Friendly as always. You hey are able to help and accommodate asap. They had new products like the turmeric face scrub which I liked. You can always ask for sample to try it out. I only buy face scrubs and sometimes lotions. My go to items are happy face and banana lotion. Bummer they got rid of the bigger jars, those are usually my go to size but small one is okay. Located inside the Del Amo Mall in Torrance. They do practice all the Covid rules and are very nice and helpful. I came her to get the soap bars. The gal sorry I forgot her name was very helpful from the start. As I got there she very nicely said the store is at capacity and to please wait so while waiting I asked her about the Lush soap bars and as customers were leaving she was about to tell me about them and said oh ok come in and I'll show you where they are so she pointed out the popular ones and the ones she liked. So I went with two the honey one and the lavender one. As I was waiting in line to check out the same gal asked me if I was paying cash or card and I said card and she said she can help check me out. Wednesday, 12/28/2023 around 3 PM.. I took my daughter out to Del Amo mall to check out some items at Lush. Mall itself was crazy busy, the Lush store was quiet though. We were clearly looking around for stuff and I think made it quite obvious that some assistance would be welcome and great as there were a few things we had questions about or couldn't find. There were like 3-4 salespeople all standing around at the register chatting with each other, looking at their phones, showing each other and I guess discussing whatever it was that was so great to watch on their phones while they completely ignore the only customers in the store. We were not greeted when we came in, we were not so much as acknowledged, let alone asked if there was anything we might like help with finding . No one said goodbye when we left either. So unprofessional.... My niece is employed at the Lush store in Albuquerque and I went there a few weeks back to visit her at work. That store was busy as hell yet the staff all greeted us and offered assistance, demos of products and personal recommendations that were helpful and fun. Everyone was friendly and attentive to us and the other shoppers. The only reason I didn't end up buying a lot of things I liked that day was due to not wanting to deal with luggage restrictions on liquids and such on my flight home. I came home and went to my local Lush at Del Amo so I could get my daughter a few nice things I had learned about. Never ended up happening though because none of the sales girls could bother to even acknowledge our presence, let alone help us. The attitude and laziness demonstrated by your Del Amo Lush staff that day (12/28) is just a bad look for the Lush brand. I wonder how many other customers were also dissuaded from shopping there after being totally ignored like we were. Its a shame this had to happen as Lush products are great and its usually a lot of fun to shop at the showroom stores rather than just order on line. Lush can be a bit overwhelming when perusing but once you discover what you love, you're good! At least that's what my experience has been like. I have a sensitive nose so I have to go more light and subtle with scents. Here's my faves and must tries: *It's Raining Men: honey scented shower gel. Literally heaven to my nostrils and glory to my skin. Leaves you soft. *The Olive Branch: Shower gel infused with yep, olive oil and mandarin oil. Great for colder months. *Buffy: Exfoliating bar that is also a body butter. After using, you may not need lotion. *Ultrabland: Facial cleanser that's great for getting your face super clean. Sorta feels like it leaves a residue but trust, the result is a moisturized face. Good for sensitive skin. *Helping Hands: Chamomile hand cream that leaves your hands moisturized. I have dry hands throughout the year. This hand cream really comes through. I don't have to reapply as often as I normally have to with other hand creams. I went in today around 1:30-1:50pm and the lady at check in was not liking her job it seems. Very cold and inattentive. I was looking for some bath bombs for my trip and wanted to get more information and recommendations. It was disappointing to visit this location after a beautiful experience at the Lush in Las Vegas' fashion mall. I went into asking for some face mask suggestions and samples. The latino male employee made a snarky remark saying my friends and I asked for too many samples. (I asked for one sample and my friends asked for two). After he gave them to us he didn't close them right, we each grabbed a paper bag to put them in as we didn't want them to spill further in our purses. I could feel him staring at us. He then said to limit the use of paper bags bc they were for the bath bombs. Maybe next time put a sign or let us know if there is a limit on samples or paper bags. As I was getting ready to walk in, I was aburtly stopped by one of the girls that snapped at me in a very moody unwelcoming