Easy drive thru ordering or parking right up front as well in back of building. They hve the option to order online and pick up as well... but I feel it's just as fast going through the drive through.. I'd hate to hate to food sitting and waiting.. Way better option than McDonald's fries and ckn happy meal.. wayyyy better.. I'm sorry. I'm not a fast food craver but every so often it's pick up for the kids, and need to drop a hot lunch of their choice to them at school, this was this week day choice. Food - chicken biscuit sandwich - The chicken biscuit sandwich IS a bit dry. Sauce will help a lot. The biscuit tastes buttery, I would eat it separately with jam. The chicken itself is good with any of their sauces, but particularly with ketchup, or their original sauce that tasted like honey mustard, or the buffalo sauce. Service - Pretty busy in the drive through. Services was quick. They should have more QR codes along the mobile drive through line. If you have trouble with your app, luckily you can talk to an employee and they can still help you. Unique - They have a mobile line separate from the drive thru line. Every single week, I come straight from a 12-hour overnight shift for the same order: hash browns, honey roasted BBQ sauce, ketchup and a mocha cream cold brew with light ice. Let me start with the positive...out of all places, Chick-fil-A and Better Buzz are the only ones who actually understand what "light ice" means, so credit where it's due. Now... if you've never had a Chick-fil-A mocha cold brew, it tastes like the best chocolate milk you've ever had. Or at least it used to. The last three weeks...absolutely not it. I myself am not a Chick-fil-A supporter but recently, we found ourselves here after waiting in line for a good minute at the new coffee spot next door. Hunger had striked and while I would rather spend my money elsewhere, we found ourselves in the drive-thru, having been at our social limit for the day. 12-ct nugget with a side of mac & cheese was ordered. We cannot have regular sugar and we order diet and got a regular. I asked for a kale crunch salad lg. the container was barely filled. The lettuce tasted weird and it came with no crunch sides. I didn't eat it due to it being a strange taste and wilted. My bill was $30 something dollars but had to throw away our drinks and the salad. I like chick fil a because the service is fast and the food comes out hot and tasty. Mostly the same at each place since it's a chain. Interesting that they have different service sets these days. Some locations are mostly drive through only. The older locations have seats and aren't as drive through oriented. I have heard that Arizona has bad ozone pollution from gas fumes though and that doing drive thru is bad for the environment. read more

New chick fil a store in mesa. They have seatings and fans outside and there's no inside seating. They have restrooms available and it's mostly a drive through spot! I was mistakenly given the honey mustard but their service was fast. I don't know why all their sauce taste weird to me, especially as a honey mustard fan; I didn't like this sauce. read more

This is a relatively new location that is drive thru/ walk up only. There is no lobby and there are no indoor tables. That's great when it's winter in AZ, but when it's summer, it's basically take-away only. They have 3 lanes in the drive through; one for mobile orders and two for ordering in person. We chose an in person lane. There was a car ahead of us ordering at the menu, so a guy came up with an iPad to take our order. There was no menu or anything to look at while we tried to order, which I wasn't a fan of. I guess if your whole party knows exactly what they want, it's fine, but that wasn't the case for us. Good thing it wasn't very busy because we would have greatly slowed the line down if we couldn't have eventually look at the menu. I ordered a side of Mac n cheese which I was looking forward to because it seems like people say good things about their Mac n cheese. It was a letdown. Very mushy and no flavor. I want to give them yet another compliment! You guys know how to hire staff that go above and beyond at every point, from the beginning of an order, the preparation of a great meal, superb service, and respectful, kind staff, to a clean place to sit and eat. Let me go a step further and brag about the manager I approached later in the day when I realized a teeth retainer container had been thrown away. He went above and beyond when I came back with gloves to dig through the trash. He did the rough work and returned a text in about an hour telling me he had retrieved the retainer and that it was at the store waiting to be picked up again! What amazing staff you have here! We are thankful customers who stay faithful to your brand everywhere we go. Please never change!
