I love that there is a Lush location at Delamo Mall now! I was always on the fence with ordering online, so to be able to come here for my bath stuff is nice! Everyone is super friendly, bath bombs are always organized & every time I visit this location there is someone to help me with what I'm looking for! And I love that Lush is vegan! read more

I was shopping early Sunday morning. The store was completely empty. There were a few young ladies working but nobody offered their assistance. I was starting to get very frustrated and was getting ready to leave when this wonderful young man named John greeted me and apologized it took so long because he was ringing someone up. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and even did a demonstration for me. This was only my second time in this store and I was tempted not to return. Thanks to John he completely turned my experience around and gained a life long customer. read more

Today I went in to Lush Del Amo. I had been at my friends funeral. I just felt off and numb. I needed a pick up, so I went to Lush to get a happy scented bath bomb. When I walked in it was busy and I kind of couldn't handle it. I am healing from a arm injury and in my sling on top of it all. Then Kiersten walked up. I kind of mumbled my situation and she asked if she could help me get anything as I had one arm working. I was teary and embarrassed and felt awkward. Told her about my friends funeral. Not my usual self. She said "I will let everyone know to let you be, but I'm here if you need me". I told her my favorite bath bomb and she showed me one that smelled just like it. I started crying again and she bagged them for me and said "meet me at the counter, I will check you out. It's ok. You're ok". I get up there and the sweet gal at the register was so kind and said "its ok we are here to make people feel better" because i was crying like a baby. She handed me a bag with a sample of the body butter and put it in my bag. Told me how to use it. I can't remember her name but her id # ends in 933. Kiersten had walked up and said "I am buying you a happy smelling bubble bar" It's a gift from me" and I basically was shocked. To see and experience so much kindness in such a place. It's almost unheard of. I was so touched. I'm a Lushie, but I'm a Del Amo Lushie for life now. My heart was so broken and I went in and this sweet, beautiful girl just reached me and I couldn't even thank her or the girl that rang me up enough. I was humbled and grateful for the love. Lush Del Amo you have a sparkling pair of Lush loves in there. Kiersten made me feel special and went beyond to make a stranger feel better in a time of pain. I basically went and sat outside the door in The seating area after and just cried it all out, but my heart felt lighter. If I were a Genie that girl woukd get 3 wishes and a bonus wish. Thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Soon as I feel better I will be back for some sudsy stuff and hugs. #lushdelamo #kindnesslives #love read more

I went to lush today to pick up a few holiday gifts and was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. Austin helped me find the perfect gift for my friend and was EXTREMELY kind and patient. I was able to find what I needed quickly and was assisted by Austin the entire time. Great experience! read more

I am a Lushaholic and come here often to pick up products for my family and myself. Every Lush location is fully stocked with luxurious, cruelty-free, sustainably/ethically sourced, minimally packaged, and charitable products. However, this location in particular has the most amazing employees. Crystal and Brittany are mega babes (they know why). Also, Mitchell, Jon (babygirl), Ricky, and Randee are incredibly fun and helpful. read more

Bad experience with two employees yesterday. Lush was my go to store for daily hygiene but NO MORE! As soon as I walked it one of the employees noticed me from last visit and ran to the other employee I over heard them talking about me and my daughter that we only come in for SAMPLES! Right away they both treated us differently for example ignoring us and giving me and my daughter evil looks!!! Every time I go in I love too smell all the products, I learn something new with each item and YES I always ask for a sample or two plus the experience is mostly for my daughter she adores this place BUT not any more these employees at like they own the business I hate this place Lush employees love to smile and talk about you scoping out customers like me that join coming in for a free sample or two!!! read more

Amazing selection! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I will def come again. And again. I've used their products before and they were good for my sensitive skin. read more

This is by far my favorite Lush outlet and it's mainly due to the fantastic employees. The store itself isn't very big but the staff, particularly Brittany and Crystal (sp?) always greet with a smile and often have good suggestions, without being pushy at all. read more

First time I experienced Lush was in Vancouver, Canada about 900 years ago when the only Lush shops were in Canada. The floral and fresh fragrance of the shop overwhelmed my olfactory senses and I think it caused me temporary insanity because out came the credit card and the uncontrolled act of purchasing everything in sight. I ended up buying another piece of luggage for the trip home (back then there were no extra charges for extra luggage.) Friends and family fell in love with the products, the bath bombs were the favorite and the soap slices a close 2nd. Fast forward to now, my shopping experience is much more refined...mostly shower gels now (Beautiful is one of my faves). And now that shops are everywhere and online I no longer have to shop for list items that family has implored me to procure on my next visit. Gosh I don't miss those days! Lush through the years has introduced new products...each one better then the one before it. I do sometimes wish forthe days when one could only get something by travelling but then again, who doesn't love point and click while sipping a Chardonnay? read more

I just moved to the area recently and have never been in or had the privilege of living near a LUSH. I walked in and and was immediately greeted by John and one of the other super friendly employees. John took care of me and made my first LUSH experience one of the best customer care experiences I've ever had! He genuinely cared and personalized the products he recommended to me by my specific skin type and what I was looking for. He had me sit down and experience the products and walked me through their uses and recommended when to apply them. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. John is AMAZING and I will be coming back weekly to experience and try different products:) read more