tone "can you sanitize your hands?". I had literally just cleaned them as I left the store next door but whatever. Then the girl bumrushs past me to help the guy behind me giving him the full gold star treatment. I guess she either a) found him attractive (news flash, he was not into you) or b) was trying to power sell to the gay guy. This store is simply DELICIOUS!! Just more and more deliciousness everywhere you turn! From the scents and textures to the vibrant colors and creative products...it's all absolutely delicious! I stopped in here just to get a bath bomb to try out. My fellow Yelper friend Ania K. got me started with the bath bombs and I thought this would be the perfect time to pop my LUSH cherry and finally step into the store for the first time! I was immediately greeted by Jennifer and I'm sure I wasn't my normal self and the friendliest immediately, but it was because I was dawwwwg tired and beat the hell up from a heavily intense gym session that I had just finished. I was looking for something that smelled amazing, would moisturize and nurture my skin (because I'm a freak about my skin), and wasn't going to kill my pocketbook. To say that I was impressed at the vast selection is an understatement! There were so many fragrant choices in that store! They have shampoos, conditioners, hot oil treatments, bath soaps, bath bombs, jelly face masks, steamer tabs, lotions, facial masks, peels, shower gels, shit...shower jelly (ever heard of that??!!), Bubble Bars that you can cut chunks off of and reuse, bath bombs that have little surprises in the middle, once they dissolve and others that have floating stars that dance around your bath water! Then you have those delicious scents like grapefruit, lime, bergamot, jasmine, cinnamon, ylang ylang, vanilla, roses, star anise and apple juice, milk, cocoa, candy, avocado, lavender and rosemary, citrus scents, and lemon, just to name a few. Jennifer showed me how the Bubble Bars work and she poured the finished product in a big silver tub that you can put your hands in. The water was super soft and thick (if that makes sense) and it left my hand super soft and smelling so good that I wished I didn't have to wash my hands ever again. If my hand felt like that, I can imagine what my body would feel like after their products! They even have toothpaste tabs and mouthwash tabs, which I'm a bit excited to try. The Sunnyside Bubble Bar is probably my favorite, so far! It's shaped like a teardrop and is gold and glittery. I'm normally not a person who loves glitter like that, but the "glitter" is natural and actually seaweed. Jennifer even offered to try other products on me, but I told her no because I was so tired after my workout that I said all that pampering would have me sleeeeeeep up in there! The scents were enough to relax you, but add a massaging "sample" in there and it would be all over for me. Ultimately, I ended up buying the Avobath Bath Bomb that's full of delicious avocado, the Blackberry Bath Bomb that's so amazingly and deliciously fragrant, and that Sunnyside Bubble Bar. More deliciousness! See the "delicious" pattern here?? The prices aren't too bad. They range from $5 to $12 for the Bubble Bars and Bombs, but a lot of them can be reused, so it's ultimately worth the price. The biggest surprise of all is that I was told that you can have a pamper party, there. They close the store for you and your guests, set it up complete with chairs and small tables, and you can bring your own music and food and be pampered with their products. You and your guests also have the opportunity to shop around the store. I'm thinking of doing it for my birthday, since it's almost here! read more

My family and i went into lush this afternoon because my niece had some birthday money and was looking to get some shower goodies. if you know kids, you know they don't know a thing about tax and my niece is not exempt from that childhood ignorance, but the attendants were so patient with her and all her questions about price and care and it really put a smile on all our faces. Today was my second visit to LUSH this week, and both times I was helped by Crystal, who has to be one of the kindest, most helpful people I've met at any store. I have fibromyalgia, so I suffer from a lot of pain, and I was introduced to the Big Blue bath bomb with epsom salt and sea weed on my first trip, which worked so well for my muscle pain that I came back to get another! On my second trip, Crystal showed me the Wiccy Magic Massage Bar for sore muscles (the smell wasn't for me), and then explained that she uses the Pink Peppermint foot cream on her neck for migraines. Bingo, I also have chronic migraines. I ended up walking out of the store with another Big Blue bath bomb, the Pink Peppermint foot cream, and a cone of lavender and rosemary bubble bath. I can't recommend Big Blue enough - it smells amazing, looks beautiful in the tub, and really helped my muscles. I look forward to trying everything else, and can't thank Crystal enough for her guidance! I also