Every one of the girls who have sugared me has been super AWESOME! They are so friendly and talk with me through the whole process. It's literally 10 min out of the month to completely make my girl parts bare. It's pretty painful on my pain scale but it's over really fast and tends to get easier the more often I go. "I have always had mixed experiences at sugared and bronzed, but my appointment last month with Erin went so well I decided to make an appointment for the following month. This months experience, however, was pretty disappointing. I had a mixup on appointment time, and received a call from my sugarista at 6:05 asking if I was going to make it to my appointment. I apologized profusely, stating I thought my appointment was at 6:20, but that I was 3 minutes away. The girl on the phone was very rude while explaining to me that I had to make it in by 6:10 to be seen. My experience in service was no better. My Sugarista seemed to get stuck multiple times, had a very cold bedside manner, and was not nearly as thorough as my previous Sugarista. Came here for the first time to get sugared for a trip since I was going to be wearing a bikini the entire time. The girl that helped me was really nice. I kept talking her ear off because it was a good distraction from the pain. And oh yes, it's painful. But sugaring is a way healthier version of waxing. There are no chances to get your skin ripped off like waxing. After your first treatment, they give you a free second treatment which is nice. I will use it i just need to build up the courage to beat the pain again. Sugaring is where they make a think jelly-like paste and they put it on the area you want to shave, and they rip against the way the hair is growing (whereas waxing is ripping the same way the hair is growing). They said sugaring is better because your hair doesn't grow back as fast due to the technique. The website is super easy to follow and to book through. All of the workers are very helpful and kind.
