    Captain and sargent were amazing. They were so helpful and cheerful and they made my sandwhich look greaatt, i'll definitely be coming back.

    Drove by the place and looked inside and the guy that makes the sandwiches was picking his nose. Need I say more?

I let the girl at the window know, and instead of apologizing she just goes "do you want me to change it?" ...like yes?? Obviously?? A simple "sorry about that" would've gone a long way. SO I switched to a Dr Pepper and somehow that one was ALSO flat. So I went inside and spoke to who I'm assuming was a manager--woman with box dyed dark red hair, light olive skin, light eyes, late 20s to mid 30s (No name was given shocking, I know, so it explains the Jane Doe description) Her nasty attitude was honestly worse than the drinks. I explained everything and even mentioned it might be a syrup or carbonation issue, and she just stared at me like I was bothering her and screamed "WELL ITS NOT THAT! ILL CHECK LATER." Meanwhile I still hadn't gotten a drink I paid for. At that point I had to stand there rinsing my cup at the soda fountain and trying different sodas myself until I finally found one with carbonation. No help, no urgency, no customer service. It's not even just about the flat soda it's the nasty attitude. If you're going to be in a customer-facing role, at least act like you care a little. Why choose drive through as a career? A job at the DMV might be a better fit--at least there, the lack of friendliness is expected lol.

I recently went to…read morepick up a curbside mobile order the app was not working properly so I went inside while inside I witnessed them giving the wrong order to someone the name was correct but as she stated she only ordered a brownie this was a meal with a drink I saw a worker walking towards the door I asked if it was a curbside and gave my name she said yes I collected my items she said thank you I was gonna have to go in the cold I said no problem and left When I got home we realized they didn't include any condiments 6 chic fil a sauce 2 ranch 2 ketchup 1 sriracha so I called the restaurant thinking they would make the meals over and I can return down exchange food and get the sauces The rep I spoke with ( melda/ Ismarelda) said to wait she will have a manager call me back after about 5 minutes the same person called me back asked how many bags I got and said her baggers are good with putting everything in the bag ( mind you they gave someone the entirely wrong order while I was down there) I replied well they did forget the items she asked how many bags I received I told her she then said again I will have a manager call you it was approx 9:05 pm By 9:40 my wife and daughter decided they were hungry and were gonna heat up the food and eat as is no sauce I took a bite of the sandwich ate one fry and decided I wasn't gonna eat dry food and tossed it 7pm the next day I had still not received a call from the manager so I called again this time I spoke with Jasmine who said they get yay and are unable to return calls sometimes and went on to tell me they didn't call me back because they didn't have my number I had to remind her I told her they already called me back at this point I'm feeling like the person I'm speaking with just want me off the phone she then said the person must not have forwarded the complaint I agreed she said "we can make you something else and whatever else the owner can do for you At that point I felt I just wanted a refund she said she would get the owner a man got on the phone id as owner said he would it be giving me a refund or remake the meal and that he apologized but without the original meal he cannot make another one next time I should turn around and return the meal i explained again i did what your rep said to do but he wouldn't budge and was holding me accountable The manager i just spoke too was willing to make the meals and whatever he was willing to do (compensate for waste of fuel idk ???) I said I was going to file a complaint I asked his name but he hung up the phone I called back and the same voice answered I confronted him stating that was very rude for hanging up on me he said it was an accident I went on to say in order to hang up a phone the receiver has to be put down there is no way to accidentally hang up and asked his name he said he would it give me his name " since I wanted to be like that " I informed him I did record the call and I was calling corporate... In the app FAQ if all items are it received sauce included the restraints supposed to make amends The manager I spoke to before the owner was fine with doing so the owner who refused his name decided rather than take responsibility for his employees actions that I should be the one to take responsibility this is horrible customer service
