This is because of a rude girl in front desk who ruined my experience with sugared bronzed today!! The entire team were super sweet and amazing and the girl who did my tan was amazing. But at the end I went to this girl to just pay and leave and she just entirely ruined my whole experience!! She couldn't disrespect me more!!! I was just there for fun and get tan for an event not to be disrespected and treated like this when it's time to pay and leave!! She was wearing glasses and had a flowery mask, I don't know her name but she was working at around 4:15 today and she had brown hair..! She was gonna charge me tip but she mentioned something else so I didn't understand what she means and I just asked her what is it, she said "tip" and rolled her eyes! I said yea that's fine, you could have just said tip without all those attitude! Not everyone has to know English super good and just answering a question about what your charging me is not that hard and doesn't need attitude!! She didn't even mention the total price she's charging me!!! I literally felt disrespected and everyone was staring!! She just handed me the card back and left without saying a word!!! I was just standing there waiting for my Receipt!! She didn't even said it's gonna go to my email!! The other girl explained to me and finished her Job!! I got the first timers deal $50 (buy one get one) and was originally told I could choose whichever services for my 2 services. I got the spray tan to test, before my wedding. However I didn't like the way it turned out. It didn't even my tan lines, and made my already tanned parts darker. So I called to cancel my appointment that was 2 days before my wedding. The person there told me they both had to be spray tans. So now I have an extra spray tan session that will most likely not be used. read more

Now that I've tried Sugared + Bronzed's custom spray tan, I could never go back to mystic spray tans, I'm spoiled! I've come to S+B at this location a couple times now and both times have been amazing. The customer service is great, the service/product itself is fantastic, the space is welcoming, you can't go wrong! First time clients I believe can buy a 2 for 1 spray tan package. It's a great bang for your buck. But also at ~$40 per custom spray tan, it's really so affordable! I was nervous about having to get sprayed by a human instead of a machine and was shy but the girls were super reassuring of the process and made me feel at ease. They were super informative on the steps, poses, and aftercare. I also love that there's an express option that allows me to spray tan and shower within 4 hours, definitely cuts my time down! I was able to get a last minute appointment right before my wedding and I looked so dark without being orange. Parking is easy on the street and a lot to the side of the building. Online booking is super easy. And the salon space is so cute and nice, you wouldn't think that the service is so affordable! read more

I initially found out about sugaring through a friend and she recommended me to go to Sugared + Bronzed. It was definitely enticing especially when they have 2 sessions for $49.99 for first time clients. Coming from getting Brazilian waxing before, I love the experience a lot more. It felt more gentle for my skin. I've been coming to the South Bay locations pretty regularly now and the experience has always been excellent. Despite getting a different employee every time, the service has never been less than excellent! I also appreciate that they have late hours so I can drop by after work. There's also a parking lot so it makes it convenient for customers. Go see Roxanne. The just finished my Brazilian sugaring and she did such a good job. It was honestly the best sugaring I've had. She made me feel so comfortable, and I've never had someone do such a good job tweezing afterward. The shop is clean and tranquil, and it doesn't feel the least bit awkward. The price is extremely reasonable, especially considering they only charge the one rate, where many places charge more if you're past 6 weeks of growth. The girls here are amazing, this isn't a 3 star review off of service. They were easy to book with and got me in last minute. I ended up getting their BOGO first time customer service. Both applications were the express tan. Both applications ended up streaky, and my tan faded in a week. I've used spray tan at a few different locations and not had this experience. After my first session I suspected the fading to be a soap or lotion I was using, but I took the girls recommendations the section time to ensure a even and lasting tan and had similar results. Unfortunately my color was just too orange and I had streaking on my legs and stomach both times. I really wanted to like this place. The only spray tan I've ever gotten was from the mystic booth that you step into. My co-worker gets sugared from this location and said the girls who work here are amazing, so I thought I would go in and give air brush tanning a try. I was a little nervous about having someone to spray me because I'm insecure about my stomach due to scar tissue from a c-section that I had. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, and the girl who sprayed me (I totally forgot her name)was amazing! She assured me that spraying a naked body was no big deal to them and that they spray different kinds of body types all the time! They see it all! I have been doing airbrush tanning for quite a few years at this point and I have to say S+B was the best experience by far! Love the 4 different elixir levels...I went with the level 3 and it was perfect. Not too orange or dark for my skin tone, since I didn't even have a base, it turned out perfect for the Vegas trip. My girl who sprayed me was extremely thorough and knowledgeable on the procedure and aftercare. The rooms are clean and have all the supplies like hair nets, panties, lotion, etc. They give you a great little aftercare card to take home which I appreciate. The prices are also the best and considering the level of service, it's a steal! I have paid way more for crappy booth tanning during Covid that were blotchy and orange. Had a whole different experience coming here but honestly I can say it was worth it. I like the fact that you dont leave feeling a little sticky. I usually get waxes but I wanted to try sugaring and I can day it DID NOT disappoint! I came in for my 11am appointment and was greeted by the ladies. Prior to my appointment once I arrived I had to sign some waivers just like any other places you've gone to get waxes. The facility is clean and they also do tanning as well. I haven't tried anything else but they do have a special for Brazilians for $49. Overall my sugaring experience is far better than getting waxed. read more
