He had the audacity to suggest that should have checked the screen. (Should we just do their jobs?) Then he asked what we would like him to do. (Say what?) When I replied that it was up to him to decide the level of customer service we were due, he had no answers. So I suggested he ask for our address and send the missing items... or offer a freebie for the next time we came in. He said - and I quote, "not for two $7 sandwiches."
