Honestly really good! They charge +$1.00 to use card though so bring cash. Located in the Lathrop Food Plaza, we ordered the 6 filled mini churro sampler for $8.34 after taxes. These are VERY MINI! The flavors it was supposed to come with were chocolate, caramel, strawberry, vanilla, and sweet condensed milk. Seems like they gave us 2 strawberry filled, unless one was strawberry and the other was cherry? Not exactly sure. Regardless, the churros came out piping hot, were extremely crispy and the fillings were not overly sweet which I appreciated. My favorite was the vanilla, as it resembled almost a custard, followed by the sweet condensed milk. It's a bit on the pricier side, but since they make them to order I'd say it's worth it. Definitely stop by if you're craving churros! read more

This place is so good I forgot to take pictures of everything before I started eating and sharing with my friends!!! Yaya and Michael are seriously the nicest people and even though they were busy they made us feel so welcome! I ordered an Ice White Mocha and it was delicious with just the right amount of coffee flavor and not too sweet or syrup-ee. I also ordered a variety of stuffed churros in all the flavors and the star of the show the churros with Nutella and strawberries which chocolate drizzle OMG!!! I love the texture of the churros crispy outside and soft but not doughy on the inside and the fillings here are thick and super flavorful. Everything we got here was excellent the prices were great and even the leftovers we ate much later were still delicious and good texturally - not hard or soggy!!! I will definitely be coming back. We had been wanting to try these for the longest time and always seemed to come when they were either closed or out of churros :( We finally tried them and they were so good! They were crispy and really hot, made fresh to order. Lots of filling and not overly sweet. It took a bit for us to get our order, however they were busy. The service was good as well. read more

I got the mini churro selection. The flavors were great and it was nice to have the mini flavors available to try before buying the full size ones. The churros were soft and perfect. They were not all dry or over fried like other places. The perfect dessert spot.The service was fast on a busy Saturday evening. Yummy churros! I had the chocolate filled which I very much enjoyed. Husband got the vanilla flavor, but mentioned he wish he got no filling just didn't care for the vanilla. I absolutely love how it's made to order. You don't have to worry about getting a churro that has been sitting out for a while as it gets cold and stale. read more

I got their sample churros and all were so good. The churro was freshly made, the dough had a nice bounce/chew to it. It wasn't overly sugared and cinnamon. The fillings were just the right amount, not too small or too little. Service was quick and they have a buzzer which is nice. read more

The Churro Spot is a fun truck to indulge in that cinnamony goodness. I have stopped at The Spot both times I have been to the Lathrop Food Plaza. You can't miss their truck as they are right next to the enterance. First time I picked up the churro mini sampler, 6 flavors in 3-4 bites. I love the concept of getting a little bit of eveything. All the flavors were great, the vanilla and the caramel were my favorite. Second time back I grabbed a vanilla filled churro. Nice crisp to the outside, soft dough on the inside. Food truck is near the entrance, so you can smell the churro oil in the air. Services was okay, nobody helped us when we walked up so we waited for a few minutes. Other than that it took about 10 minutes for our order to be ready. We ordered 2 samplers and a strawberry banana smoothie. Tasted fresh but churros were really tiny. For the price of $6.75 for a churro sampler that's really overpriced. Strawberry and banana smoothie is $6.00 for 16 ounces and $7.75 for 24 ounces. The smoothie tasted more like water and ice not to my liking. read more

We were on our way home from the bay area and we passed by the Lathrop food plaza. We decided to stop here. We decided to try different churros. We ordered a caramel, chocolate, and custard. They said it was going to take 30 mins for our order to be ready. They gave us a pager to buzz us when it was ready. When we got the order, the churros were not as warm as I would have expected, just a little warm, like it's been sitting in a warmer. The churro tasted ok, there wasn't anything special to them. It didn't have a crunch to them. I think I've had better. I think I liked the caramel one the best of all the flavors we ordered. read more

This is the 1st food truck on the right so that's how they get you. They had me soon as I seen the sign. They have a variety of churros and desserts. I've been twice. 1st time I had the vanilla (which is really custard). They make to order so everything comes out hot & fresh. You get a pager & they page you when it's ready. It was perfection!! 2nd time I had the variety which I loved because you get all flavors. Flavor of the month is blueberry and it was my fave beside custard. So good! I stopped by this desert truck, and absolutely loved it! They give you a pager so you know when your order is ready instead of using a microphone and speaker. I've never seen a pager in my life so this was pretty cool! They had Frappuccinos, churros with different fillings, abuelita chocolate, and a Mexican pastry lovers dream. The Lathrop Food Plaza is full of different vendors, and we are so glad we have The Chirro Spot to be able to get some bomb dessert. We love churros in general, so the way they enhance the churros with all the different flavors is amazing. We tasted the churro bites, they came with Nutella, stawberries and powdered sugar. Soooo good. And the churros were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We definitely recommend them, we like to to get some each time we go the Food Plaza. Wowowow. this is one of the BEST churros I have ever had. When I was a kid a family used to own a churro truck at the Stockton Delta Flea market, ever since he sold it I've been having dreams and cravings. This? This is better than my dreams. This place didn't disappoint. I drove over 20 min to try this food truck. The young girl was courteous and helpful. She also told us there would be a 20 min wait. I'm never inpatient if I'm trying something for the first time, or if I've read reviews on how good the food was. After 20 min like she told me my order was up. The churro was perfectly golden brown and served warm. Amazing flavors and quality. I will definitely recommend my family and friends. Plus after today I told my son I'm going to make it a tradition to eat a churro one a year on cinco de Mayo. Loved this place. I give it five stars. read more

The Churro spot hits the SPOT!!!! Highly recommended for satisfying that churro craving or for some delish crunchy fried goodness! Their churros are cooked to perfection and I am so happy to have tried the Churro Spot. For me, I truly enjoyed the original non filled churros. It's Chrin by on the outside but soft on the inside and perfectly coated with cinnamon sugar. I Sometimes find the fillings in churros can be overly sweet. I can't personally say the minis with a variety of fillings at the churro spot were just as amazing as their original, because the minis was for my mini. She personally enjoyed and loved it! Great customer service, the girl who helped us out was really kind. Everything was ready in about 10minutes maybe less. The churros were really warm and stuffed with different fillings. My favorite was definitely the dulce de leche. The place itself was really easy to find, located in a food truck lot. read more

The crack fried rice is just that crack! The rice is seasoned with a signature spicy seasoning, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, garlic and egg. These two together are amazing and the flavors just punch you in the face. The rice is very spicy but it pairs well with the shaking beef better than any of the other rice options that they feature. The customer service here is always A1, they are very friendly and customer service oriented. The prices here are reasonable and what you would expect for the type of food they offer. This is a must try when at the Lathrop Food Plaza!

They travel many places…read moremostly between 209-916 areas and I'd recommend anyone following their Instagram to get their schedule so you can find where they'll be next and try them out! The meat sticks are flavorful and lots of meat on them (not all fat) and the lumpia are small but delicious- we also love how they make specials such as lumpia Musubis... too ono!! I will continue to follow them so I can get their delicious homemade foods!
