Since there's normally a 20% off coupon in app, I typically only use points when I'm getting the free item only. (Gotta maximize those redemptions.) Did a quick search for a location on the way home and found this one. If memory serves, this is connected to the gas station store, so I actually parked and went inside to pick it up. Wasn't too much of an inconvenience since there's plenty of parking. I think I might have placed the order in the parking lot, so I had to wait anyways. Plus, I think I was also grabbing a lottery ticket at the gas station. Convenient if you also need to get gas. Or like me, a lottery ticket.

This time I ordered 10 cookies, pulled up to the register and she told me about the 13 for $5. Really appreciate that. Some people would just ring the customer up and say nothing. My orders are usually made fresh. Just one time I had half tough and half fresh soft 20 pcs mcnuggets. I like when the workers gives me a heads up that there's another bag coming or an item is still being made. Twice I drove away forgetting my ice cream sundae or a drink. Enjoy!

So I went inside and spoke to who I'm assuming was a manager--woman with box dyed dark red hair, light olive skin, light eyes, late 20s to mid 30s (No name was given shocking, I know, so it explains the Jane Doe description) Her nasty attitude was honestly worse than the drinks. I explained everything and even mentioned it might be a syrup or carbonation issue, and she just stared at me like I was bothering her and screamed "WELL ITS NOT THAT! ILL CHECK LATER." Meanwhile I still hadn't gotten a drink I paid for. At that point I had to stand there rinsing my cup at the soda fountain and trying different sodas myself until I finally found one with carbonation. No help, no urgency, no customer service. It's not even just about the flat soda it's the nasty attitude. If you're going to be in a customer-facing role, at least act like you care a little. Why choose drive through as a career? A job at the DMV might be a better fit--at least there, the lack of friendliness is expected lol.
