Ambiance - The interior is fairly good size with plenty of tables for groups big and small. There's a salsa bar so you can help yourself to the salsa they offer. Service - Service has always been solid when I've visited. Friendly staff, quick turnaround times usually. Food - The food is pretty good. It's not the best I've had in Manteca, but if I'm ever in a pinch this has been a solid backup option. I typically get their asada super burrito, or tacos with asada, chicken, or pastor. All options are good. Overall, the food won't drop your jaw or make you slap your mama, but it's a solid option here in Manteca.

There is a separate Yelp page for them. I don't know exactly when the two trucks in question changed. Maybe I've been confused and never did have food from Taqueria El Molcajete. I never thought about it much. I just walked up to the truck, looked at the menu, ordered my food, and enjoyed the hell out of it. I am certain I have been getting great food from the truck, El Jacalito, for sometime now and highly recommend it.

The other highlight was the fresh homemade corn tortillas that came with the whole chicken I purchased. The chicken cost $23.00, which is expensive, but it was definitely worth it. The smoky flavor was delicious, and the tortillas were great. The last thing I'll mention is that their salsa bar had a nice variety of choices. It had no meat at all, and the extra hominy I paid for was barely noticeable. When people order takeout, it's usually because they're in a hurry.
