Great cafe with password protected Wifi. It was good to stay and work here while drinking tea. Chill cafe vibe.

My husband and I had choose to have breakfast at Sugar Hill Cafe and were so glad we did. The staff are incredibly sweet. I had the iced matcha latte and my husband had an iced chai and they were so smooth and not sweet at all. The breakfast we had was very delightful. We highly recommended this cozy cafe!

I think it's Me. I think I (hope) that people are happy to be in the service industry. Sadly I am realizing that isn't always the case. We came here for breakfast this past Saturday 7.6.24 myself, Little Bit and my grandkids it was like pulling teeth to get more simple syrup for my Arnold Palmer and when I asked specifically that my Eggs Benedict 'poached' eggs be prepared runny... I received a look of "well of duh" yet they weren't runny. I will say this though the hollandaise sauce was on POINT and the bacon was good too. My bad that I didn't realize (nor apparently read) that it didn't come with a crumpet or english muffin as it's vessel LOL The french toast was sooooo good too oh and the breakfast potatoes Manifique! All in all if you are in the area and you want something tasty that hit's the spot in your tummy come here! Street parking can be found and it's a short walk from the subway station. They have outdoor seating but we moseyed our way down the steps to where the restaurant was and sat inside. They had a communal table as well as 2 tops and (1) 4 in the rear by the restroom. Air conditioning too for these hot summer months is always a plus while dining. Respectfully Reviewed.

Good food, prices were a little high but what do you expect. Limited seating so expect that you might have to stand or wait, but a cute spot worth a visit-- nice and warm outside the chilly weather.

Met up with a friend for brunch at this hole in the wall cafe. So cute and homey, this cafe offers a variety of food and drinks! We snagged a table in the corner, ordered coffees and breakfast sandwiches. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Loved the coffee and bacon egg and cheese. Happy we stumbled upon this place! Highly recommend!

I recently took a trip to New York with a couple of friends and early Sunday we wanted to get a quick bite to eat near 145th street before catching a flight back home. This was the perfect underground spot with GOOD breakfast food. The place is very small/tiny but you should expect tight spaces when coming to New York! Also, If your not from New York then you would think that the cashier look annoyed but that's just New York so I didn't mind at all! The food didn't take that long to come out and when asking for coffee recommendations I was able to receive good selections but I decided to settle for a nice bottle of apple juice which is in the fridge right next to the register I end up getting a build your own omelette with avocado, bacon on the side and onions, cheese inside of the egg. It was DELICIOUS' I finished my plate quick cause I was soooo hungry! I never knew food could taste that good. I really enjoyed their breakfast food. Very moist , bacon was crisped just right. I also love the house fries as well. I added alittle salt just because I like more salt on my potatoes. I would definitely come back again for the food but I would try to come early so I wouldn't have to worry about the seating. The seating is terrible and wish there was more tables dedicated for large groups to but we made the best of our the space we had. 8/10 just because of the space! The food was great. I would recommend this spot if you just want a quick bite to eat .

I really love this place! The food and coffee are top notch. Love the avocado toast and the B-train. (And they brought back B-trains on weekends. Best decision EVER!!!!) Their drip coffee is ‍‍. I've been going there for some time my two favorite baristas are Grace and Isabella. They are quirky, fun and always make my mornings before work feel special.

And listen... I am a chai queen, so when someone tells me a chai is worth trying, I'm going. She kept telling me, "You're going to love this chai." She orders hers with oat milk and extra cinnamon on top, so that's exactly what I got -- and when I tell you this was one of the best chai lattes I have ever had in my entire chai-drinking life? Silky. Smooth. Perfectly spiced. Just the right amount of warmth. Just... everything. Truly a great chai. The shop itself has such a good vibe. It's not huge, but the space is cozy in the best way. If you don't mind communal seating, it's perfect for settling in with your laptop or a book. They have outlets, the ambiance is chill, and it's one of those spots where you can really get work done while still feeling comfy. I haven't tried their pastries yet, but the atmosphere and that chai alone keep me coming back. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and that's something I really appreciate -- it makes the whole experience feel even better. Built Coffee has definitely become one of our go-to spots for getting out of the house, doing work, or just sipping on something warm and delicious. And again... get the chai. TRUST ME.

The first time, I got it iced and it was extremely salty and just wasn't a good latte at all. This time around, I ordered it hot and asked them to ease up on the salt since last time it was very salty, they eased up on it and it was such a great latte, I was so happy with it! I've gotten the chicken and waffles twice as well! I'm a big fan of guava infused butter and got two with my order. Generally the chicken and waffles are a HIT, but the waffles tasted a bit off to me this time around. I think it could mainly be that I was focused on how surprisingly good the brussels and coffee were, that I wasn't too focused on anything else. Service is pretty ehh to me at this place. I ended up starving and looking for a place in the neighborhood for a breakfast sandwich. Rimar looked good from the outside, there were a bunch of banners announcing them as a "brand new" business having a "grand opening". Once inside, I realized that was probably not true. Looking around, I didn't see any coffee nor was there any kind of posted menu indicating the possibility of breakfast sandwiches. The man behind the counter was friendly enough though, and took my order for 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on a roll. He also indicated that he DID have coffee. Great! While I was waiting in the store for 15 minutes for my order. I noticed a woman (maybe another owner) casing the place down and staring at everyone who entered. I noticed that the rest of the store sold only a bleak selection of junk food. There was nothing interesting on the shelves! I noticed a man and woman come in, have an entirely transactional conversation and then leave, buying nothing. I noticed two separate hipsters walk in, look around and then walk out. I waited and waited. Finally, my order was ready. Without any register or paper calculations, the man told me my order was $10 exactly. Not feeling too good about that. The coffee was super hot and actually ok, I think he brewed a fresh pot on my request (thank you for that). The breakfast sandwiches were pretty awful. Greasy eggs, strangely chopped and super greasy bacon, you get the picture. I think Rimar could really do much better.
