests. We do not drink alcohol. When I went to the bar I asked the manager if we could trade it in for a non-alcoholic margarita or NA beer and they said no, only alcoholic margaritas. How ridiculous! Not even a freaking mocktail margarita! After staying at the Gatlinburg resort property this was a huge let down. We have since learned they are two different franchise owners. Suffice to say, we were going to stay two nights. We paid for two and after one night we left and booked a room at the Gatlinburg location instead. That's how bad it was.

I really hope that stain isn't bodily fluids of any sorts, but it's sad how they couldn't have just bought a new set, considering they were thin and cheap. The balcony is nice, but despite the rules people were still smoking so I couldn't sit on it. The room next to mine also has a very nice view of my balcony, and I'd rather not be watched. Wowowowow, where do I start?!…read more Pigeon Forge is a mountainous Vegas-like touristy town. There are tons of hotels, some are great and others...not so much. Those great hotels are often going to cost a pretty penny while those more affordable ones are going to be a bit rough around the edges. So where can you stay in Pigeon Forge that isn't going to hurt the bank account while giving you a relaxing stay? Well look no further...Twin Mountain Inn & Suites is excellent AND affordable! I'm a Hotels member and when I saw Twin Mountain Inn and Suites' 5 star reviews, I was curious, especially because at the time, the rates were about $97/night AND pets are only $20/night. Not only that, the room had a river view with a balcony, fireplace, and free parking. Now, I've kept this hotel on the backburner on my account. Last time we visited Pigeon Forge, we stayed at Drury and spent so much more on a "Mountain View" that overlooked the parking structure. So, this time, I decided to go with my instinct and book with Twin Mountain. Boy, am I glad we did!! We stayed on the third floor. Don't let the cover of a book fool you. The parking is easy but can get full pretty quickly, true. However, the room was probably on of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure (albeit, no conditioner or body wash-just a small packaged bar of soap. There were two small bottles of shampoo). There's a microwave and mini fridge in the room. I also liked that there were two sinks, one in the bathroom and one just outside of it (vanity). This was convenient for two people. The AC/heater was powerful, too. The fireplace is timed and creates a cozy atmosphere. The balcony overlooking the river was peaceful and there were two plastic chairs and a little table out there to sit and enjoy the view of ducks and geese. Twin Mountain Inn and Suites is close to the strip but away from the flashing lights and noise. It's a great location! Breakfast is included and had biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt, sausage, fruit, cereal, and one waffle maker. There's fresh coffee and a juice machine, too. It was a tight squeeze as it was very busy for 7:30am so I decided to get one biscuit and gravy, two sausages, and a yogurt to take back to the room, which were all very good. There's a drink vending machine outside of the lobby and one near the parking lot. The elevator was convenient and they also had luggage trolleys, too. This was an outstanding stay for one night and I wish it had been longer. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend staying with Twin Mountain Inn & Suites for your next stay in Pigeon Forge.
