This place can get very packed, but many tables to sit and we've always had the have to sit when needed.

I never thought about it much. I just walked up to the truck, looked at the menu, ordered my food, and enjoyed the hell out of it. I also remembered their pastas coming with garlic bread but I had to order garlic bread the last time. Anyways, the actual cook of the pasta has been consistently good so I can't complain there. They aren't the quickest to get your food out but for the overall quality I am pretty much always willing to wait for well prepared food. It's taco Tuesday so I had to give them a shot. I ordered: 1 pastor, 1 carnitas, 1 asada tacos. 1 side order rice and beans. The carnitas seemed like it wasn't cooked right. Don't get me wrong it was tender and kinda juice but that's not what I think of when I eat carnitas. The pastor had no crisp to it like I'm used to as well. The asada was pretty standard, nothing standout special. Beans were good but unfortunately the rice was kind of under done OR old. Some of the rice was pretty hard. I'm hoping that they perform much better when they open their sit-down restaurant.
