This is the only place i go to now for my spray tans. I love the color and how long it lasts. It always comes out very natural and even. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. By far, hands down way better than European Wax Center. The customer service is at a 10. All the ladies are nice and lovely, and the place itself is always clean and kept in mint condition. They keep things very sanitary and fresh so you feel extremely comfortable. The waxers are experts at their job and go out of their way to ensure you feel pleased and comfortable. I've been to a few waxers but by far Morgan is my favorite!! I come here for all of my tanning needs. The staff is very sweet and very flexible. Many of my appointments have had to change a few times and they're happy to accommodate. Appointments are super quick, in and out. The tan lasts and and is gentle on my hyper sensitive skin. It's a clean and cute studio. Parking is easy across the street. I had an appointment today which I booked over the phone for waxing legs and bikini. I waked in and the girl at the front desk didn't even say hello, she just directed me to sign a form on an iPad. Okay whatever. After checking in another girl asks me if I'm just getting Brazilian and I said no. Then she checked her system and it said bikini but no legs. She couldn't do my legs because she had another appointment after. I pleaded with her because I had booked this appointment and got verbal confirmation from one of their employees. I even remember that employee saying "see you tomorrow for the full legs with a trainee and regular bikini". Turns out this location doesn't even do trainings...so I don't understand why they said it was possible. The girl said she couldn't do it and didn't even apologize for the fact that they had messed up the booking of my appointment. She said that she could still do my bikini but I walked out. I don't want to give my business to companies who don't admit to their faults. By the way they said they were very busy but there were three employees just sitting around the front desk and no customers inside. I called the Santa Monica location and they said that trainee bookings can only be made in person, so now I'm convinced that nobody knows what they are doing. Pretty sure a lot of these reviews on Yelp are fake. Glad I did not spend my money here. read more
