This is the second time we've stayed here. We love the fact that it's still locally family owned & not a franchise owned by foreigners. They're all very nice here. It's very clean , located in the middle of Pigeon Forge. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it could use a little updating.

What a lovely place! The staff are so pleasant--so welcoming!!!

Nice enough to sleep there. Not great but clean and serviceable. A little noisy but the staff is nice and it's perfectly located.

We love this place and return every chance we get. It is clean, quiet, and inexpensive. It's probably the best kept secret of Pigeon Forge.

Is the price fair and is it pet friendly?

It is a great local motel but they do not allow pets. I asked since the next time we plan to be in the area we would probably have our Lab's with us. The room rate is very reasonable and the room was very clean.

The bathroom had a vent with tons of rust, the paint was chipped all over the walls. Beat up and scuffed furniture. The patios were sad and depressing. The patio door was broken and did not lock. The view is "sad creek with creepy parking lot." The hotel also gives a complimentary margarita coupon to guests. We do not drink alcohol. When I went to the bar I asked the manager if we could trade it in for a non-alcoholic margarita or NA beer and they said no, only alcoholic margaritas. How ridiculous! Not even a freaking mocktail margarita! After staying at the Gatlinburg resort property this was a huge let down. We have since learned they are two different franchise owners. Suffice to say, we were going to stay two nights. We paid for two and after one night we left and booked a room at the Gatlinburg location instead. That's how bad it was.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Every interaction was genuinely friendly, fun, and welcoming. The rooms are a good size with an indoor fireplace that adds a nice touch and large bathrooms. They have outdoor balconies overlooking the shopping area or river - which was great for seeing nature (geese, beavers, herons). Facilities are nice with a good sized gym and large rooftop pool and hot tub overlooking the Ferris wheel. The roof has plenty of lounge chairs and the chill bar with great staff that will bring your orders (food included) to your chair. The hotel is pet-friendly and has an indoor fireplace-house restaurant and bar (Fins) with an outdoor patio. It also has an onsite Starbucks. While pricey, the amenities, room size, great staff, and location made it worth it! We've already started talking about our next visit!

It definitely delivers on the cozy atmosphere and river views -- and yes, there are plenty of geese to remind you you're by the water! Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. They have a nice 24/7 drink bar with instant coffee and tea, plus another bar with juice and tea options during breakfast and again in the evenings (7-10). Small touches like that were a nice surprise. As for the room, it was a good size and overall comfortable. The beds were great, though I did notice housekeeping service declined a bit as the week went on. Towels varied in softness, and the complimentary toiletries were below average -- I'd recommend bringing your own. For a listed 3-star hotel, I'd rate it closer to 2.5 stars. The property is clean and cozy, but for the price point, it could use a few tune-ups. That said, I'd stay here again, especially if you're traveling with family or kids. The pool and hot tub area are nice, and the continental breakfast was fairly decent. Tip: If you're staying on the first floor near rooms 110-120, you might want to request a different area unless you're an early riser -- hallway noise can be noticeable from people coming and going in the morning.

The is a full body mirror, a sink and mirror with towels outside the bathroom AND another mirror and sink inside the bathroom. We got lucky and got the very last room! It was a full house, yet there still managed to be five extra parking spaces. Did I mention that there is also a pool and the front desk lady was so sweet. There is also an additional fireplace by the pool and pool towels!!! I couldn't have asked for a more restful, cozy night. I'm still so surprised they have a fridge and microwave. They don't even do that in most places anymore. They dont charge you for opening the fridge either!! Also, I'm allergic to pet dander and they said that they made sure that every time a pet is here, they clean is well. I believe them!!! No allergies for me!!! Breakfast is still at 6:30-9:30am. There is now liquid soap and conditioner in the showers.

Wowowowow, where do I start?!…read more Pigeon Forge is a mountainous Vegas-like touristy town. There are tons of hotels, some are great and others...not so much. Those great hotels are often going to cost a pretty penny while those more affordable ones are going to be a bit rough around the edges. So where can you stay in Pigeon Forge that isn't going to hurt the bank account while giving you a relaxing stay? Well look no further...Twin Mountain Inn & Suites is excellent AND affordable! I'm a Hotels member and when I saw Twin Mountain Inn and Suites' 5 star reviews, I was curious, especially because at the time, the rates were about $97/night AND pets are only $20/night. Not only that, the room had a river view with a balcony, fireplace, and free parking. Now, I've kept this hotel on the backburner on my account. Last time we visited Pigeon Forge, we stayed at Drury and spent so much more on a "Mountain View" that overlooked the parking structure. So, this time, I decided to go with my instinct and book with Twin Mountain. Boy, am I glad we did!! We stayed on the third floor. Don't let the cover of a book fool you. The parking is easy but can get full pretty quickly, true. However, the room was probably on of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure (albeit, no conditioner or body wash-just a small packaged bar of soap. There were two small bottles of shampoo). There's a microwave and mini fridge in the room. I also liked that there were two sinks, one in the bathroom and one just outside of it (vanity). This was convenient for two people. The AC/heater was powerful, too. The fireplace is timed and creates a cozy atmosphere. The balcony overlooking the river was peaceful and there were two plastic chairs and a little table out there to sit and enjoy the view of ducks and geese. Twin Mountain Inn and Suites is close to the strip but away from the flashing lights and noise. It's a great location! Breakfast is included and had biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt, sausage, fruit, cereal, and one waffle maker. There's fresh coffee and a juice machine, too. It was a tight squeeze as it was very busy for 7:30am so I decided to get one biscuit and gravy, two sausages, and a yogurt to take back to the room, which were all very good. There's a drink vending machine outside of the lobby and one near the parking lot. The elevator was convenient and they also had luggage trolleys, too. This was an outstanding stay for one night and I wish it had been longer. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend staying with Twin Mountain Inn & Suites for your next stay in Pigeon Forge.

It was super reasonable for one night to bed down before moving on to our other destinations. This hotel is clean, has enough room, and is all you could want in a place to stay. It's located up above the island area and is near the baseball thing. I don't know what it's called but you'll hear your fair share of walk up songs bright and early if you stay on the backside of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable in my opinion. I have an achy hip and leg most days and even my own bed kills me. This bed had me sleeping like a baby, even with my four year old beside me. We arrived at almost 11pm and the staff was nice and welcoming and there was tea and coffee available in the lobby. They do provide a breakfast in the lobby in the morning and have games and seating areas for families. Would definitely recommend staying here!
