Celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday last night with this amazing store, and it is a memory we will all cherish!! Crystal, Nicole, and Galilea were so patient and kind with 7 teenage girls giggling and experimenting with the fun products in the store. They gave each girl their undivided attention and taught them how to properly care for their skin, and even educated them on the history of the company. We didn't feel pressured at all to purchase a ton of products and really enjoyed learning about each and every one of their creative product lines. Thank you for making our daughter's birthday so special!! read more

There isn't much I can say bad about Lush. The staff there helped my a lot considering it was my first time in one of their stores. When I went it was kind crowded for such a small store. My girlfriend wanted the sex bomb bath ball. Which was easy to find but i didn't know how the package the items. I didn't know if it was self serve or you pick and they wrap it. They told me to grab it and put it in the small bags. I did and was on my way. For the guys if u don't know have the staff help u unless ur women tells you what she wants read more

I have been a long time online Lush customer due to the high quality products. I was really excited to finally get a local shop in the South Bay. I have consistently received outstanding customer service from the Del Amo store. Yesterday, Kurt and Kat made my day with their superior service - I felt like a real VIP! This store really exceeds my expectations every time. I love the Charity Pot, not only does this product smell amazing but 100% of the profits go to charity. read more

Very rude staff.. walked in today around 2:30pm and the group of girls were busy gossiping loudly. I was in there for around 10 minutes waiting for them to stop chatting and the entire time I wasn't greeted or even asked if I needed help with anything (I was hoping to ask some questions but was put off by their attitude). To make matters worse, another person entered and they immediately greeted her and asked if she needed anything. One of the girls even made eye contact with me and still completely ignored me (not sure if it was because I was the only one who was a different ethnicity). Super weird vibes from the staff, don't recommend coming to this location. read more

I simply love Olive Branch bath gel. Great social distancing at the Del Amo Mall location. Very well organized and prompt

First time at this Lush location. I had heard positive things so decided to treat myself to some products. From the minute I walked in everyone was super nice. I explained to the young lady I was looking for a particular product. She recommended Rosy Cheeks. I absolutely love it. Went back and purchased lip scrubs and bath bombs read more

Katz was the BIGGEST help. And made me and my boyfriend feel so welcomed and acknowledged!! On top of the amazing tips with skin care and product knowledge, I got to leave with plenty of samples to try and get a feel for. Thank you so so much. From the moment I walked around the corner, I knew something good was about to happen. The girls there seem so friendly and like they really care about the products they are selling. Working in retail for years, it's easy to read that vibe. Kylie introduced me to some amazing products that made my skin feel so good I couldn't stop touching it! I decided to try out a new toner and she sent me home with some samples. Yay, I love samples!! What I appreciate most was her being so informative as well as taking the time to get to know my skin type, in order to recommend the best products for me. She even broke down store section by section since she could tell I was slightly overwhelmed (there are so many beautiful and tasty smelling things in there!!) I'm very happy my first time in Lush was so nice. Even my boyfriend said I looked happier, lol!! read more

Absolute GOLD! Hi LUSH, if you read these reviews please send all my love to the Torrance team. They absolutely rocked it. I was roaming around the mall trying to find the perfect gift for my best friend. I dropped by Lush looking to get her a few bath bombs to help her relax. As I walked in I was immediately assisted. They took the time to find out more about her. Her favorite scents, her style, her work, all to find the right fits. The team showed me so many more options for her that I ended up with a little bit of everything from bath bombs, bubble bars, lotions, washes, massage shimmer, etc etc. They even wrapped her gift in a knot wrap making it extra perfect! Honestly, they crushed the customer service and made me feel comfortable with what I did and didn't grab, no pressure. When I gave her the gift(s), she absolutely loved it! Thanks so much Lush for making it happen! read more

Was just there today 3/7/20 at 3ish or so and I just wanna give props to every single person working on this shift. Each worker was incredibly helpful, kind, warm, and informative. When I say "each worker" I MEAN it. Each person made sure I was being taken care of on the sales floor. I know it's their job but so many places I go to I am ignored for whatever reason, but these employees genuinely wanted to know what I was Im the mood for. I went in for a single body wash and left with a whole routine. I've been having the worst week of my life and this time I spent in this store really helped me forget that which is why this meant so much. Bless this specific shift of people! Give em a raise!! read more

