    I've been here a couple of times over past few years, and I have to say it used to be much better in the past. I liked this store for the variety of brands and product lines they carry, but after the most recent experience I wouldn't want to return. The customer service barely exists here anymore, not all but some of their beauty advisors aren't willing to help and so impatient with questions. The store manager gave me a hard time at check out, probably the worst Sephora experience. Long story for short, lack of service and unprofessional attitude.

    Came in here looking for a few options to back up my purchase a few weeks ago of the latest Channel Blue for men. I wanted to look for a viable second and third option since I definitely don't rock the Chanel every single place I go. LOL So I headed to the men's section of colognes, and while I didn't settle on any particular brands, there were a nice selection to choose from. What would have been nice is if they had a few more people out on the floor as their were hoards and hordes of customers waiting on service. This says nothing of the immense line that people who were ready to buy something had to wait in. In fact, I got borderline claustrophobic. The few interactions I did have were pleasant, but it just came off as though the workers there were overwhelmed. They probably need to look into hiring a few more people as we head deep into retail season.

    Allie helped me out so much last Wednesday! I was looking for something very specific and hard to find cbd lux body oil/serum that we are actually on our 3rd bottle of :) I saw that this location carries it and called the store for when they opened on Wednesday and they only had one bottle in stock for me and put it on hold for me to come in and pick up. They didn't have to do this for me but they made a one time exception because I needed it asap and this was the only place in the tristate area with it in stock so I feel very very fortunate to have got my hands on it!     My little cousin is in town, so I got guilted into taking her to Sephora... and by guilted I mean she asked me to take her and I said yes ahahahaha I'm the easiest get with her. Upon entry, I was hit with what I thought was chemical warfare. Thousands of scents amalgamated together to form one of the strongest smells that have ever hit my nostrils. I squinted and almost fell to my knees, but I couldn't show weakness with my little cousin present. We wandered about the maze that is Sephora, and I had NO idea how deep this make up thing ran. I mean I knew, but I really didn't KNOW as I don't have a sister. I am a pretty curious person, so ended up asking my cousins thousands of questions to the point where I don't even remember anything due to pure information overload. My brain just switched off and blacked out essentially. The brain is a funny thing, a real interesting organ. As we were checking out, my jaw hit the floor when I saw a $200+ price point for like 7 little items. They are hittin LICKS in here ahhahaa. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

    I had a wonderful experience at this Sephora location. I've never really worn makeup but on special occasions I do like to put a little on. I went looking for an everyday lipstick and was totally overwhelmed. I swatched a million on my hand but wasn't really sure what I was looking for or looking at. Also as my hair continues to grey my eyebrows do too. I asked a wonderful sales person for a little help. Not only did they point in the right direction they also showed me how to apply as well as the benefits of the particular eyebrow pencil. They also helped me find the right color. Ricki (Ricky) not sure of the spelling but I can't thank you enough for helping me and making me feel welcome. I will be back because of you. Thank you

The facial focused on detoxifying the face using a jade gua sha technique, which noticeably reduced puffiness and inflammation. The ear lymphatic drainage was a unique touch that made a visible difference. The session also included a relaxing hand, shoulder, neck, and foot massage. Susan uses Murad products and my skin felt refreshed and radiant afterward. The heated bed was incredibly comfortable and the private setting made the experience even more restorative. Extractions were gentle, so if you're looking for something more aggressive with a lancet or needle, this may not be the place. But for a soothing, high quality facial with real results, this is a standout.

