I must say that this location is a much better choice than the other yogurt shop This location is much more convenient, next to the 120 highway, it's new, it located near other shops to try out as well and it's a known franchise that you would see in many other cities. I unfortunately wasn't able to take any photos because we were in and out but more because the hand I use to take photos with is usually holding my cane for me to walk due to my disability plus I was chatting with the friendly employee and my mini already started eating away. The guy said for us to try some samples, but my mini always opts for the original tart. I noticed they had the craze flavor of the 2025 year, Dubai chocolate, so I had to sample it for myself. I too always end up liking the tart flavor best but other people would probably like this new flavor. After we finally got our ice cream, the lady behind the counter there told the customers behind us that they were closed, mind you they ordered and paid over 45 minutes prior. As we were eating our ice cream, she said the store is closed and basically kicked us out. Really disappointed in this establishment. Their mini sundae is upwards of $14 and our granddaughter could only eat about half. Our sundaes were upwards of $17. Great sundae but heck, I could have bought three ice cream containers for that. Upon arriving, I was kindly welcomed by a lady (appearing to be of Indian ethnicity) who was very courteous. Since my phone was at 2% battery and I needed to stay reachable in case I had to assist my in-laws with restroom needs next door, I asked if there was any way they could help me charge it. I wasn't asking to borrow a charger--just if they had a way to connect it. They only had a USB cable available, which I completely understood and appreciated their effort. However, what left me disappointed was what happened on my way out. I had asked for a lid for my nephew's ice cream cup when another employee, a white heavy-set girl, immediately questioned whether I had paid for the two waters my in-laws and I had already purchased. I explained that I had, and even offered to show the receipt. She declined but still examined it closely as if to double-check. This felt unnecessary and disrespectful, especially since the waters had already been purchased along with our ice creams earlier. A better approach would have been for the staff to communicate with each other about what had been sold, or better yet, place the water bottles somewhere less open so customers aren't made to feel accused of taking something. The experience started off great thanks to the kindness of the first employee, but the ending left a bad impression. Clearer communication and more trust in customers would go a long way here.