I went in today 1/15/18 to get my mom a gift and was greeted as soon as I entered the store and was offered assistance. Jennifer was helping me on the floor and she was so kind and knowledgable about the products. I told her I was looking for something kind of easy on fragrance since my mom is going through chemo. At first I was looking at Sleepy but the scent was a bit strong and she pointed me in the right direction of the Charity Pot body lotion. My mom loves it!! She said the scent is perfect and it feels nice on her skin. I also purchased the pearl massage oil bar and my mom really loves it as well. Jennifer went out of her way to even give me some samples of products just for me to try out considering our situation. It honestly made my day and will probably make my week! I wanted to hug her but I felt I would cry if I did so. The whole experience shopping here today was amazing. I always come in but today I met this amazing caring girl and I will be back in hopes of seeing her and returning the favor! Thank you so much Jennifer!! read more

Exactly 2 weeks ago, I went into LUSH (an hour before closing) to look for "sleepy," the lavender body lotion that promotes sleep and relaxation. I had come in December to find it, but it was sold out due to the Christmas rush.   Jennifer greeted me & was extremely helpful and wonderful--she talked to me like a friend, tested a few products on me, and happily recommended the products she uses herself. Her enthusiasm was all that I needed, and I ended up purchasing the "Sleepy" body lotion, R&B hair moisturizer, and Scrubbee. Scrubee and Sleepy are great products--but it was R&B that truly blew me away. I've been exclusively using Devacurl products this past year, and I simply haven't been able to find a leave-in moisturizer for a day-to-day normal curly look. Until now! Thanks, Jennifer!! read more

Absolutely LOVE this store. I came in looking for ideas for party favors (to be used as decorations also) for my daughter's 18th birthday. Chelsea and the staff there were amazing! I keep waiting for the owl to come down my chimney with a message that reads, "You are a wizard and you have been accepted to Hogwarts." Till the howler comes, l am stuck in the muggle world, and lush is as close to Hogwarts as l am likely to get. Still, it has magical lotions and potions, mystifying amazing bath bombs, masks for transforming. And balms for soothing, products for bewitching. Maybe it is a secret magical place, in the muggle world. I must confess, a bath with their bath bombs and beautifully scented candles, has banished stress and replaced it with sheer delight. Needing gifts for muggles and wizards? They have you covered with a host of interesting, unique, beautiful products. The workers are so friendly and sweet. There is a shampoo bar, that helps grow your hair. Really. The products are handmade, organic, not tested on animals, and they have a cool recycling program. Yes, they give samples. A great place for a party or private get together with friends, but you have to book it Saturday morning before they open. Looking to be scrubed, messaged, soaked, and pampered with lotions and potions? Unless you got into Hogwarts, this is as magical as it gets. read more

Lush is amazing in so many ways. Yeah, sure their items can be pricy but I love that they are all organic and not used for animal testing, no additives or any harmful chemicals. Hard to find with body care products nowadays. But, the true reason I simply had to review this particular store is to commend Kylie, the sweetest most kind associate who assisted me during my visit and even gave me some samples to try out. These are the types of employees that make a visit to a packed mall bearable and create a loyal customer. So, thank you for such a great experience and knowledgeable information Kylie. Also, for being so patient! Lush on ~_~ read more

Lush - I explained very clearly about what I want, but they got me wrong bath bomb and the price was very expensive. I would never go here again. - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Torrance, California

