Bad experience with two employees yesterday. Lush was my go to store for daily hygiene but NO MORE! As soon as I walked it one of the employees noticed me from last visit and ran to the other employee I over heard them talking about me and my daughter that we only come in for SAMPLES! Right away they both treated us differently for example ignoring us and giving me and my daughter evil looks!!! Every time I go in I love too smell all the products, I learn something new with each item and YES I always ask for a sample or two plus the experience is mostly for my daughter she adores this place BUT not any more these employees at like they own the business I hate this place Lush employees love to smile and talk about you scoping out customers like me that join coming in for a free sample or two!!! read more

Went here earlier today with my boyfriend, was greeted and helped immediately. Staff were so nice and helpful! Gave us advice and all. I love how you can touch and smell everything before you buy. First time I experienced Lush was in Vancouver, Canada about 900 years ago when the only Lush shops were in Canada. The floral and fresh fragrance of the shop overwhelmed my olfactory senses and I think it caused me temporary insanity because out came the credit card and the uncontrolled act of purchasing everything in sight. I ended up buying another piece of luggage for the trip home (back then there were no extra charges for extra luggage.) Friends and family fell in love with the products, the bath bombs were the favorite and the soap slices a close 2nd. Fast forward to now, my shopping experience is much more refined...mostly shower gels now (Beautiful is one of my faves). And now that shops are everywhere and online I no longer have to shop for list items that family has implored me to procure on my next visit. Gosh I don't miss those days! Lush through the years has introduced new products...each one better then the one before it. I do sometimes wish forthe days when one could only get something by travelling but then again, who doesn't love point and click while sipping a Chardonnay? read more

This is by far my favorite Lush outlet and it's mainly due to the fantastic employees. The store itself isn't very big but the staff, particularly Brittany and Crystal (sp?) always greet with a smile and often have good suggestions, without being pushy at all. read more

I just moved to the area recently and have never been in or had the privilege of living near a LUSH. I walked in and and was immediately greeted by John and one of the other super friendly employees. John took care of me and made my first LUSH experience one of the best customer care experiences I've ever had! He genuinely cared and personalized the products he recommended to me by my specific skin type and what I was looking for. He had me sit down and experience the products and walked me through their uses and recommended when to apply them. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. John is AMAZING and I will be coming back weekly to experience and try different products:) read more

I'm going to get the caveats over with right away so I can get to the good stuff: the store is about the size of a walk-in closet, or at least it feels that way- I'm always terrified that I'll knock something over when I'm maneuvering my clumsy self between tables. The exact product you're looking for will never be in the same place twice. Not every product will be worth the money for everyone- some of the products are crazy expensive for what you get. But I keep coming back because this place is beauty Candyland. The people, the products, and the atmosphere are all so much friendlier than anywhere else I've bought hair/skin/makeup stuff (I'm looking at you, Sephora!), and pretty much every time I go there I pick up something amazing (the lotions are great, the shampoo bar I picked up has been helping me grow a healthier head of hair, and I'm very happy with the mascara I picked up today- for once my lashes don't feel waxy and itchy and ready to shed, and I'd be crying with joy right now if it wouldn't, y'know, wash it all off). You will probably need to ask for help even if you know what you're looking for because, as I said, this location is a crowded little crazy closet. But it's absolutely worth it. read more

I can go in to detail but i will just say after leaving macys w horrible service walking into lush w their goodvibes and personalitys just changed my day.. Top knotch service.. As a first time customer I was blown away by the amazing customer service! As soon as I walked in an employee, Mr.Lush, greeted me and asked if I was shopping for any occasion. I was there for my little sisters birthday gift, she specifically asked for lush present, but I've never used any Lush products, so I was lost. However, thanks to Mr. Lush, I was able to walk out of the store with a gift I know my little sister will love. Every single time that I've walked into this location, the entire staff is always beyond helpful and friendly. From the moment you walk in there is someone that greets you with a friendly genuine smile. Then they ask you if you have any questions or are looking for something specific so that they can make a proper recommendation. 100% agree with everyone else's reviews. I was so excited to have a LUSH shop near home and have been dying to try their products. I was completely ignored, I asked an employee a question and she said someone else would be with me shortly and then continued to be ignored. I stayed in the store for about 10 minutes and then left. I don't know why there are reviews of bad customer service here AT ALL! The girls here are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful, and I give them props for being able to handle the amount of customers they have in such a small space. Campaigning for a bigger fridge for fresh masks for them!!!! I've been here several times since they've opened, including the middle of December when lines were out the door, and still was approached several times to see if I needed any help with anything. Some weeks ago on a Saturday morning I called this Lush location to ask at what time they were going to close for the day because on Google Maps it didn't say the store times. A male answered and he said they close at 9pm. I even repeated it to him and he again said 9pm. My wife and I show up at 7:57pm and we're rudely told by a female employee that "We're closed!". My wife told the girl that we called that morning and were told that they closed at 9pm but she again rudely repeated "I don't know, but we're closed!". My wife and I were shocked because we were there so purchase many items and are big fans of LUSH and its items and since an employee from this location told us incorrect information... We were not able to purchase what we wanted to purchased. To top it off we were rudely told to leave. I am very disappointed at this LUSH location and will be cautious about returning. I will be telling everybody i know and on social media to avoid this location. read more

Crystal is the BEST! I came in on my birthday wanting to find a perfect skin mask and she explained every detail of each product, asked questions and was just super helpful to my mom and I. She made me feel comfortable like I've known her and not just a typical retail employer just trying to sell and make money. I honestly had no idea what Lush was when going into the store. It was packed when I first went there and the sole reason I went inside this store was to ask why it was so packed and what their product was. Aha. Lucky me. The woman I talked to, Karina, was extremely helpful explained their product, all the sections in the store, and gave me time to look around. The service here is amazing. I love that they let you sample things before you buy to see if it's exactly what you want. Other workers also offered their help and everyone seems happy to work there. I was most interested in the face washes and after some exploring I went back to Karina and asked her opinion on the best for my skin type. We talked about what I was looking for and what products were best. I ended up with two face masks, Cup O' Coffee and Mask of Magnaminty, face clenser Angels on Bare Skin, the Charity Pot, Ocean Salt scrub, and R & B hair conditioner. That was a little over a month ago and my skin has cleared up tremendously, my hair is amazing (I've always had trouble controlling my curly frizz), and I feel much more confident. Five stars. I love lush. Going it to any lush makes me feel good but yesterday I got the best customer service ever!! I believe her name was Angela or maybe Angelica, I was blown away! I knew What I was coming for but was suck in two she massaged my hands so good with the masks! It even gave me the chills! I was so excited! Walked in today and instantly felt like a celebrity. Was greeted by nearly all workers and an employee by the name Imari helped me and my girlfriend find the perfect product for brightening the skin. Associate was quite helpful and knowledgeable on all of the products whether they were online or in store. Walked out confident that i was helped by a competent individual and i will most definitely be visiting again. The only drawback was that the store was a bit small and tended to get over crowded quickly.