I lost touch with Susan after the spa closed, & it took me another 5 years to find & reconnect as a client of Forever Young By Susan in 11/2020. Her "studio" is located in The Face Place & More Skin & Body Care, sharing the space with Linda Hirsch, Cloud 9 Massage, SkinFX, & Advanced Skincare By Marilyn. Services include anti-aging/acne facials (Luminesce, Acne Complex, Sun Undone, Resurgence, Back, Youth Building, Chinese Gua Sha, AHA Rapid Exfoliator, Men's) & waxing (Chin/Lip/Sideburns, Brow/Underarm, Traditional Bikini, Playboy Bikini, 1/2 Leg, Full Leg/Back/Chest). The facials are customized to client's needs & 50+ min. facials include additional services. I used to alternate between Luminesce, AHA Rapid Exfoliator, & Resurgence as a Murad client. Since reconnecting, I've been booking the CHINESE FACIAL GUA SHA (detoxification of face, neck, & shoulders with special jade gua sha technique; combats aging, reduces inflammation & puffy eyes, decreases pore sizes, help speed up cell regeneration, reduces stress) on a monthly basis to clean my face healthy & glowing. The daily life workload & stress, in addition to COVID-19, I really need this monthly getaway, even if it's just a small fraction of time. I'm usually just on time or a couple minutes behind, Susan always opens & greets me at the door with a smile (a huge + in my book that I'm not delayed because that cuts into my paid time)! =) The space is private -- just us -- but I always wear my mask & make sure I'm healthy before going even if we're vaccinated & boosted, & there's a temperature check at the entrance. The intimate room is clean & well-organized with dimmed lighting, comfy & warm bed, & relaxing background music to promote a serene & zen treatment. Before starting, Susan did a thorough analysis (to make sure this is the best facial for my current needs). As mentioned in the previous review, a good esthetician should recommend a different method than your standard MO because your skin changes with age, sun exposure/the elements, etc. Susan ALWAYS does just that at each appointment, adjusting the technique, timing of each process, etc. And if you're a new client, she explains what product & process in each step. At times, I don't even have to point out the problem areas because she spots these changes under the magnifying glass & adjust the treatment to rebalance & rejuvenate my skin. Sometimes Susan focuses more on my face, & other times when I'm rather stressed/tensed, she spends a little more time on the mini massage to remove the kinks & knots in my shoulders & neck. I'm highly sensitive to touch (= extremely ticklish), yet she skillfully maneuvers over these stress points with ease without my breaking out into delirious laughter. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Only 1 other professional, Francine (also from defunct Murad), was able to give me a massage without me squealing or squirming. Under Susan's proficient care & deft hands, the extraction process was minimal in discomfort that I can nap through the facial process when I'm tired. Most recently, I've been awake through my facials to chat in Cantonese. It's so nice to find someone who can speak the language so I can strengthen my Chinese roots, help me with common idioms & phrases, etc., bond over upbringing & familial care, etc. =) Comfort, quality, & care is what Forever Young By Susan is all about. Susan incorporates Eastern & Western techniques to detox & take care of the my skin issues that leaves me with dewy, glowing skin! I highly recommend Susan for your facial treatments. So sit back & relax... you're definitely in good hands (pun intended). ;-)

I did some treatments there because I was told they were covered by insurance. I would ck and verify this w them more than once. Pay the deductible and afterwards everything is covered with just a copay. I did 4 treatments. In good faith I paid out of pocket due to the deductible. None of my appointments were even submitted to insurance until I noticed another service provider used my deductible. I then asked them to submit expecting to receive a big refund back at this point. They submitted, and nothing was covered. I would never ever have spent this much money if it wasn't covered by insurance. Had they submitted these claims on time I would have at least known from the beginning it wasn't covered and would have not gotten the other 3 appointments. While the amount of money lost is very disappointing and happened during a time money was tight it was also disappointing that I was the only one that cared to fix this. After two years of dealing with insurance and trying to get my money back I've given up. Not once did the business help in any way to get to the bottom of this. Unfortunately it left a bad taste in my mouth and felt scammy. If you decide to go to them NEVER pay upfront something that will be covered by insurance.

My friend still paid in advance for the full price plus tip Bz we came from a far and it my bday ! Later I met back up with my friend and she asked "how was it?" I said only extraction service was done and some heat mist but most of that time was steps on just removing my makeup. Not even a consultation of my skin was provided or face mask and who knows what other service they didn't do.