LUSCIOUS! LAVISH! LUSH! I'm in LOVE. I've never actually been into a Lush store, I'm the Queen of online shopping, so when my SeaStar mentioned that she wanted to grab some face coal she had been using, I gave her the oddest look. The last time I'd heard about Lush, they sold bath bombs and soap bars..and online. Eek! Apparently I'm behind because not only do they carry their famous bath bombs(and so, so many of them) but the store also has almost all of the Lush products, including their makeup line. So off we went, and it was although it was much tinier than I expected, it smelled so good! We spent a total of about 45 minutes in there smelling and exploring the counters, with plenty of help from the associates and getting some new girly stuff. I guess everyone should just go to Lush on a Sunday because we had AMAZING customer service. When we walked in, we were greeted by 3 different girls, and one brought me a basket and asked if it was our first time. She filled me in on their products and what not, and gave me a quick tour of the shop. It is small, but everything is laid out so you can clearly see what's going on. It was a little busy, maybe 10-12 other people in there, but the sales rep was a doll and made sure I loved, not liked, my bath bombs. We got a few demos on how certain face products worked, a few of the hand products and what was best for our particular skin needs for the winter and we played with the clay up front by the register. Chey loves their stuff and ended up grabbing a few things from their makeup line. Their price point isn't bad either. Some of the soap bars(if you buy the whole thing) are around $50 or around $8-$15/lb, but the majority of their bath bombs are about $6 or so. Same as their prices online, but now without the wait or shipping fees haha. As for their makeup, it's about the same price as MAC/Sephora ($20 for a blush/liner), but the products are friendlier for your skin. Which is something else I love. And another reason why I was so happy to have found a standing store at this mall. LUSH is not only 100% vegetarian, many of their items are vegan and they DO NOT test on animals. In fact, they actively work against animal testing and abuse. Fur babies aren't product testers ;/ but, if you want to test out a product, they have plenty of samples out for you to try and sniff! (^_~) so that's a big part of why I love their products. They also work amazingly well. My bath bombs, I can get 2-4 uses out of because frankly nobody needs to use that entire bomb in one go. My sister uses their shampoos/conditioners and raves about them doing wonders to her hair(she's on her HS swim team..so chlorine damage). Guys, they have a line for you too! And it smells AMAZEBALLS! Seriously. Honestly, I may not be buying Lush online anymore!! I spent ~$26 and got 3 giant bombs that will last me quite some time, and no extra $$ wasted haha. Really, I had a great experience at this location. I'm in the area enough to for sure come back rather than going online. They have several other locations, and I'll eventually explore them as well. But my first trip to a LUSH store was a success and I am totally loving my bath bombs! I think maybe once they've been open longer the other issues with customer service stated by others will go away? But I'm happy that we had fun and that I ended up leaving with new goodies! So, welcome to the ever improving Fashion Center LUSH, I hope you end up getting more amazing reviews. Because frankly, the store has the ability to do it ;) they've obviously got a few good girls working there. read more

Lush cosmetics are vegetarian, handmade, and fights animal testing. I was excited to see this Lush added to this shopping center. It smells wonderful when you walk into the tiny store. Their products pricey but great!. To keep it short I'm not giving my money to this particular store when we'll the customer service sucks. No greeting at all when I was in there for like 15 minutes and also clearly looking around for help. If anything go to their Brea, Pasadena, Anaheim, Newport, Arcadia, any other location but this location or buy online. I wanted to check out their blush but ended up going to MAC across the way for my blush. =/ read more

I have used the Caca Rouge henna treatment in my natural hair 3 times averaging once a month. It's an overall conditioner but my hair does seem a little dry after. I follow up with a moisturizing conditioner. It covers grey better than any product I've used in the past. My grey hairs look kinda orange but I'm ok with the color. The previously dyed portion of my hair takes really well also. It's a bit pricy but I do like that fact that it's already mixed in with butters and oils. It's very messy as henna home treatments usually are. read more

This store has so many wonderful hair and skin products. I could've spent the whole day there trying things and learning about their process. After looking around a bit, I asked for help. A young lady showed me two face masks to help brighten my skin (sun spots). I opted to try the Don't Look At Me. $11 for a small jar. Went home and tried it that night. My skin felt amazing immediately after and the next day I noticed a healthy glow. The size I bought seems to have only a handful of applications, which makes the product kind of pricey for my taste; however, if it continues to work to my liking it'll be well worth it. I'm sure I'll be back again soon! read more

