So I call to ask why it's not working and all they can say is it's when you use the website or the app (which I was) but they don't know anything about the app and they don't know anything about the app. I'm not going to fall for a company that already way overcharged for their food to lure me in and then not honor their deal. Ordered on the app at 7:58 P.M. Arrived to pick up food at 8:13. Lights were off, people were inside, and it very clearly said they closed at 9 PM. The Subway employee told me they decided to close early and to come back the next day. I have asked for a refund, but I am still waiting on a refund 5 days later. I read some other reviews before going and I liked how they commented that the restaurant was clean. When I got there, I thought that the place was clean and organized. There weren't any other customers there yet. I have noticed that on Yelp there is an indicator of health score powered by Hazel Analytics. I think this is super helpful. I like to know that the restaurant that I will be considering is clean and adhere to health codes. However, I also read on the other reviews that there was not a lot of meat. I dismissed this in my mind. But, when I got my sandwich, I have to agree that there doesn't seem to be a lot of meat included in the sandwiches. My family also agreed after they had started eating their sandwiches. They had asked me if I ordered vegetarian even though they had requested chicken. I told them no, that I had ordered chicken sub sandwiches. I had thought my sandwiches tasted a bit light in terms of meat, but just thought it was me until they pointed it out. Ordered online at 5:00pm. Picked up at 5:25pm. Two people working. One customer left when I arrived and another came in right before my food was ready. The order was wrong when I got home. I only ordered two sandwiches. The request for items are in the order. Half the requested items not on one of the sandwiches and was completely dry with zero condiments. The other sandwich had what was requested in the sandwich did not get it. That's their new promotion for discounted subs if you order online or through their app. We got a spicy Italian and veggie patty and placed an order to pick up in 30 minutes. When I arrived the sandwiches were nicely packaged, labeled and ready to go. The shop itself was sparkling clean and service was very nice and friendly. This location seems to be our go-to location as they do a good job keeping the restaurant clean, TV's are usually running and easy to change the channels. I use this place a lot with the app and every time I show up, it's ready when expected with no delays and I can go straight to the register to be in and out quickly. If I'm not doing the pickup it's still pretty easy to make the order and no issues with the store. A good selection of chips (which at times can vary with other places) and the staff has been good when comes to accommodating and informing you of specials you may be interested in. Be careful when parking in between Subway and the nearby Mexican Restaurant as it's the drive-thru exit and has limited parking heading toward the front entrance. read more

First want to start off with the Subway quality overall has decreased over the years. I ordered a club and asked for extra meat, the lady put 2 extra pieces of ham on the sandwich and charged me $4. I then asked why it wasn't more meat and she said that's how it is. Gave me some attitude and walked away. So if it's a Subway thing that is absolutely absurd. This Subway gets very busy at lunch but the line seemed to move pretty quick. I ordered a tuna sub, which was the sub of the day. I have noticed that all of the Subways have cut way back on toppings, when I am to the end of the line it is a pretty sad looking sandwich. I will probably continue to go to Subway because with their coupons I can get lunch for under $8 and it is convenient to me but this is by no means the best sandwich option around. read more

I usually love subway. Unfortunately with a severe allergy to fish so if anyone in our family goes to get food there we have to ask them to clean the counters and get a clean knife. After explaining this to the worker she said we don't have fish! It was explained to her that tuna is a fish. After that all we got was major attitude from her and she left my sandwich in the toaster long enough to burn it so bad I couldn't eat the bread. Subway really needs to train their employees on understanding that tuna is a fish and that there are people in this world that have various allergies and sometimes precautions need to be taken to ensure the health of customers who spend their money at Subway. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened at a subway but unfortunately it has happened at several Subway locations across the east Valley. This is the best Subway I've ever eaten in, hands down. I'm starting to get the feeling that there are good ones and bad ones, though I'm doubt subway intends for the quality to be so variable--it is most certainly the case. Even the bread was better than other locations, this must just be a freshness effect since I assume all the food comes from the same underlying supply. Also, the more modern design suits Subway well. As for fast food, this is one of the better spots, but it's still a Subway, so it's hard to justify better than a 4 star rating. read more

Well, I've been going to this subway for years sometimes multiple times a week and have always had a great experience. And usually I never do reviews but the rudeness I experienced was unacceptable. I felt negatively from the second I walked in the door as if I was inconveniencing the staff. And then when asking for how I'd like my almost $12 sandwich it got worse. I asked for my bacon dbl cooked which apparently was a big inconvenience for the zero customers behind me. Then when I asked for light pickles and onions and the staff member not having a name tag grabbed a full handful of both items... I reiterated "a little please" and she snapped and said "this is a little". And continued to put it on the sandwich. I said "light" and she took maybe two of the pieces of onion off. I have been to a lot of Subway Restaurants, This is absolutely the BEST, CLEANEST and customer centric of all of them. Each of the food bins were neat and clean each of the items were neatly stacked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish I could post a picture of the serving area, it was incredible. This is clearly a reflection on the store manager and how much care has gone into training and hiring staff. Their service was very quick, especially for it being lunch time! The first employee that started my sandwich wasn't the happiest or most polite individual. She seemed very much in a hurry even though there was nobody else in like behind me. The gentlemen that I was having lunch with didn't know what he wanted yet, so he asked for a second to look and her response was "well do you at least know what bread you would like, maybe that would help you be more decisive". That was pretty rude for my taste. Then lady that finished my sandwich was very polite, joked with me, and even complimented my tattoos!
