I've heard so much about this place from locals and online! This place is quite unique and very…read morespecial. The front half of the establishment (where the GPS directs you) is a market, while the back half is the coffee shop. But the whole building is connected. Parking for the coffee shop is located towards the back but it is very limited. Sundays are extremely busy here! The coffee & desserts are homemade and delicious! The coffee is from Yemen and every drink Ive tried so far has been amazing. The biscoff latte, Dulce de leche, brown sugar oat & peppermint bark! Looking online they don't regularly update their menu, so I snapped a recent picture of the menu for my fellow Yelpers! It appears they also have a changing seasonal menu for their coffees & desserts. All of their treats are homemade and very delicious! I highly recommend buying a treat to go with your drink. For the non-coffee drinkers, they offer matcha, matcha flights, lemonades, refreshers, teas, smoothies and energy drink mixers. The service is great! They are extremely fast serving drinks & food. The line might be long but you won't be waiting long. The lady at the cash register is usually the same person and she's very patient & kind! She'll explain any of the desserts for those wanting to try new things! The market & coffee shop always smell so delicious upon walking in. This place is truly a hidden gem everyone needs to experience! I read online they will be opening another location in Modesto soon!

There was a handful of people in line before me, all seeming to order some kind of latte or matcha. I was almost convinced but I always steer towards an Adeni Chai when at a Yemeni Cafe. I'd describe it as a black milk tea with spices. Make sure to ask for your preferred sweetness as it isn't sweetened by default. The Adeni Chai was served insanely hot but, I enjoyed it when it cooled down and it was great. I tried the Honeycomb Bread (warmed) and would more than likely skip next time. It was a bit more mushy than the other Honeycomb breads I've had in the past. There's a parking lot which is always convenient and there are seats inside if you want to enjoy your treats there. Keep in mind though, it is connected to a small store.

5-Star Review for The Bean & Leaf Café…read more The Bean & Leaf Café deserves every bit of a five-star rating. From the moment we walked in, the vibe felt warm, welcoming, and personal, and the staff truly made our visit memorable. I ordered the ham and Swiss bacon croissant paired with a hot chocolate topped with strawberries. The team was kind enough to actually cut the strawberries for me, which added such a thoughtful touch. My partner ordered the fresh bacon egg bagel pesto sun-dried cream cheese sandwich with an iced latte, and also surprised me with a slice of banana nut-free bread. The staff went the extra mile and warmed it up for me without hesitation. Every single item was delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. Beyond the food, what really stood out was how friendly and attentive the staff were. They didn't just take our order they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. This café has heart, and it shows in both the service and the food. Highly recommend. Solid 10 out of 10.

Austin's Coffee Crafters is an absolute gem…read more I stopped in recently and ordered their lemon ginger tea, and let me tell you... it was incredible. The flavor is bright, soothing, and perfectly balanced. The lemon gives it a clean, refreshing lift while the ginger adds the warm kick you want from a cozy tea. It's the kind of drink that instantly relaxes you and wakes you up at the same time. I also tried their turkey roasted sandwich with sliced apples, and it was honestly the highlight of my visit. The sweet crunch of the apples with the savory turkey was the perfect salty-sweet combo. Every bite felt intentional fresh ingredients, great texture, and a flavor balance that shows they really care about their menu. From the atmosphere to the quality of the food and drinks, Austin's Coffee Crafters delivers every time. If you're looking for a comforting drink and a satisfying bite, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

We've been wanting to visit Austin's Coffee for a while but they're closed on Sundays and after 4(?). We finally got a chance but it was a big let down I ordered the baristas recommendation for the day which was ok but nothing I'd return for/reorder and my wife ordered a carmel macchiato both drinks were a medium. What a joke!!!! The "mediums" are basically smalls either 6oz or 8oz. My wife's "medium" was literally a shot, check out the pictures. Needless to say we will not be coming back @Sarah D- Thanks for the offer and reaching out, but your offer of complementary coffee will not persuade me to update my review. Furthermore when my wife brought this issue up to one of the baristas she gave some excuse (I didn't hear what she said) about this is how they are. This is a sunk cost for me and an object lesson for others. I can't help but think how many of the other 5 star reviews were in a similar situation and updated their review as they were offered free coffee.

The bread is very fluffy, soft, buttery, and nicely sweet, and the texture is really well done. The only thing that threw me off was the topping. I was expecting some kind of shredded cheese on top--possibly cheddar--to balance out the sweetness, but there wasn't any cheese. It ended up being more of a sugar-and-butter topping on very fluffy bread. Overall, it's still a good ensaymada and a solid value. Just a bit different from what I personally expected, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I'm not sure how busy it gets on weekends. The coffee is always fresh, and the menu has all the classic café breakfast options you'd expect. My favorite is the chorizo omelette with a side of strawberries. The omelette is flavorful without being greasy, and the strawberries are always fresh and delicious. The toast is decent, though I think trying a different bread brand could make it even better. The servers are consistently friendly and attentive. Orders come out quickly, and coffee refills are always topped off without having to ask. Overall, Frank's is a great spot for breakfast and definitely worth checking out.