Ive use to work in retail for 14 years... And i must say Lush has the beat customer service ive seen in a long time helpful yet not overpowering.. I'm going to get the caveats over with right away so I can get to the good stuff: the store is about the size of a walk-in closet, or at least it feels that way- I'm always terrified that I'll knock something over when I'm maneuvering my clumsy self between tables. The exact product you're looking for will never be in the same place twice. Not every product will be worth the money for everyone- some of the products are crazy expensive for what you get. But I keep coming back because this place is beauty Candyland. The people, the products, and the atmosphere are all so much friendlier than anywhere else I've bought hair/skin/makeup stuff (I'm looking at you, Sephora!), and pretty much every time I go there I pick up something amazing (the lotions are great, the shampoo bar I picked up has been helping me grow a healthier head of hair, and I'm very happy with the mascara I picked up today- for once my lashes don't feel waxy and itchy and ready to shed, and I'd be crying with joy right now if it wouldn't, y'know, wash it all off). You will probably need to ask for help even if you know what you're looking for because, as I said, this location is a crowded little crazy closet. But it's absolutely worth it. read more

My favorite LUSH store ever! The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and so engaging. Lucy, Jerelynn and Imari got me all hooked up tonight. Chelsea and Nat helped me find the perfect regimen last time that I'm obsessed with and I keep coming back for more read more

As a first time customer I was blown away by the amazing customer service! As soon as I walked in an employee, Mr.Lush, greeted me and asked if I was shopping for any occasion. I was there for my little sisters birthday gift, she specifically asked for lush present, but I've never used any Lush products, so I was lost. However, thanks to Mr. Lush, I was able to walk out of the store with a gift I know my little sister will love. He not only told me how to use each product I purchased, but he demonstrated how to do it , right there in the store. Thanks Mr. Lush! As for the products, I purchased bath bombs and bath bars bundle. No complaints so far on the products. read more

Thanks for helping me out and for the free samples, Lucy.

I had the best experience today with sales associate Jennifer. She was so helpful in helping me find a good regimen for my skin and it was helpful that she shared the same experience with acne that I have and was able to speak from experience with the product line. Im so excited to get started and see what results i will have. Thank you Jennifer at Del amo LUSH read more

Every single time that I've walked into this location, the entire staff is always beyond helpful and friendly. From the moment you walk in there is someone that greets you with a friendly genuine smile. Then they ask you if you have any questions or are looking for something specific so that they can make a proper recommendation. They also offer you free samples incase you're not sure if a certain about a certain product. I have been to multiple locations but I always catch myself returning to the same store because of their amazing service! read more

I been hearing about Lush Cosmetics so I decided to stop by this location, since its the only one nearest me instead of ordering online, Once, I walked in the sales associate tries and sells me stuff that I really dont need, second the prices at this store are almost double what are online, but besides the prices difference, ill order online instead, more cheaper than going to the store, I do like lush cosmetics, since most of their products are vegan and animal cruelty free read more

100% agree with everyone else's reviews. I was so excited to have a LUSH shop near home and have been dying to try their products. I was completely ignored, I asked an employee a question and she said someone else would be with me shortly and then continued to be ignored. I stayed in the store for about 10 minutes and then left. So disappointed in the entire experience. read more

I don't know why there are reviews of bad customer service here AT ALL! The girls here are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful, and I give them props for being able to handle the amount of customers they have in such a small space. Campaigning for a bigger fridge for fresh masks for them!!!! I've been here several times since they've opened, including the middle of December when lines were out the door, and still was approached several times to see if I needed any help with anything. I love coming here just to hang out and pretend I live in this fantastic lush store! You go girls! read more

Some weeks ago on a Saturday morning I called this Lush location to ask at what time they were going to close for the day because on Google Maps it didn't say the store times. A male answered and he said they close at 9pm. I even repeated it to him and he again said 9pm. My wife and I show up at 7:57pm and we're rudely told by a female employee that "We're closed!". My wife told the girl that we called that morning and were told that they closed at 9pm but she again rudely repeated "I don't know, but we're closed!". My wife and I were shocked because we were there so purchase many items and are big fans of LUSH and its items and since an employee from this location told us incorrect information... We were not able to purchase what we wanted to purchased. To top it off we were rudely told to leave. I am very disappointed at this LUSH location and will be cautious about returning. I will be telling everybody i know and on social media to avoid this location. read more

I've always loved lush and there products, but there costumer service is what keeps me coming back. The young lady who helped me was Ariel and she was extremely helpful because we both suffer from cystic acne so she really helped me with what items to pick since I'm switching from different products, overall I love this place. I'm so happy they put one in the Del amo mall!!! read more

I honestly had no idea what Lush was when going into the store. It was packed when I first went there and the sole reason I went inside this store was to ask why it was so packed and what their product was. Aha. Lucky me. The woman I talked to, Karina, was extremely helpful explained their product, all the sections in the store, and gave me time to look around. The service here is amazing. I love that they let you sample things before you buy to see if it's exactly what you want. Other workers also offered their help and everyone seems happy to work there. I was most interested in the face washes and after some exploring I went back to Karina and asked her opinion on the best for my skin type. We talked about what I was looking for and what products were best. I ended up with two face masks, Cup O' Coffee and Mask of Magnaminty, face clenser Angels on Bare Skin, the Charity Pot, Ocean Salt scrub, and R & B hair conditioner. That was a little over a month ago and my skin has cleared up tremendously, my hair is amazing (I've always had trouble controlling my curly frizz), and I feel much more confident. Five stars. The staff was extremely personable. Karina worked with me, allowing me to sample different products, to find something that fit my skin needs and lifestyle. I love it and the product is worth the price. read more