want to point out that I am a service dog handler, so I had my service dog with me, and on both occasions, all of the employees were incredibly respectful of her, and did not try to interfere with her job or pet her without my permission. I usually get bombarded by people everywhere I go, so this was a really nice change of pace, and a testament to excellent employee training. My son and I just love LUSH. I've been using their products when I discovered them in Canada over 20 years ago. The flagship store in London is incredible. Their skin care line is unbelievably fresh and fun. My son spends his own allowance on their playdough type soap and their jello type soap. He uses these when he showers to play and clean. I love their buff bar, the orange foot pumice stone soap, various soaps and lotions. This is a great place to buy some self-care splurges and gifts. read more

LUSHIE UNITE!!! :) After eating at Kuma, I've yelped the closes mall in Torrance, and up pop Del Amo Fashion Center, and I was stoked to find out that they had a LUSH Store, This LUSH Store (along with Sephora) is located in the shopping center with Nordstroms and AMC theaters. This was my first time EVER going to this mall, and so I made the rookie mistake by going to the Macy's Men's and Furniture section adjacent to Crate & Barrel, which also houses Joann Fabrics, etc., and Burlington Coat Factory, and got lost trying to find LUSH until I regrouped and found the AMC on Carson Street later. I thought they were in the same vicinity, lol! :p Anyways, once I found LUSH, oooh, I was in HEAVEN!!! It was a crowded and cramped inside their store, but the sales associates there were still so nice and helpful! I liked how there were sales associates stationed at each part of the store, and so they can get at least some face time with various customers walking in, as well customers getting the help that they need, and not stand in one section together looking all snobbish (like some other LUSH Stores). I also liked that they helped me when I needed help (such as samples or questions about new products), and didn't push me to doing demos or buy anything I didn't need or want. This LUSH store is very well stocked and clean. It was a bit tight, but still maneuverable. Their store space reminded me of the one in the Westfield Santa Anita, Arcadia mall. In the end, I got my free cupcake face mask (traded in 5 empty pots), my favorite cleanser, Herbalism as well as new bath bombs: Sakura and All White (Green Apple scented). I love their bath bombs, not just for bathing, but also keeping in my bathroom smelling fresh and fragrant too! Lastly, I got various sample pots too! Now that I've found my LUSH store in Torrance, I'll surely be back when the holidays are over, and/or when I need to replenish my stock, yay! read more

Very rude staff.. walked in today around 2:30pm and the group of girls were busy gossiping loudly. I was in there for around 10 minutes waiting for them to stop chatting and the entire time I wasn't greeted or even asked if I needed help with anything (I was hoping to ask some questions but was put off by their attitude). So I was super stoked they had one in the shopping center my boyfriend took me to. I totally forgot the name of the person who helped us, but she was really helpful and understanding in the kind of product I wanted. I had already gotten a product that was a face scrub to help with my dry skin, but I wanted to know if there were other options for me to try. She told me my skin looked great as it was, but would assist in providing me another product for me to try. She had me try a lotion that would help with my dry skin by putting it on and then wiping it off. But I told her that it was a weird concept for me to do, so she introduced me to another product, which was a scrub and right up my alley. It was made with corn, but smelled like fresh baked cookies. She wanted me to try a face mask to, but it wasn't my cup of tea just yet since I had a busy schedule of sorts and couldn't imagine myself sitting for 10 to 15 minutes with a mask on my face. I ended up getting the corn one and she wad nice enough to give me a sample of the lotion to try for myself. She also gave my boyfriend a sample of their charcoal scrub for him to try as well. Celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday last night with this amazing store, and it is a memory we will all cherish!! Crystal, Nicole, and Galilea were so patient and kind with 7 teenage girls giggling and experimenting with the fun products in the store. They gave each girl their undivided attention and taught them how to properly care for their skin, and even educated them on the history of the company. The first time I went to a lush store it wasn't as magical. I thought going to a lush store would be as great as I've seen on social media but I was very confused. I didn't know where to start looking. I knew I wanted to purchase their bubblegum lip scrub so I was looking around for it. I left feeling disappointed after I purchased the item.