Went in to buy face masks and look around and Curtis was there to help us when we couldn't find them. They were incredibly kind and welcoming and really made our night. There was another worker there with him who also was very welcoming but I couldn't remember her name but she was also very kind and I'm sure she would have done the same for us if Curtis wasn't there. I have been to this location twice and both times I was helped by some awesome ladies! I have been having some acne concerns on my face and so I got on YouTube and started watching videos on people who had tried Lush products and their feedback. Of course, I knew I had to go in myself because everybody reacts different to these products. I unfortunately forgot the name of the young lady who helped me but she was awesome! I told her about some of the concerns I had with my skin and I asked her if she could help me create my own regimen for daily use. I had only used Ocean Salt Scrub 1-2 times a week so I wanted something I could use on a daily basis without worrying about any excess drying on my face. So, in my experience there, we were able to chose a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. First, the two cleansers we were trying to decide on was between Dark Angels and Herbalism. I personally liked the grainy texture (due to the sugar) on Dark Angels, which is why I went with that one. I got a little pot for about $12. The toner I got was the Tea Tree Water Toner. I love that it's clear and I can use it only on the spots on my face where I feel I need it the most. Lastly I got the Vanishing Cream Moisterizer. I was a bit hesitant because I tend to have oily skin no matter what season it is. To be safe, I actually didn't buy it because it runs for about $40-$45 per pot but the lady helping me offered me a sample to take home and test out (by the way, I loved it)! After about only 5 days using this regimen, I began to see a difference in my skin! I was so excited and happy with my results that I went back and bought the Vanishing Cream to complete my daily regimen. So thank you for your wonderful service and better-looking skin! read more

First trip to lush and I must say i was very pleased. Reading the other reviews on here I'm confused. Customer service was something I found to be 5 stars. I went there and spoke to Amanda. She was awesome. Clearly the customers on here didn't talk to her because she literally took me step by step though the products they had. She was very informative and even showed us demonstrations. She was extremely attentive and I know if I go back I will ask for her help. I am raving to everyone about how great her customer service is and my daughter won't stop talking about the bubble demonstration she showed us. I must say I will be back and a great deal of that decision is because of Amanda. She made the trip worth it! Thank you again Amanda for the amazing customer service and knowing every product on the shelf! I wish I could give you more stars! read more

I've always gone into Lush and had an excellent experience. I went in to buy some lush bombs today and I was very disappointed because I was wanting to try some new lotions and wanted some samples. The saleswomen handed me the sample and I didn't open it until I got home. I thought it was very odd what she had told me in the store. She said "a little bit goes along way." As I got home I noticed that the container barely had anything in it. It looked like a small drop. Usually when I go into Lush and get samples they usually fill it up. This was very disappointing and I do not understand why she was being so cheap. If I'm going to buy a lotion from there I would like to try some samples to see if I like it. Sephora even gives you better samples then this. read more

Love Lush! Recylce your containers.. bring back 5 of any size and you will receive a small facial mask of your choice! Service is great here because they really explain their products. Sales staff are knowledable and friendly. They have really fun soap for kids and adults! I use their dream cream, dream wash, aquaa marina facial scrub and also angel's . At christmas time they have cool christmast themed soaps and lip scrubs . I purchased the santa baby lip scrub and lip tint in the tube. Both items are heavily tinted red, which is cool because when you wipe it off your lips are still a little red! I love the flavors of their lip scrubs, peppermint, popcorn and cherry cola Yummy! I first came to this store to buy my friend a birthday gift but walked out with goodies for myself. The girls there are super cheery and helpful and really took this newbie around to introduce me to what they offered. I love that everything is vegan and they are so environmentally conscious but aside from that the products are really amazing. I bought the Brazilliant shampoo bar and the Rub Rub Rub body scrub and both are fantastic. I'm pleasantly surprised with the shampoo bar --- a little really goes a long way. I also got the Charity Pot because it's for a good cause and the body butter makes my dry skin feel super soft. I am a fan and will definitely be back. read more

I gotta say, I absolutely love this Lush. These stores always offer really good service, the people seem happy to work here. Last time I visited, I think a girl named Melissa helped my friend and I. She was very polite. The store is very new, nicely stocked and clean. I love that you can touch the products before you purchase. I bought the Cupcake mask which leaves my skin suuuuper soft. The girls also told me about the steam tablets, which I had NO idea existed. I guess you drop one in a hot bowl of water, let the steam hit your face to open your pores, and then do the mask for max effect. The tablets were like $2 so I bought one. They also gave me a sample of solid toothpaste. Cool! lol The girls offered me a catalog as well, so I can read up on the other products and remember what the tablet was called. Great service. I've been here about 4 times. Always a positive experience. read more
